Lovely setting in Healdsburg... beautiful pool / hot tub, surrounded by fruit trees and vineyards. Host was super responsive - we had a problem with the hot tub and they had someone there in < 2 hours to fix it - and this was Sunday afternoon! Kitchen very well stocked with enough pots / pans / dishes etc. Only improvement would be to have more seating in family room - kind of hard for a group to all gather and watch a movie - and while all furnishings are adequate, some are a little tired. But the setting makes it a wonderful place

Great stay and cool place. We had a scheduling snafu after booking (totally our fault), and Michael and Edna went out of their way to be as flexible as possible given the circumstances. Highly recommended!

The privacy, home design, and layout of the property were exceptional. A rainy weekend by any fireplace is special, here it was spectacular. Kitchen was clean and well-stocked. Adrian has beautifully appointed the interior. My stay was intentionally quiet and cozy but the style of the house had me wishing I was entertaining many friends. Frank Lloyd Wright would be proud.

We were lucky enough to be able to book the place on Christmas Eve and it was perfect for my small family and two dogs! Everything is as described on the website, the house was super clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Marguerite was also responsive to all messages that were sent. We had a great stay! The property was just as described, and everything worked as expected. Communication with the host was excellent — very responsive and easy to reach if we had needed anything. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the digital guide was super helpful and well thought out. We really enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and grill — all clean and easy to use. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, which we appreciated. On the comfort front — mattresses and pillows weren’t our favorites, and the living room furniture showed a little wear, but it’s a pet-friendly place, so that tradeoff made sense to us. The main heater kept things cozy, and there were extra space heaters available just in case. Overall, a solid and relaxing stay — thanks for hosting us!

This cozy, spotless, well equiped place is a gem in Santa Rosa. Very private yet close to supermarkets, stores and restaurants. Very peaceful surroundings for a morning walk and a nearby playground with a basketball court to shoot some hoops! The neighborhood is beautiful and well kept. I love it!!

The stay was exactly what we needed. 2 bed, 2 bath with a pool and things for the kids to do. We were surprised to find out it wasn’t an apartment, but a timeshare, so like a hotel but they give you the sales pitch at check in. Only downside is there isn’t anything walkable like a coffee shop, or restaurant on property, but downtown is only 5 mins away. Recommend hitting the grocery store for everything. They charge for wifi which we found odd.

We were heading up north for our son's/ brother's wedding and really needed a 2 bedroom/2 bath place for us so my wife and daughter could each have their space to get ready. Riley's place provided that and more. Everything was very nice and homey, it helped us to just relax. Riley had a lot of little additions also that were perfect, hairdryer, ironing board with iron, etc, plus the kitchen had all the neccessary items to make ourselves at home instead of always eating out. The linen closet was well stocked with extra towels and bedding. It was very clean and well taken care of. Riley's communication was both proactive in getting us all the needed info before having to ask for anything upon arrival and also, once there, a quick response to any questions. As a family, we enjoyed the stay very much and would without hesitation book this place again should we be back in the area. Thanks for helping us relax during a hectic family week.

Great place to stay for visiting wineries especially in the south part of Napa valley. Very well stocked kitchen. Clean, quiet, restful place to stay after a day visiting local attractions. Highly recommend, especially for the value. Includes a covered parking area, and nice outside patio overlooking the golf course.

My husband and I went to Napa with our good friends for a relaxing wine weekend. The condo was perfect for our needs. The place was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The host was very responsive and even brought us a wine opener on a moments notice. We would definitely stay there again.

This studio was beautiful and pristine with a large bathroom! The most well-stocked rental we have stayed at. :) Perfect for me and my dog. We enjoyed the local surroundings and path (Lynch Creek Trail) behind the neighborhood. Plus we were only 30+ min from the coast (a beautiful drive also). Definitely recommend.

This was the perfect stay for our trip to Napa. Spacious place. Calming atmosphere. Short distance to downtown Napa. And pet friendly which was perfect for our stay! Would stay again.

Our stay was fantastic—peaceful, quiet, and exactly what we were looking for. The host was very communicative and provided clear instructions well in advance, making check-in a breeze. Everything listed in the amenities was provided, and the hot tub was easy to use and already heated upon arrival, which was a nice touch. We even had some wildlife visitors, adding to the serene atmosphere. While it’s a little outside the city, the tranquility and nature make it absolutely worth it. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Aasif's place was just right for us. Had most everything we needed for a three night stay. The backyard was large with ample space to lounge around. We spent most of our time enjoying the backyard especially the outdoor kitchen. Aasif was very responsive to our needs and we greatly appreciated him for that. Will definitely be back again soon!

If you're looking for a home in a peaceful beautiful setting, this is it. It's great for sitting on the little patio facing the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The layout is really well-designed. The two bedrooms and their bathrooms are large and elegant and are separated by the main room with its upscale kitchen and seating area. The four of us loved sitting by the fire at night. And, the high (20 foot?) ceiling in the main room really adds to the feeling of spaciousness. We'd definitely stay here again.

This beautiful home located in Sonoma is a true gem- in fact the pictures do not do it justice. Located near all the fine winery’s, it’s hard to decide whether to stay home or go explore! We had so much fun in the game room- the karaoke was a real hit. The home has a real charm that makes you feel cozy- like you just walked into your favorite relatives home. I would say it was one of the nicest Airbnb homes I’ve stayed and I’ve stayed at a lot. We hope to return one day.
