Clean, comfortable private apartment in a well maintained condo building with pool, hot tub and peaceful outdoor spaces (yes you’re definitely near the airport). Nice having washer/dryer to ourselves. Walkable to ASU, restaurants, brewery and Tempe beach park. Nice that there were cooking seasonings to help with the meals we decided to make. We were very happy with our stay.

Mirjam's place is amazing. I recommend it to anyone. Very comfortable, great location and nicely decorated!!! She was and is an amazing host!!!!!! She responded right away and was very helpful since this was our first time renting an Airbnb. We are moving out and going to another Aribnb for a couple of months then coming back to Mirjam's. I waited too long to book so that time frame was already taken. Love seeing the fountain right outside our windows and love the plantation shutters. Would recommend this for sure. Close to all shopping, restaurants, etc.

I had a great stay here! The location is perfect—walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and attractions in downtown. The space was spotless, stylish, and well-maintained, making it a cozy home away from home. As someone who needed to work, I really appreciated the desk, chair, and monitor, which made it easy to stay productive. The building itself was secure and had great amenities. Something to note: there is some street noise, which is typical for downtown, but it wasn’t excessive. I travel with earplugs and didn’t always need them here. It wasn’t disruptive for me, but it could be something to consider if you're a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this place for its convenience and comfort. I’d definitely stay here again.

Sable was extremely helpful and responsive! I traveled down for a bike race and she was accommodating with my equipment and advised me on the best action to take when I had questions. This helped me out a great deal. There’s a grocery store nearby and fresh pastries around the corner.

Truly appreciated the space. Was caught in town due to weather where I was headed. Couldn’t have found a better location or host. Walkable to many great options and the mall. Parking was nice and secure. Access and amenities in the property were easy. Could simply stay and relax if desired. Extremely responsive and communication was amazing throughout. Thank you! Can’t wait to come back again for a more relaxed time period.

This place was perfect for our group of 4. Plenty of room, nice and clean, quiet neighborhood. It was so easy to get around. We went to the Phoenix Open and also to Sun City and it was so easy to jump on the 101 and get where we were going. Also close to Old Town Scottsdale. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying at Rebekah's place! The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed using the grill and hanging out in the backyard, going for walks, and walking to the playground! The location is close to many places (Target, groceries, etc). It was a great stay!

Suzette was super responsive. The house was very clean and had lots of nice little touches like fresh fruit and extra toiletries. The backyard was a great retreat feel, making it easy to forget we were in the city. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful 3 bed, 2.5 bath house with a fenced back yard for my 2 small dogs to play and soak up the sun. Loved sitting on the patio myself. Super comfortable MBR bed, large master suite with loads of closet space. Garage for my vehicle. Stayed a month so the washer/dryer were great to have. Easy access to restaurants, stores, and highways. LOVED my time here. Bob was a great host.

Brian, our host, was very attentive and timely with his responses. When an incidental issue did arise, he went out of his way to make us feel safer. The location is perfect. It definitely was home away from home! The house was tidy and cozy. The backyard perfect for our pups. We would not hesitate to stay here again if the chance arouse! Thank you for the stay!

Extremely quiet and comfortable location that was perfect for our family visiting spring training. Check in required downloading an app that did not work for us, but we were able to enter and exit via the garage without any other problems. Veronica was extremely responsive in trying to figure out why it wasn’t working, which we appreciated.

The home was very clean and cozy. Really liked how modern it was and how close to down town and surrounding areas it was. I liked how the host is very transparent about the homeless community around the area because there is quite a bit of traffic; however we never had an issues. Over all it was a very good experience.

A good airbnb will make you know what kind of houses you wish to have in the future. Fortunately, this airbnb gave me this feeling.

Enjoyed my month long stay. Very convenient to shops, restaurants and walkable to Old Town. Would highly recommend staying here again and I will on my next trip to Scottsdale. Thanks again for all the hospitality!

Our stay at here was amazing. We were close to everywhere we wanted to go, the place was perfect for us and it’s even nicer than the photos. The workout area was great and easy to find, it was right across the street from Tempe town lake and there’s a Press coffee shop right in the building so we would grab a drink and go for a walk. It was quiet and the people were friendly. I could go on and on. We would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent location and only 10 mins walk to the JW Marriott for the conference I was attending. Really nice to come back to somewhere quiet and peaceful every day after 3-4 days of the event.

We had a great stay with Darcy! The rental unit is so clean and bright, we enjoyed staying at the condo complex. Darcy was very responsive and so helpful to make our stay easy and flexible. The unit had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms.

We had a fantastic stay at Robert's place! The accommodations were perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had full access to all the amenities at the resort, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location couldn't have been better for us! It was just a short distance to the Wildfire Golf Course, which was a huge plus for any golf lovers. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the area!
