Me and my family had an awesome stay. The house was great with lots of space and places to sleep. We were 8 ppl and there was more than enough room. Garage/game room was awesome I just wish it was insulated with some heat we had to wear our coats to be comfortable, of course the weather was 26F so it was expected. The rest of the house was warm and cozy. I would love to rent this same house in the summer it must be amazing with the view of the lake. One more thing is although there are 2 bathrooms its more like 1 because the second bathroom upstairs has a little door that leads to the room with the 4 beds so the other people not staying in that room didn’t use that bathroom to not get walked in on unexpectedly. Overall I still gave this place 5 stars and it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed and the host is very responsive and accommodating.

I sent a text with a small question we had and Brian answered it with in minutes with perfect information. The house was great and easy to find. We had a great weekend

The house was very well equipped and just as described. Well situated to the ice castles which was our destination. The house has a few minor areas that could use improvement but overall a great value. It is perfect for two adult couples and up to 5 children, if planning adults to stay in the 3rd floor bedroom (which is a very cool tween space!) I would recommend an air mattress. The Rec center was a nice place to spend a few hours swimming and playing games in the arcade on Saturday morning and the house is a short walk or drive. Stacey was very responsive and a great host, thank you for sharing the home we had a great family weekend. Take Stacey’s advice and take a right at the bridge rather than following the gps, much easier road.

Had a great stay for our Waterville ski weekend. Jacob was very welcoming and responsive. Location very convenient to the mountain. Comfy family room to relax in after a day on the slopes with the gas fireplace!

Michael was fantastic with responding quickly, this home was beautiful & is a great location if you're looking to visit the white mountains! my friends & I had a great stay, we would definitely book again!

We were up for a hockey tournament, and stayed with 2 families. It was comfortable to hang out and sleep. I love the decor of the place! It felt like home!

This was our second time staying at this house, and it was everything we wanted it to be -- again! Tim was available, responsive, and helpful. The house was spacious, clean, and very well-appointed. We had a lovely time and hope to stay here again some time.

What an absolutely amazing place. Pictures actually don’t do this place justice especially in the winter with the snow oh my gosh it is gorgeous! It’s quiet and secluded on a huge plot of land but close enough to amenities like restaurants and grocery stores, which is always important for a little bit longer of a stay! My kids and I used the zip line which was a BLAST when it was snowing. Went sledding on the hills of the property and otherwise just hung out and enjoyed the views and hot tub. The walking trails were fun too. We literally didn’t need to go anywhere with all there was to do at the house including video/card/board games. We are already planning our return trip for next year I cannot wait!! Oh and of also - the host Mason was attentive, responsive, and kind!

Another great stay at Laura’s. This was our third one. Walking distance to the shops in Meredith. I always enjoy the sunrise over the lake and a brisk walk to George’s Diner for an early breakfast. A one-minute drive to Dunkin’s, Hannafords, and the largest thrift shop in NH, Etcetera - an annual tradition with my daughters! Laura’s home is always clean and inviting with plenty of beds and baths for our family. Looking forward to our next stay.

Extremely clean, new construction/ re-model. Good location for skiing access.

We had a great time. Location and house were perfect for a family gathering (7 adults, 2 kids, 3 dogs), plenty of room, lots of games to play, very clean. Don was very responsive and a great host.

This lakeside cabin made for a lovely winter weekend getaway with family! Located right across from the lake, we were able to walk right out onto the ice for some ice fishing. We also brought our snowmobile with us and rode it right out on the lake. There is also snowmobile trail access right from the house! The cabin itself was clean and so cozy. Spacious living area and a very comfy couch surrounding the fireplace for all to chatter around at the end of a long day outdoors. Great restaurants in the area as well, only a short drive away. I would gladly stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone!

We recently had the most incredible stay at this luxurious 70-acre estate nestled in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the perfect blend of opulence and natural beauty that this property offers. The expansive ridge-line views were absolutely breathtaking, stretching as far as the eye could see—perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Speaking of coffee, the on-site coffee bar was a delightful touch, with high-quality coffee provided as a welcome gift, ensuring our mornings started off on the right note. The relaxing hot tub was a highlight, offering a serene spot to unwind while soaking in the stunning mountain vistas after long days of skiing at Loon Mtn a short 12min drive. For entertainment, the game room was a hit with with my family—featuring a beautiful shuffleboard table, a brand-new air hockey table, and even a pool table. We truly enjoyed our stay!

excellent location for getaways / vacations! very large and fit everything and everyone easily. you get more then what you paid for especially with town being a short 5ish minute drive from the property. Host left easy instructions and made sure to let us k ow to contact her if need be. Will definitely be considering thos property anytime I vacation in NH.

A great stay for my family of six. 20 min access to ski at Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain. House was clean, warm, and easy to access. Quiet and remote, but a handful of restaurants are reachable within a 10-15 min drive.

Kathy’s place was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. We were very comfortable there and had everything we needed! Kathy was quick to respond to any question I had. There was a bunch of snow on the ground while we were there so we didn’t explore the property, but the grounds were so pretty

Had lil trouble getting in ppl walking to their rental helped get in it looked bigger in the app the curtains got to go I’d say other than that it’s a peaceful place after it sets in . The vacuum couldn’t get it to work but it was a nice stay.

Bonnie and Harry were great hosts! Super communicative and friendly! The cabin was a prefect get away from the busy city life and it was just perfect. Surrounded by nature, snow and peace and quiet. Will be coming back in the near future!

Perfect house to stay in. Plenty of room for the family and so nice to bring the dogs with us! Super close to sunapee and shopping. Vinnie was so wonderful to work with. Very helpful and very responsive. Would totally stay here again!!!
