Alojamientos vacacionales en Ghanzi District

We had a wonderful stay at Dirkies place! He is very kind and helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. The Airbnb is located in nature, which we really enjoyed - it’s a beautiful and peaceful setting. However, that also means there are quite a few insects, but that’s to be expected. We could use the gym and the pool which was amazing. Everything was very clean, and everyone we met was super friendly. We would definitely come back! Thanks for everything!

c'est notre deuxième séjour d'une nuit ici, une étape idéale si vous voyagez entre la Namibie et le Botswana. les deux grandes baies vitrées permettent une belle sensation de liberté avec l'impression d'être a la fois a l'extérieur pour profiter de la nature et dans le confort d'un intérieur bien aménagé et bien pensé. on se sent en sécurité. La literie est impeccable, la douche spacieuse et la kitchenette suffisamment fonctionnelle. merci pour l'accueil chaleureux, c'est certain la prochaine fois nous resterons plus longtemps pour profiter davantage des lieux

If you’re passing through Ghanzi on the way to/from the Okavango Delta or Namibia this is certainly the place to stay. It’s a ten minute drive up beyond Ghanzi and then off the road (all on Google Maps) and then down a dirt road to this historical farmhouse, established by the first White cattle farmers in that area of the Kalahari. The two bedrooms are huge, as are the bathrooms. There’s also a big lounge to relax in, an outside seating area and a nice kitchen. The housekeeper, a Namibian lady called Corrie, is the perfect host and goes well out of her way to help you. On our night there she cooked for us kudu sseswa (an essential Botswana delicacy), pap and sweet pumpkin. It was absolutely delicious. Her husband, Piet, is from a long established family in the area and is pleased to talk about the incredible history of the farming community, including the astonishing cattle droving that saw the locals drive 2,000 head of cattle to Lobatse several times a year!

Essa é a segunda vez que estou com o Santi, e como sempre maravilhoso, super limpo e a simpatia e cordialidade são enormes. Recomendo, e retornaria quantas vezes necessário passar pelo trecho de Ghanzi.
