Exactly as described. This home is beautifully furnished and clean, I thought I was in a model home. Bedrooms are large each with a king size bed and very comfortable. The master en-suite bathroom is amazing. We spent the weekend with friends celebrating a birthday. I wouldn’t say it’s walkable to Main St but the drive took minutes and wasn’t an inconvenience at all. I wouldn’t absolutely stay again. Felt at home.

Beautiful home in a great location! Very nicely appointed! The house was clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for an amazing weekend. Our friends stayed there recently and recommended it, we were not disappointed. Crystal was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family visiting Fredericksburg and look forward to staying there again soon!!

It is always hard to find a place for a family trip where there are enough rooms, beds, AND bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. This house was perfect for all ages. We played in the front yard. We swam in the pool, hot tubed . We grilled. We will be back.

Iris’s place was great! We had a wedding party with 13 people & this was the perfect fit for all of us. There are many activities in the home & the friendliest cat who will come to visit :)

SipSipHooray was perfect for our 2025 Girls Roadtrip to Fredericksburg. My sister, niece and I had a blast shopping like crazy and wine tasting for 4 days and 3 nights. We appreciated the living space particularly in the evenings after an early dinner, and watching romcoms together. The hot tub was pristine but we only used it the first night due to sunburns from outdoor wine tasting. Thank you Amber for sharing your place and for helping us out with finding gluten friendly options in the area. If you are an ice cream aficionado, do not miss Austin Creamery, a block off Main on W. Austin. We’ll be back!

Booked for a bachelorette and I highly recommend. Spacious and very at home environment inside. The backyard is very big and it was perfect for eight of us. The host was fast to response to questions I had and was very helpful. There was enough towels for us all and pans to bake pizza and cook breakfast at the home.

Host was very nice and helpful. She was very clear on instructions and flexible with us. Was a perfect lil spot for what my friend and I were doing. She made it easy and simple. Property is very nice. Would recommend staying there. Was a great stay

Peaceful location; near Main Street . Plenty of space, jacuzzi was a relaxing added feature. There still is construction in the back, but did not disturb us over the weekend.

Lovely grounds and nice, cozy apartment on the first floor with a full kitchen, large bath, nice living room. Bed was so comfortable that we overslept! You really can't beat the grounds - like going to a park. No street noise. Out of town yet a five minute drive to anywhere you want to go. Best of both worlds. Beats a hotel room by a mile

This was the perfect space for myself and my 6 closest friends to celebrate my bachelorette party!! Its was such a beautiful space and very quiet and private. The host was so proactive with check in information, was flexible with an early check in time. They provided a clean and charming stay. I would stay here 10 times over, very affordable and walkable! Paul’s place was just right for the getaway we wanted. Spacious enough for staying a few days. We wanted to have a quiet place as our location to explore the hill country.

Beautiful stay with awesome amenities and so many animals. Waking up in the mornings to them in the backyard was always a treat. Clean and comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Ryan was very responsive and really appreciated the early check in. We loved the location private but close to Main Street. Overall a wonderful stay and would totally recommend and stay again ourselves.

We had a nice time! Very peaceful, clean and quiet place. I like that has minimal decors and spacious. Dana and Kelsey were excellent in communicating and messaging us about their instructions.

First, cabin was beautiful and so relaxing! We were able to have a little break from our normal routine and enjoy the simple things. Place was super clean and well equipped. With that said, Laura, is a great host and you can see they take care of every detail! You will have beautiful friends come visit! 💗

The house was very clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful location, sitting on the front porch and watching the deer. There were many nice amenities - including the corn to feed the deer and the treats in the welcome basket. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home!

We loved our stay! It was the perfect distance between enchanted rock and downtown Fredericksburg. It was the perfect size for my husband and I, our 5 month old daughter and two dogs. Kelsey was very responsive. She brought us dog bags since they were out and we forgot ours. Also I accidentally left some jewelry and Kelsey mailed it to me next day!!

We had a great time staying here with Jeff and Anita. They provided everything we needed and were incredibly responsive. You can tell they are locals who just enjoy sharing their space and town with everyone who comes by. The location is just outside of town so you get the country feel without being more than a few minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg. Would definitely recommend.
