We had a very nice stay. Big yard perfect for your pets to roam around. Wifi could be better so if you plan to work while there it might be a challenge. House is in a nice and quiet neighborhood and only less than 10min drive from Ginnie springs. Def worth the price

The Cozy Cottage was home away from home for my family and I during a rough time. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Can’t thank Warren enough for his exceptional hospitality!

We loved staying here! The house is private and tranquil, with canoes, kayaks, a fire pit, and a grill all available for use, so there’s plenty to do anytime of day. We paddled to the Ichetucknee River straight from the house and saw an abundance of wildlife. It’s also a close drive to Ginnie Springs, Gilchrist Springs, and Ichetucknee Springs so we had full days of exploring. Definitely bring a snorkel or goggles - there’s so much to see in the springs! Bobby gave great recommendations, and offered amenities that made our stay smooth and enjoyable. We hope to be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very cozy and a perfect amount of space for us and the dog. It was a very peaceful and quiet area. It's very beautiful there. Colleen was a great host. She invited us to have a Bonfire but unfortunately we got rained out. Thank you Colleen for everything!

This is my second time staying at Kellie’s place. As with the first time (scroll up for first review) everything was perfect!!!! Kellie is an amazing host! She is friendly, proactive and goes out of her way to make sure you feel at home! This place has the most comfortable, HUGE bed with very soft linen. I love having a tv in the bedroom so you can watch a movie in bed to wind down. The kitchen is well equipped and having a Keurig coffee maker and pods is so convenient. The entire place is IMMACULATE! The unit is very quiet and private. It’s also so close to many springs for summer months and a quick 20ish minutes to Lake City. Don’t hesitate booking this sweet spot when travels bring you to Branford!

This off-grid abode was a great place to relax and reconnect to nature. The toilet and running water was a nice luxury. Larry had a fire up and running for us upon arrival! Would recommend and return!

I absolutely loved staying here. It was really beautiful. I definitely was surprised when I got there and the bathroom was not attached to the the shed that you were staying in, but it actually ended up being super fun. The bathroom was inside a little shed but it was a really cute nice bathroom very full of nature. The shower and bathtub was outside and its own little area this at first really surprise me and I wasn’t sure how I would like it but showering outdoors in nature but it was amazing! The bathtub was so beautiful at night time. It was also extremely close to all the springs and it was nice that you had a backyard area to relax in. We did a little fire and our dog was able to run around the backyard is not completely closed in but close enough to be able to let him run around! Overall, if you’re looking for a place to really be in nature and connect, this is a place to be a very romantic.

Sugar Shack is delightful. Gwen’s place is well-equipped. The surroundings are perfect. My husband and I loved the peaceful setting on the Suwannee River. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck and walking the quiet neighborhood.

Great little converted barn/shed into a very cute and quaint mother in law suite. Locaed behind their main home it's quiet and isolated.

Our stay at Camp Manatee was nothing less than incredible. We couldnt have imagined anywhere better. The hosts were kind enough to let us host a larger family BBQ since we were traveling in from out of state to meet family. We all had a wonderful time and created countless memories that we will hold on to forever. There home was private, spacious, clean and had everything we could possibly need during our stay. It was family friendly and our 6 and 8 year old boys had so much fun! We drank coffee on the wrap around porch in the mornings and stargazed by the dock in the evenings. The dock is perfect for fishing and hanging out with the family. There were kayaks and a canoe that we were able to use to explore the river and was easy to access. We couldnt have imagined a better place to stay and look forward to our next fanily floeida vacation so that we can stay here again! Highly recommend!

Better than advertised. Perfect fit to get away from congestion, noise, and embrace a genuine cozy cabin in a peaceful setting. Done posh hotels, cruises, islands, lakeside rentals....Brittany hosts a unique experience with the right amount of homey touches. Initial reaction stepping inside was "this is spectacular!". Host was friendly, responsive, had every detail covered. Plus, you make friends with goats, donkeys, cows & more. Great stay! Would love to go back and stay for a few days of serenity. Thank you!

Had such a great stay at this cabin. We wanted a remote get away and this was the perfect spot. It was so peaceful and quiet. You could listen to the owls put you to sleep at night. The stars were also so visible. The place was clean and had that nostalgic cabin in the woods feel. The porch was super relaxing to have your morning coffee and watch all the wildlife. Also there was a ton of outdoors stuff to do near by. Iris was a great host. She provided clear instructions and was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!
