Linda is a super host. She is responsive and accommdating. Apartment is well laid out, bed is comfortable and bedroom dark enough to sleep in and never even realize the time. Love sharing her porch swing to sit in the sun.

Place was very clean and brand new. The complex is great! Gym, heated pool and jacuzzi, grill, fire pits, etc. Quiet. Level 2 EV charger was nice. 6.4kW. $.30/kW. Plenty chargers available. Saeed is a very nice and polite young man.

Great location! Just 5 mins from everything yet not in the middle of it all. Came to town for a tournament at the AZ Athletic Grounds and it was super convenient to just be a few miles down the road. Clean place, good amenities, very helpful and nice hostess, easy to find and access, would definitely book again.

For a group of four this place was perfect. Both the apartment and the area were clean and felt safe. Paula was a fantastic host who responded promptly with the few questions we did have. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It was great to enjoy a cup of coffee looking over the pool. We spent almost everyday in the heated pool (in Nov!) and hot tub. The Club House was also a lot of fun!

Great place to stat and host was always quick to respond and answer any questions.

We were very happy with our rental. It was just as presented, with plenty of amenities, as well as some extras. We really appreciated the availability of a collapsible wagon to carry our things to either the pool or bring our groceries in. Susan also provided us with games and puzzles to keep us entertained. The unit itself was in good condition with well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and rooms were dark for sleeping. The unit is located at the end of the complex, so we did hear a fair amount of road noise, but not enough to keep us awake. I would definitely rent this unit again and recommend the same to others.

The front desk could not get us a down stairs unit. But They helped us carry our things up the stairs. Great customer service!! Pool was being renovated but the hot tub was available, if there isn’t thunder storms. ☹️ We had a great time!!

Great condo!

My husband and I really enjoyed our time in Fountain Hills. Coffee at sunrise on the patio and a spacious location made our vacation memorable. Thanks so much for helping us make some great memories during our first trip to Arizona!

Very nice place to stay. Nice and clean. Could have been a few more instructions on how to get in and out of pool and how tv's operate but those are pretty minor. I would definitely stay again when I come back to Mesa.

This is my favorite house that we’ve stayed at in Greater Phoenix/Mesa! We came down for a wedding & Thanksgiving with my mother, her boyfriend, my husband & three children. There was plenty of space for joint ventures and space to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The house is a one story which I loved having with 3 young kids and an elderly mother with mobility challenges. The Fry’s Marketplace was about 5-6 mins away and there were a ton of great restaurants nearby (I recommend Uncle Bear’s, Drizzle Donuts, Kneaders, and Black Rock Coffee). The house was well stocked and had all kitchen supplies. They had a playpen I could use for my 1.5 year old, two white noise machines, and 2 box fans which we loved for sleep. There is 2 living room spaces with TVs which was nice for a children’s space and an adults space. The putting green in the back was fun for our little ones. The master shower is a walk-in and really lovely, I like long hot showers & the hot water never ran out.

This home deserves 10 stars! We have stayed in plenty of Airbnbs and this home blew our socks off! It truly felt like home. It was super clean, organized, nicely decorated to give it a cozy feeling, and well stocked. Beds were super comfy. Host was very responsive. Huge plus was the community pool that was just a 5 mins walk. We used it everyday! Also if you are a pickleball player they have 4 brand new courts available. We played lots with the locals whom were very welcoming. They also gave us the pickleball schedule. We would 1000% stay here again.

Paradise in the dessert! We visited for a wedding in Queens creek. The house was amazingly comfortable and had so many amenities, we wish we could have stayed longer. Carol provided a clear set of instructions and was communicative throughout the entire experience. Although we did not use the pool due to our schedule, we wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the relaxation the house provided. The beds were so comfortable, we slept like babies. Highly recommend longer stay if possible.

The pictures don’t do the house justice. The house was very nice, clean, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect location for a wedding we attended. Everything was as described and we felt right at home and comfortable staying here. Vickie was super responsive and instructions on how to access the home were very clear. This was a great find!

What a wonderful home! It was a perfect home for our vacation week. Gail’s place makes you feel right at home the minute you walk through the doors. It is stocked with everything you would need. The peaceful surroundings made it so enjoyable to sit outside and read! The three of us said, if we come back to the area, we hope Gail’s place is available. Thank you Gail!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! It is beautifully decorated. We were travelling with a 10 month old, so we really appreciated the crib, booster seat and kids floatie for the pool! We did pay an extra for the pool to be heated and really enjoyed our days by the pool. The beds were comfortable. The house was spotless. The host was quick to respond with any questions I had. The neighbourhood was quiet and beautiful. We would certainly come back!
