Amazing view, close to everything.. Very responsive and clean..Plenty of extra parking on the lower level if you’re pulling a camper or trailer..Was my first time renting a airbnb and it was a great experience..

It was great stay with family, had wonderful time at house and it was clean and neat. We stayed two nights and everything was perfect.

Bob was a super responsive host and the place was great for access to the mountain and a ski weekend. Shuttle service or a short drive yourself. I would recommend checking in on Friday (we did Saturday) just because the managing company isn't open on weekends and if you need something it will get there, but takes a bit longer. Place was great and spacious for us and our kiddo to enjoy the mountain and unwind. Access to the health club/pool was a huge plus for a swim after a day on the slopes.

Nice condo. The downstairs bedroom and the upstairs bedrooms are very separate. I’d say you get kids could not stay in the downstairs queen bedroom and it’s not at all in ear shot of the upstairs bedrooms. Bathroom with shower is on first floor. Half bath is upstairs. Living room is on second floor. TV’s were easy to use. House was clean. It’s not handicap friendly so if that’s an issue I’d choose another place. The condo is down several stairs and decking. There were plants of parking spaces in the lower lot. Heat worked great. Place was cozy.

The unit was exactly what we expected. We were comfortable, beds were very comfortable. Nice view of the lake.

Great location for access to Waterville Valley, Loon, and the Ice Castles! During a solid snow storm crews were there each day to clear walkways and the driveway. Access to the community clubhouse for indoor swimming pools and hot tub was a bonus!

Amazing place and much bigger than the pictures show! Was perfect for family of 6.

Great place, very clean, lots of light, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen. Stephen was very easy to communicate with. There was also a welcome basket with treats - a nice touch, we appreciated it. Would stay again!

Great condo to stay in with a family! If you need any help they have an onsite manager named Pam who has her phone number on the sign in the condo lobby. She helped us so much!

This was our second time staying at Karen‘s place, and it was great! Close to the mountain! Has everything you need for a great ski weekend and lovely to be able to use community center to sauna and hot tub after a day on the slopes. Karen is a great communicator and the home is perfect!

We had a lovely stay! The place was perfect for our weekend stay. Kurt was very responsive, from the initial booking through checking out. His instructions made checking in a breeze and the condo had everything we could possibly need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. They had a helpful binder, introducing us to each room and the condo, as well as area attractions.

We had a great stay with family! We only wish we could stay longer to take advantage of all of the activities they had to offer - we'll be back!

Stayed at this condo for 3 nights, my friend and i thoroughly enjoyed the place ! Clean as a whisle. Bed was very confy, bathroom was nice, had a bar in tub for ease of moving around in shower. All in all.. very nice, had everything we needed ! We alerted Mike about difficulty with slider screen and he will have it taken care of. He has my vote and I would definitely stay here again !

I sent a text with a small question we had and Brian answered it with in minutes with perfect information. The house was great and easy to find. We had a great weekend

We had such a blast staying at Trish's place. She was super responsive, the place was extremely easy to find and get into, and had everything exactly as described. I do wish we saw the place in the summer, the river looked so beautiful and I bet the fire pit would be great at night. One surprise was the sun room, which heated up really quickly and was a perfect place to cozy up with a book. The kids (and adults) loved the hot tub, everyone blew off steam in the basement gym and sauna, and the proximity to Pat's Peak made a trip to do some tubing very easy. Thanks again for the wonderful memories!

The house was very well equipped and just as described. Well situated to the ice castles which was our destination. The house has a few minor areas that could use improvement but overall a great value. It is perfect for two adult couples and up to 5 children, if planning adults to stay in the 3rd floor bedroom (which is a very cool tween space!) I would recommend an air mattress. The Rec center was a nice place to spend a few hours swimming and playing games in the arcade on Saturday morning and the house is a short walk or drive. Stacey was very responsive and a great host, thank you for sharing the home we had a great family weekend. Take Stacey’s advice and take a right at the bridge rather than following the gps, much easier road.

House was perfect for three couples and there were more beds we didn't even us. Tracy was very communicative and check in and out were very easy. Thank you, Tracy!

I absolutely loved my time at the mountain getaway! Richard is a great host, very responsive and knowledgeable of the area. He recommended a great local restaurant just a short drive away. The house is beautiful, very spacious for my party of 4 but could’ve easily fit more of us. The appliances and furniture are recently upgraded but the place still had the feel of a loved cabin. I visited for a ski trip and enjoyed checking out the lodge for dinner/drinks. I’d love to book again in the summer to enjoy sunsets on the deck, check out the pool/clubhouse, go hiking or swim in the nearby rivers. So glad I booked!

Great place to stay. Winter months are definitely quiet, not a bad thing! I would stay here again.

We rented for my fiances bachelor party and the boys had a blast. They were really impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. Brett was super communicative and even sent us an invite for the community st Paddy's day party. Brett was super flexible and accommodating. Well definitely keep it in mind for future get togethers!

I had an amazing stay at Ashley & her family’s place! Ashley was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The house was spotless, roomy yet super cozy. Ashley was kind enough to check in on us to see how we were enjoying our stay and also sent us some restaurant to try nearby. Location was perfect and only minutes away from the Outlets. If I was to rate my stay on a scale from 1 to 10. It would easily be a 10!!! :). We will be rebooking again!
