Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! Great clean place. Close to lots of beach activities. This hotel is new. Other Units are still being furnished. The room we were staying in was the only room furnished. So it was quiet and lovely. There were some mosquitoes but the room came with an electric fly net. Would come back again.

We really liked the place and location, everything was easy to find, the apartment is close to the restaurants, clubs and beach .

Super Lage direkt am Meer, unter der Unterkunft ist ein Surfer Café/ Restaurant mit leckerem Essen und Board Verleih. Alles war sauber und die Toilette sehr schön eingerichtet.

Die Unterkunft The Tiing Villas war super. Stilistisch super schön und toll am Meer gelegen. Preisleistung stimmt auf jeden Fall. Die Umgebung ist leider sehr dreckig - speziell im Eingangsbereich vor dem Hotel. Es wäre schön wenn sich Hotels grundsätzlich auch um ihre Umgebung kümmern und Plastik einsammeln. Das Essen war wie bereits durch andere Kommentare beschrieben, nicht sonderlich gut. Wir sind gern ins benachbarte warung (Segara lestari) mit tollen frischen Produkten gegangen. Alles in allem ein schöner kurz Aufenthalt.

Great maid service! However location is’nt very good if you want to sleep before midnight. Check in instructions were unclear we ended up having to walk our luggage all the way to the second reception to pick up the key. Overall stay was 8/10

Stayed here for about two and a half weeks and it was EXACTLY what I was hoping to find in a single lady Bali experience. My girl cousin did end up meeting me there and as two young women we felt so safe and well cared for. The neighbors are so kind and beautiful, the hosts are so responsive and helped us with whatever we needed. It’s in an absolutely gorgeous area and the sunlight is beautiful all throughout the day. We slept so well. The bathtub was a favorite part, too, hot water anytime. It was like a little artist retreat for us, so much care provided a great place for us to tap into our creative selves again. We would’ve stayed longer if it would’ve been available, so 10/10 recommendation :-)

This place is absolutely stunning and magical! Nestled peacefully by the river, it offers a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is incredibly kind and communicative, always ready to assist with a smile. Ellie, in particular, is exceptionally thoughtful and kind. Highly recommended!

stayed here for 4 nights on our first trip to Bali. beautiful spot, very quiet and peaceful. Widhie was very accommodating and nothing was too much effort. even our last minute requests for massages. be prepared for occasional cold shower, as there isn't much hot water.

We've stayed in Akaza Villa for few days and it was a great choice. It's beautiful, very clean with stunning ocean and river view from the terrace and pool. It's new refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need. Pool is very clean, refreshing and big enough to swim (not only take a bath like in a lot of villas with private pool in Bali) On the terrace you have a big wooden table for more then 12 people where you can enjoy every meal. There is also a barbecue. All staff is very kind and helpful. Walking distance to the beach. The only thing is that villa is situated in quiet area what was actually advantage for us.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Ubud! The location near the rice fields made for a peaceful and scenic retreat, perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. The space was clean, well-designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth. I especially loved waking up to the serene views and enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and authentic Ubud experience!

This place was wild! Such a cool brutalist style property that had the perfect blend and flow of inside to outside entertainment. The pictures do not justify how spacious, vibrant and peaceful this home is. We will be back!

Wo soll ich nur anfangen?! Mie war immer gut erreichbar und antwortete immer schnell. Sie gab uns auch ein paar Tipps. Abholung am Flughafen erfolgte durch Githa, super freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mann! Im Haus erwarteten uns Jero und Angga, freundliche und immer lächelnde Hausdamen. Sie kochten für uns Frühstück und auf unser Wunsch Abendessen - hervorragend! Die Freundlichkeit der Menschen um uns herum hat dazu beigetragen dass wir uns wie daheim fühlten. Das Haus an sich liegt an einem Hang mit dem Ausblick auf den Dschungel - kein Wort kann dieses Gefühl beschreiben! Die Dschungelgeräusche nachts sind genauso wie ich es mit vorstellte! Herrlich! Bis Ubud Zentrum sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Githa oder ein anderer Fahrer stehen immer zur Verfügung. Sie haben auch Tipps und sind offen wenn man Fragen hat. Ich kann mich nur bei allen bedanken, dass Sie sich um uns so herzlich und liebevoll gekümmert haben! Terima kasih dan sampai jumpa lagi!

Such a wonderful villa! Widhi and the team were so kind and helpful with anything we needed. The airport pickup and checkin were very smooth. The villa is so lovely with beautiful views, surrounded by nature. It's only about a 10-15 minute drive into Ubud town. The breakfast was delicious as well. We were there during Pangrupukan and the staff lent us sarongs for the parade. We would definitely recommend staying here!
