Το σπίτι σε πολύ βολικό σημείο, πολύ κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης. Όλη η πόλη προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, όλα τακτοποιημένα, με σκεύη κουζίνας και όλα τα απαραίτητα για έναν καφέ ή μαγείρεμα για όποιον θέλει. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενικός, έδωσε πληροφορίες για την περιοχή, ενδιαφέρθηκε αν όλα είναι καλά και ήξερα πως θα είναι διαθέσιμος αν προκύψει κάτι. Όλα ήταν πολύ ωραία, άριστη διαμονή και σε καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Το εσωτερικο του σπιτιού με ενδιαφέρουσα αρχιτεκτονική από τοπική πέτρα και ένα πηγάδι μέσα στο υπνοδωμάτιο. Όλα ήταν πολύ όμορφα. Επειδή ήταν Αύγουστος υπήρχε λίγο φασαρία από τους περαστικούς το βράδυ χωρίς να είναι ενοχλητική.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans le logement. Il est très bien placé pour visiter la magnifique ville de Matera. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec des bons produits et du pain local de Matera !

Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte die ich je auf Airbnb gebucht habe!! Super freundliche Gastgeber mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten zur Begrüßung und zum Abschied. Schon beim ersten Betreten der Unterkunft haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sie ist sehr liebevoll und detailverliebt eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist echt perfekt. Man ist in wenigen Minuten direkt in den Sassi von Matera. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Francesco est un monsieur très à l’écoute, attentionné, serviable et dévoué. Ça a été un plaisir de séjourner dans sa demeure qui plus est paradisiaque, très bien entretenue et d’une localisation idyllique, centrée par rapport à plusieurs points d’intérêt. Francesco n’hésite pas à donner des conseils sur les alentours, toujours bien utiles. La maison est très propre, régulièrement nettoyée et le petit déjeuner excellent, d’une fraîcheur inégalable. Francesco est soucieux de nous faire découvrir les mets locaux, de varier le menu tous les jours et de nous servir quotidiennement ce qu’on apprécie le plus. Bref un pur plaisir, merci Francesco ! Giulianos cave house was a great base from which to explore Puglia. We had a great few nights here, cooked up a couple meals and enjoyed some very restful nights in the loft bed! The air conditioning and inherent coolness and quiet of the cave made it very easy to sleep. If you’re thinking of exploring this region, you’ll most likely need to rent a car. This house in particular is a bit difficult to park next to, but the answer is to park just a couple blocks away for free in the public square area of Corato. After discovering that, this house was perfect.

Amazing location, easy to get to. would recommend putting the address in google maps, not apple maps, as apple maps is less accurate in Matera's streets in general

L'alloggio è molto carino e pulito, in pieno centro storico e ben servito. Una nota speciale per Roberta che, oltre a compiere egregiamente il proprio lavoro, sebbene mi sia fermata solo una notte si è è prodigata per farmi stare bene ed aiutarmi in tutti i modi per sopperire ai notevoli disagi causati dai trasporti pubblici che purtroppo nella bellissima Puglia sono una nota dolente. Un grazie di cuore.

L'appartement d'Andreina est très bien situé tout près de la cité ancienne qui est une incroyable découverte ! Elle a su s'adapter à notre horaire d'arrivée, tout est propre et accueillant chez elle !

J’ai été merveilleusement bien accueillie par Ida qui est une femme vive et charmante. Elle a participé au développement culturel et à la revalorisation de Matéra et saura vous conseiller au mieux pour comprendre et apprécier cette époustouflante petite ville. Sa maison qui est placée au cœur de la vielle ville est facile d’accès. La chambre est très jolie, confortable et d’une propreté impeccable, la vue par la fenêtre est magnifique. Ce fut un plaisir de rencontrer Ida qui comme le suggère son intérieur et une personne de qualité avec une certaine originalité, son enthousiasme et ses conseils m’on été précieux pour ce court séjour qui à été intense et mémorable.

As so happens in traveling, what was planned as a quick stopover becomes a highlight. This B & B (note that this is a en-suite bedroom with a shared kitchen) was awesome. On the edge of town so there was room to safely park our bikes and enjoy the patio and gardens. The host Magdalene was welcoming and the breakfast was outstanding. Everything was sparkling clean, great hot shower, fast Internet. Very bright and airy compared to other Airbnb’s we stayed at in historic districts.

What a beautiful place! We loved every minute, Patrizia made us feel right at home and we had the most peaceful, relaxing, and authentic Italian holiday. The breakfasts are the best we’ve ever had - an abundance of food, fresh and homemade. The rooms are large, luxurious and have everything you need. The pool area is stunning, nestled in and overlooking an olive grove. And the location is great, between Ceglie and Ostuni, with easy access to Alberobella, Polignano etc. What more could you want… Thank you Patrizia for a wonderful time!!!

Everything was just perfect! The trullo is beautiful and was equipped with everything we needed, the surrounding was perfect to relax, enjoy nature and it is also a great starting-point to explore cities, beaches etc. in the area by car. Christian and his family were perfect hosts who made us feel welcome, gave us great tips for day-trips and cooked us delicious vegan breakfast. All in all - a great experience that we would absolutely recommend.

Wow. What can we say?!. We had the most amazing stay at Villa Guffo. Julie and Ronald were so kind and welcoming. The place was stunning. So stylish and spotlessly clean. A beautiful breakfast was laid out for us in the morning. The pictures don't do this place justice. You have to visit. We will be back!!!
