THIS HOME IS BEAUTIFUL! This place will truly blow you away—it exceeded all our expectations! The home is stunning and comes with everything you could need: a private pool, four spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, reliable WiFi, AND AC IN EACH ROOM. The location is perfect! It’s just a short, less-than-10-minute walk to the main strip with popular beach bars, putting you right in the heart of the action. Yet, the property is tucked away enough to provide peace and quiet, shielding you from the noise and shenanigans. We also felt very safe staying here, which added to our comfort. A special shoutout to Lenny and Veronica—they were fantastic hosts! They went above and beyond to meet all our needs and were always available to answer any questions. Don’t hesitate to book this—you won’t regret it!

I have lived in Bali for over 10 years and have been to hundreds of villas and hotels over the years. This Villa was one of my favorite ever. Why? Because this was one of the first villas that I have ever visited that actually felt like it was built for, and inhabited by, a family. It has every imaginable amenity that a kid of any age could wish for. And as any parent knows… happy kid, happy life! This villa over delivered on almost every level and every member of our group, ranging from 3 years old to 80 years old, was perfectly happy with everything! Yes, it’s far from anything, but that’s totally the point and I couldn’t have been happier. Also, worth mentioning is the fantastic snorkeling straight out the gate! Highly recommended!!

We would like to thank Didik and his crew for their pro-activeness, friendly, helpful and responsive for taking care of my family and friends & their family, enjoyed the stay at the villas. We had forgotten to submit our breakfast request on the last night of our stay and only managed to inform Didik's crew the next morning, they managed to whip up the breakfast for 12 of us within an hour. The team also prepared mosquito repellent and mosquito coil within the villa & rooms to keep us from mosquito 'attack'. Only setback was the internet was not very stable, but overall experience stay at the villa was wonderful and great. Kudos to the team and Thank You

This place is absolutely incredible!! Private getaway with everything you could want or need, and only a short walk to a Main Street with restaurants, shops, and beach! Vincent was the most gracious host, meeting us upon arrival to show us his space he built for his family, and meeting us at departure to make sure our stay was up to par! Unbelievable way to spend your time in Bali and highly recommend this villa and Vincent!

Villa was amazing and rooms were big enough. Our Kutus kutus was next to beach so the view was great. We had staff from morning till night so if we need anything then they there to help us. Staff were very polite and very helpful. Already miss living at Kutus Kutus villa. When I visit Bali again, I will definitely book Kutus Kutus villa again!

Everything was great! Jenny (Manager) is absolutely amazing. Anything you ask for is always delivered, and she goes above and beyond to assist. For example, my card wasn’t working for some online bookings, and she graciously offered to use hers. I was able to make the payment with her personal card, and I reimbursed her in cash afterward. Fantastic 5 star accommodations. Hosts Jenny and Ohlin have created a priceless stay for our 10 person family at Nalas Villa, Bali. They are the most kind, warm and welcoming hosts. Both go the extra mile to make a wonderful family stay. Tell them what you require - they will deliver. The villa is 1st rate, impeccably clean, modern rooms with luxurious ensuites, excellent spa area inclusive of pool, sauna, steam room and jet/hot tub. Inclusive breakfast provides an exquisite culinary experience with a wide - healthy variety of choices. Quiet, exclusive, private waterfront property. We loved our stay at Nalas Villa.

After traveling for 36 hours to get to Bali, this was exactly the soft landing space I needed. The area is BEAUTIFUL and the spaces are PRIVATE. The pool, the ocean sounds, the green Bali magic, all of it. Just so great. They have about 5 dogs who live at the BnB and are just sweet and delightful. There are also some cats. A little home away from home <3 The driver, Agung, who they set me up with from the airport is incredible! Caring, kind, friendly and funny! The host, Joe, is incredibly communicative and adaptable. Even when preparing for my trip being in opposite time zones he managed to make me feel like I was in good hands. Upon my arrival he went the extra mile in ordering me food because I didn’t have access to calling the restaurant. The staff who made food and carried my luggage were so accommodating and just LOVELY. 1000000/10 recommend his Airbnb. The only thing I’d keep in mind that the waves are truly for surfing and appear dangerous to swim in without a board.

We had a great stay at the villa! this was our second stay at the villa and the service was great..the villa itself has great views of the sea and the staff especially Jenny is very responsive. The villa is kid friendly. While the villa is away from the touristy areas, the staff is prompt to arrange transport as needed to travel.

Everything was good. They put TV on description, actualy only projector available. But the host set up the TV for special for us. Really upset, they said I can bring the car and giving to instruction to parking near by the villa. My car got long scratch from people from knowhere. Sad The host really need giving clear description and instruction to the guest.

A fantastic location if you are looking for a quiet holiday a little away from shops and restaurants. The accommodation was well appointed and with amazing sea and garden views and a huge infinity pool. The real star of the whole holiday is the villa manager, Wayan. He greeted us and any request or enquiry we had with an amazing smile and can do attitude. He gently arranged and suggested things for us to do and it lead to an extremely relaxing and memorable trip. We learnt a great deal about the Balinese culture. The villa is about 40 minutes north of Sanur town - and the quiet location suited our needs well. You cannot walk to café's and restaurants - but the chef prepared nice meals for us at the villa. We thoroughly recommend booking in villa spa treatments - they can be enjoyed either in the sala by the pool with views of the ocean, or on a massage table in one of the bedrooms. Truly wonderful massage therapists, very skilled. It was also good fun to play pool every day too!

Beautiful villa and extremely clean with comfortable beds. Good quality linen and ample clean towels. All the 3 bedrooms were large, 4 bathrooms were spotless and comfortable study room on the ground floor. Beach view from the master bedroom and living room on the first floor was amazing. Very peaceful location and there is security 24/7. Good size pool and villa was tastefully furnished and quality fittings throughout the property. Firmam and his team were very responsive and easy to communicate. I will definitely return in the near future.
