Our stay at The Hideaway was absolutely a 5 star experience. We had one night away from our 6 month old and I'm glad we chose to spend it here. First, when you walk in the ambiance is just right. It feels like a retreat/spa, and I knew we were going to be able to relax. The double sided fireplace I thought was especially cool. Next we noticed how clean the space is. My wife is a freak about cleanliness and she surprised even herself when she realized she was comfortably walking around barefoot. It looks like it was just built, even the corners of the shower and bathroom. The hosts have certainly worked hard to make this place nice and the little touches are what sold me. The super comfy robes, the fact that they had the little coffee mate creamers (and not the powder crap), the pillows that feel like they were made in heaven, the waterfall shower... I can't wait to come back! Coffee on the patio while watching the birds, cows, and sheep before we finally had to leave was perfect

Great space for a large gathering! We had everything we needed and the space was amazing for our party of 10. It was a great location and we loved the Christmas decorations. Would stay here again!

The house and property are beautiful! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. The house is nicely decorated and everything is very clean. Would highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay. Property was so peaceful and quiet. The beds and bedding were so comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed. This is one of the most comfortable Airbnb stays we have ever experienced. Perfect size and amenities for our family of 3. We will definitely return and stay longer next time.

Awesome location if you want to visit Fredericksburg but be out of the city !!! Super cute farm vibes with ponies and cows!!!!! So peaceful at night while in the hot tub and watching the stars. Will be coming back again !!!!!

Such a fun cabin! Very cozy and clean. The hosts were very helpful and flexible. Loved the local recommendations and complementary drinks. This stay was an extra plus being so close to the wineries and a cute chocolate shop. The instructions were accurate in finding the place. Bring cold food or food for toaster oven is best. Beds are super comfy and I appreciated the air purifier! Loved the decor and porch area. Thank y’all for the perfect getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! We wanted to be close enough to town to do things but also far enough to see the stars at night as clearly as possible. This place hit on both of our goals. We had a minor issue with a door lock on one of the bedrooms but the hosts communicated timely and they were able to have the issue resolved by the next morning which we very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and loved all the nature and animals on the property.

The moment we entered the property, we knew we were in for a real treat. We accessed the property via an easy to operate gate and there were clear instructions on how to get to the Air bnb. The surrounding area is beautiful with lovely trees. The house was immaculate. Incredibly clean, well layed out and inviting. Everything was provided for cooking and Ashely even stocked the fridge with milk, juice, ice-cream, etc. They also had a welcome tray with snacks and two bottles of wine. Such a lovely touch! We LOVED our stay and hope to return! Thanks Ashley!

“Perfect Stay – Beautiful & Thoughtfully Designed!” We had an amazing two-night stay at this Airbnb! It was just as described—beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. The hosts went above and beyond, providing coffee, espresso supplies, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub and rooftop seating with string lights made for the perfect way to relax in the evenings. One of the highlights was seeing the cows nearby, which added to the peaceful and scenic atmosphere. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

My wife and I had a great time at the A-frame. It feels like a peaceful escape to the wilderness but is just minutes away from everything you could need in Fredericksburg. Laura's instructions were super clear and easy to follow and the cabin was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We'd definitely come back!

Very great stay for us 5 girls for a weekend get away. The house was beautiful and we loved sitting outside and seeing all the deers in the morning. Not super far from downtown and was nice and quiet neighborhood.

Monica is a lovely host and her family's ranch is the perfect place to get away for some peace and quiet, yet still be near all the wineries and Fredericksburg. The location was perfect. The house is an old farmhouse but it was clean, full of charm and we felt right at home. The kitchen is well-stocked so you can cook (or not), and the homemade breakfast treats were amazing.

Great location for a girl’s trip! The space couldn’t be cuter and the huge bathroom was a big bonus! We enjoyed a cup of tea on the porch while watching the sunset and it felt like the perfect end to the day. Would definitely come back and stay again!

A beautiful quaint, clean cabin located on spacious property, quiet and peaceful. The star gazing a night is amazing. This is a wonderful place to take a step away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The animals are definitely an added bonus and super friendly. Spencer is such a great host, he is responsive and goes above and beyond when addressing anything issues that may arise. I was blow away with the detail when he provided us happenings what’s happening around hill country during our stay and he provided excellent recommendations on places to check out especially if you like live music. Great stay!

For the price, this was the best Airbnb anyone in our group had stayed at. The house was immaculately clean and provided anything we could need including extra pillows and linens. It was more spacious than we expected and made us feel right at home. David was always quick to respond with any questions we had and was very accommodating. We came for our friends engagement and David seemed to be just as excited as the bride-to-be was. Anytime we come back to Fredericksburg we’ll always hope to stay here.

The home was beautiful and just as pictured and sat on such a beautiful piece of property that was great and for walking around and exploring. There was deer outside our windows every morning to watch as well as a sweet little cat named “Peaches” that welcomed us each time we came and went. The house was spotless and the linens and beds were so comfortable. One of our favorite spots we’ve found and we will definitely be back. My wife and I stayed at Jubilee Haus for a month in February 2025. it was our forth winter in Fredericksburg and this house was by far the best. The house is spacious and comfortable and has all the comforts of home. The screened in porch is awesome as is the hot tub. It's private yet close enough to town to be anywhere in Fredericksburg in 5 minutes. There are deer and farm animals visible up and down the road along the Pedernales River. Meghan and John we wonderful hosts, always checking on us, we felt like family. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing visit to Fredericksburg. We loved everything about Jubilee Haus! Ten out of Ten! Amazing!

This cabin was absolutely perfect! Cozy and peaceful. The best part? The adorable goats! I had so much fun feeding them, they were friendly and full of personality. The cabin itself was clean, well-stocked, and had all the charm you’d want for a relaxing getaway.
