Loved it thoroughly. Greeted with a beautiful ensemble of flowers, birds and furry pets, we felt one with the pristine ambience the moment we stepped into the property. You can adore the view of Kanchenjunga while having your morning tea at the porch. What more can someone want! We cut back on our sightseeing plans just to spend a few more leisurely hours at the property, such is the charm. We stayed for four days and ate heartily. We would come back just to have Aunty cook us Nepali dishes again. Not even once was the breakfast menu repeated. Sanjay is a remarkable gentleman, extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The host: Samridhi is a very responsive and helpful host. The cab driver she referred was super reliable, the tea supplier was excellent. Amenities: The homestay is beautiful, clean and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Its cozy and very comfortable. It can accommodate upto 3 people. View: The balcony overlooks Happy Valley Tea Estate and the view is gorgeous. Definitely the highlight. Location: Excellent- a 20 minute walk from the centre of the city. Food: Food at the homestay was simple and tasty. The building has multiple flats which makes it a good choice for bigger groups too. I'd definitely recommend Magnolia Homestay to anyone who's visiting Darjeeling.

Wow—magical is the best word to describe our stay at Shreya’s cozy spot. We truly felt like we had found the fairy cottage of our dreams. Her brother Suraz, was so attentive & accommodating as a host. The food was absolutely delicious. We look forward to coming back some day for a longer stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Dheeraj’s place! The house is beautifully designed with great aesthetics, and the view from the balcony is stunning. There’s a lovely outdoor seating area where we enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast while spending time together. The rooms were spotless—neat and squeaky clean. Dheeraj’s mom made us some delicious food, and both Dheeraj and his mom were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. One thing to note is that the house is situated uphill, and it’s on the third floor, so there are stairs to climb. If you’re traveling with senior citizens, this might be a bit challenging. However, there’s a small set of steps nearby that leads directly to the road, making access a little easier. A special mention to the fireplace inside the room—it’s like an English-style one and adds such a cozy charm! Dheeraj is an amazing host and the go-to person for any help in and around Darjeeling. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

It’s a great place to stay .It was the best experience staying there.Location is very beautiful and close to nature. This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Care taker. .Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience.

We had a relaxing and rejuvenating stay at Izom Him Homestay. The host was very responsive and caring, the Manager Raj was equally responsible and prompt. The food served by Pronita was homely and had amazing flavours. Only downside is the approach to the homestay which our host had well informed us. I wish the roads are mended pretty soon for easy access. We faced no difficulties in the commute as Raj had helped us with pick and drop services. Thank you for having us.

We had a wonderful stay at Sugam's place. The homestay was cozy and comfortable, the surrounding was picturesque, and our host as very warm and welcoming. The experience was one of its kind. Everything was perfect, will definitely recommend if you want a break from the hustle bustle of the city and spend your time reconnecting with nature.

TIEEDI for me, was the place I dreamed of since childhood. Imagine a beautiful forest cabin with skylights, huge windows and glass doors. You wake up to bird calls and the sound of a gentle brook flowing in the valley. We even spotted barking deers twice! All this, however, falls short to the lovely people at TIEEDI. Roy's delicious meals, Ustow's dedication to sustainability, Snehal and Gayatri's warmth and Aruna Di and Badi's smiles - everything makes you feel right at home. I came for two days, and ended up staying for 12. I haven't even mentioned the brilliant work folks at TIEEDI do to keep their commitment to zero waste living - for that, you have to come experience it yourself! One of the best stays at Airbnb India!
