The place is clearly well taken care of with attention to detail. This would be a great place any time of year. Miriam and the home were very accommodating. I would return to this location with great peace of mind.

Firstly this is not just some ordinary room. This is an amazing full bed and breakfast experience run by 2 hospitality professionals that are top notch at what they do. This B&B is a HIDDEN GEM!! If you aren't immediately entranced by the views of the sun rising and setting over a pristine mountain lake you will be lost in the beauty and character of the building which is full of eye catching art. Shelia and Bruce were a joy to conversate with and were some of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. They are very pet friendly and treated our dog like family! As for the garnet suite the room is gorgeous and feels luxurious. The bathroom is a stunner and very large and open, it is so relaxing and the green jade marble tiling adds a gorgeous touch. What are you waiting for?! Book this B&B you will not regret it!! I rarely write reviews but had to since I was so blown away.

My family had a wonderful time at Stephens Abnb. Our family gathered for my husband’s birthday. There was plenty of room and we all enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards etc. Stephen was very accommodating and responsive.

Timothy House is a uniquely rustic and spacious home in a quiet setting. The carport was appreciated when it snowed overnight. There's a mudroom with plenty of room to hang coats and store shoes. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The furniture in the living area is comfortable. There's a mini split unit for heating and cooling plus a supplementary gas heater. There are two full baths and a half bath with plenty of towels as well as hand soap. One nit: the shower in the downstairs bathroom is tiny - larger folks will want to use the upstairs shower/tub combo. The bedrooms have large closets, all equipped with luggage racks. The beds are on the firm side, which I personally prefer. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would definitely stay at Timothy House again.

We enjoyed staying here and visiting Ossipee! Michaela's place was great for the 4 of us looking to get away for a couple days to enjoy some peace and quiet. We were happy with the amenities and anything we needed was close by.

My friends and I took a weekend ski trip to Ragged Mountain, and Jeffery’s House was the perfect home base. The house was warm and provided all of the amenities we needed to have a great weekend. Very peaceful location and only about 10 minutes from the mountain. Jeffery was also very communicative and addressed any questions I had in a timely manner….. would book again!

Cozy place with great amenities and location. Unlike some other cabin stays where everyone is cramped together, Adela's condo had enough room so everyone had some privacy. Also, a full kitchen to make food if needed.

Sean was a responsive host. He sent clear instructions about check-in, how to get there, and all the amenities (WiFi, Netflix, grill, firewood, emergencies, and more). In addition, the bed was very comfortable and spacious and there was lots of cooking equipment. The views outside were stunning and the stars at night a must see! The only con we had was the shampoo, conditioner (small 2-1 in bottles) and small body soap. Recommend you bring your own if you’re particular! Overall, a wonderful stay

Love staying at Tenney mountain. Beautiful surroundings, great restaurant up the hill at the ski lodge. Lots of room in the townhouse and comfortable.

My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

Stephani was a great host! My friend group had a blast, the cabin was perfect and cozy especially after a day skiing at loon.

We truly can’t say enough wonderful comments about Emily and Nicholas’s place. We have been coming to the area for years because we own land across the border in Brownfield. We are excited that we now have a place to return to as there are not many rentals like this in the area. This home is cozy, spacious, and I just loved all the sun drenched mornings in the kitchen! The renovated kitchen is wonderful to cook in. We have been on Airbnb for many years and Emily and Nicholas are some of the most delightful people we have encountered. Thank you for sharing this wonderful spot with us and our puppies!

We had awonderful stay. It’s so nice to have the amenities at the community center. The house had all of the essentials we needed and then some. Very clean and a great layout of the floor plan. The house is located in a great location. It was an easy quick trip to the ice castles and also to the local ski mountains. Would love to come back and stay.

This was our 4th stay at Brenna’s. We love staying at the “bear house” — it’s clean, with lots of cozy blankets, walkable to Town Square, near a shuttle stop, and only 3 minute drive to the mountain. The apartment has everything you need !

Great place, great location!

This was the perfect spot to enjoy some time with friends! The accommodations were very comfortable and it was plenty of space for two families. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. I would definitely recommend and will stay again!

This is by far one of the best experiences we've had my husband and I. Mike was quick and friendly. Accommodating and compassionate. His home is beautiful and spotless, comfortable and convenient. Great price for way more then expected with all the care and extra little touches that makes us feel right at home. Perfect Airbnb!

This is second year we've stayed at Tina & Robby's place and we love it! Cozy cabin vibes & close to Waterville Valley for skiing. Kitchen and baths are well stocked with the essentials and the wood fire place is always a hit! Thanks for a great stay!

My family has been staying at Steve's place for the past few years and each time it's been a wonderful experience. We love how spacious and comfortable it is. The location is great it's close to skiing and restaurants are within walking distance. Highly recommend next time you plan to visit Waterville Valley.
