Incredible villa on top of a hill with amazing views on sea and mangrove. It is the perfect place to relax or to enjoy activities such as kayaking, snorkelling. The stay wouldn’t have been so perfect without the on site team. We received from them 5-star services from morning to evening. In addition, meals were delicious always set up at different locations in the villa so we could enjoy the magnificent views at beautifully dressed tables. Highly recommend for a private, secluded stay with 5-star services.

This beautiful house was the highlight of our trip, Pariatna is super friendly and took well care of us, even going out of the way to replace a hammock. The two girls were also amazing and helped my mum to do some local shopping. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Everything has been well thought out with ample storage, plug sockets, and a well equipped kitchen. This place felt like home, if only we could have stayed longer.

Cocoa Maya is the most beautiful villa. I cannot begin to say how wonderful our stay was. The team looking after us were so incredibly kind and the food was amazing. We had dinner every night! The villa is so loved and cared for. We had the most amazing time with our children and grandchildren. Thank you all for the happiest holiday.

My family and I had an amazing stay at the villa. Beautiful villa with a huge pool, nice layout for a family, walking distance from restaurants, etc. Taman, Wahan, and the rest of the team have been absolutely amazing during our entire stay and helped us a lot arranging our daily activities! We had a fantastic stay in the villa, it was a beautiful place - well constructed and with nice decor, and sparkling clean. There was a lovely man Agus who stayed in the small house on the property who helped us with anything we needed. He cleaned daily and sorted out any issues, eg electricity and water pressure. The only downside was the construction happening next door and across the property, as well as the mosque which is quite loud and starts prayers at 4:30 am. Recommend bringing ear plugs to help with the mosque prayers… and surely the construction next door and across the street will be done soon. Birkan let us know about the construction just before our visit, and he gave us a complementary snorkel trip from his dive centre as a gesture of goodwill. My husband and I did a scuba dive in the dive centre (with a 10% discount as we were staying in the villa), and it was great. Very professional and friendly staff. A beautiful place for a bigger group - highly recommend!

Amazing villa! Around 15 minutes from Kuta. BBQ zone, huge garden, fast internet, full furnished kitchen. The only bad thing that there one bathroom in 3BD villa. Would love to stay there for a long time in the next trip.

Stunning views and a lovely breakfast every morning, a nice pool and super friendly staff! It was difficult for us to find the place, because the road isn’t on google maps unfortunately, but the host helped us quickly by picking us up. Scooters can also be rented from their place. Surroundings are beautiful, lots of beaches to discover, and Kuta is 10-15 min by scooter. The place is quiet and peaceful, away from the busy town of Kuta. We were very happy!

Indah’s place was nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the view of Mt Agung in the day and the sky full of stars at night! Was also near the town area (convenient to move around by bike) but far away enough for peace and tranquility. Indah was also friendly and responsive. Thanks for having us!
