May was such a wonderful host! We sincerely enjoyed our stay here! It’s located on a nice, quiet street in Old Quarter, so not noisy but also so close to the bustling, amazing streets of Hanoi!

We had a fantastic time at Bach’s place! The place was spacious, clean, well equipped, perfect for our group. The billiards table and Netflix projector made our evenings really enjoyable. Bach and his team were super responsive and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also convenient, with great food options nearby. Overall, a great experience, and we’d definitely recommend it to others visiting Hanoi!

Staying here for a few nights on a short trip in Hanoi really enhanced my whole experience and got the most out of a short time in this City. Checkin and checkout was simple and brief. The Apartment is well designed and very homey with everything of a home, even with in-unit laundry. Very private with the entire two floors for our stay. Interior and beddings are clean and comfortable just like in the pictures and descriptions. Location, Location, Location. It is literally in the centre of Hanoi, the old district. Steps away to all the street foods and restaurants making trend now on Tiktok, youtube food reviews. 10 mins walk diameters to everything you need to see in Hanoi. This allows us to see more of Hanoi in a short amount of time here. The apartment is not on main street, away from the noise pollution, a huge plus for relaxing. All in all, great value, best location. I would say cheaper than hotel and got a lot more. We will stay here again next visit to Hanoi

wir haben uns als familie mit 4 kindern sehr wohl gefühlt, tolles ambiente im haus und super zuverlässiger host mit ausgezeichneter und schneller kommunikation. gute lage, obwohl mitten in der stadt, sehr ruhig mit netter nachbarschaft. wir können den host und die unterkunft nur empfehlen. danke diep, dass wir in deinem haus wohnen konnten.

Le logement est parfait pour 6 personnes avec 3 belles chambres, 2 salles de bain et une terrasse exterieure. Bien situé pour acceder facilement aux principaux centres d'intérêt de Hanoi, et tres calme. Anna Anh etait disponible pour repondre a nos attentes. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Thinh & My 님의 숙소의 숙소는 아름다운 서호 인근에 위치한 매우 매력적인 숙소였습니다. 오래된 건물이지만 잘 관리되고 정돈되어 있었고, 무엇보다 관리자인 Hieu의 적극적인 서비스가 매우 인상적인 숙소입니다. 숙소의 특성 상 호텔 수준의 청결과 정돈 상태를 기대하는 것은 매우 어려우나, 아름다운 지역으로의 접근성이 매우 우수하고, 우리가 필요한 모든 것을 보유하였으며, 여름철에는 아름다운 정원에서 매우 즐거운 시간을 가질 수 있을 것으로 생각됩니다.(우리는 겨울철에 머물러 그럴 기회를 가지지 못했습니다.) 하노이 숙박시설의 특성상 난방이 되지 않았지만 Hieu의 적극적인 지원으로 우리는 춥지 않게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 우리는 Thinh & My 님의 숙소에서 매우 인상적인 아름다운 추억을 만들 수 있었습니다. 만약 하노이에 다시 간다면 또 머무를 의사가 있습니다.

Logement convenable pour 4, spacieux et propre, la décoration du salon est agréable et la grande chambre confortable. Néanmoins l’appartement est humide, le linge ne sèche pas, la proportion des chambres n’est pas idéale, l’une trop petite (étroite), l’autre trop basse (1m60). Cela peut convenir pour une famille avec des enfants. Le logement n’est pas tout à côté du vieux Hanoï et des centres d’intérêt, et trop loin à pied, ce qui oblige à prendre un taxi à chaque sortie. Le bruit ne nous a pas dérangé, contrairement à la lumière du matin (pas de volets). Je souligne cependant la réactivité de l’hôte et son aide. Il a toujours répondu à nos sollicitations et est intervenu très rapidement en cas de problème. Il a donc participé à faire de ce séjour un bon moment.

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

いままで宿泊した宿泊施設（ホテル、Air BnB）のなかで一番リラックスできた。バスタブも清潔でありがたかった。 ドラム式洗濯機、乾燥機がそれぞれ備え付けてあって大変便利でした。 ホスト　Pham Thi Thanhの対応も素晴らしくかった。ありがとうございました・

Хорошее жилье, стоит своих денег. Соответствует концепции AirBnB когда вы живете в гостях) Жилье хоть и маленькое, но уютное и с отличным видом сверху на весь Эко Парк. Хозяева приятные и отзывчивые люди. Спасибо

Cảm ơn sự hỗ trợ nhiệt tình của Ms Lý và sự chuyên nghiệp trong các dịch vụ. Đây là lần thứ 2 mình ở homestay của chị vì cảm thấy rất ưng ý. Căn hộ rất đẹp, sạch sẽ, gọn gàng và không khi Ecopark rất yên bình.

Нам понравился жилой комплекс Ecopark, вокруг зелено, есть где погулять, в доме есть бассейн с сауной, что очень было приятным бонусом! В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания.

We had booked this apartment for a weekend. There were two families with a total of four kids, and the apartment was perfect for us. It was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped, especially for families with children. The rooms were bright and spotless clean, with plenty of natural light. A lovely balcony garden provided a great space for the kids to play.  The host was amazing. She was very responsive, super friendly and helpful. She gave us recommendations for restaurants and activities around the area. Thanks to that, we had a truly enjoyable and relaxing weekend. We will definitely return to this host for future trips. Highly recommend!

Chị chủ rất thân thiện và rất có gu nhaa. Vật dụng trong nhà rất đầy đủ từ bếp tới cả máy giặt bột giặt cũng có luôn nha. Rất vui trong khoảng thời gian mình trải nghiệm lần đầu ở đây!!!

Great place to stay, and beautiful surroundings. My only complaint would be that the bed was uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect.

Căn hộ vô cùng sạch sẽ, được trang bị nội thất cao cấp và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Rất hiếm có căn hộ cho thuê nào có chất lượng như thế này: Piano, dry sauna, bồn tắm, 2 phòng ngủ rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, cùng với view hồ thiên nga cực chill. Đặc biệt, căn bếp được trang bị đầy đủ dụng cụ, giúp bạn nấu ăn tiện lợi như tại nhà. Ngay tại tầng 1 có cửa hàng tiện lợi với đa dạng lựa chọn, giúp bạn thoải mái mua sắm nguyên liệu cần thiết. Giá thuê vô cùng hợp lý so với chất lượng căn hộ. Điều tuyệt vời nhất là chủ nhà cực kỳ chu đáo và chăm chút cho không gian sống, bởi ban đầu căn hộ được thiết kế để ở chứ không để cho thuê.

If you want to get out of the city, no traffic, or noise. This is excellent location. It is 30-45 min away from old town but if you’re looking to relax no need to go far .
