The place was perfect for my week long stay as I was studying nearby . Clean and exactly as described. Love the walk to the beautiful beach nearby and easy to Get to shops and supermarkets, cafes . Perfection every way .

One of the finest little airbnb properties in the area. The property is exactly as described, extremely clean and comfortable with beautiful surroundings. Karen met us upon arrival, gave a very informative run down of the property and surrounding area. Very friendly and great communication throughout. Extra touches like the chocolate and fresh roses by the bed were wonderful additions. Will certainly be returning and recommend to anyone visiting the area. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rebecca’s place. The surrounding nature was breathtaking—perfect for anyone looking to escape into peace and tranquility. Rebecca was incredibly friendly and warm, making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She even went above and beyond by preparing a delicious full continental breakfast for the next morning, which was such a lovely touch. The spa bath, complete with candles, was a highlight—pure relaxation and romance! This place is an ideal choice for a couple’s getaway. We’d love to come back! A beautiful secluded oasis right in the middle of town - from the moment we arrived, every box was ticked. Tim & Annie have gone above and beyond thinking of everything you could want or need while you are away. All the little touches including continental brekkie (homemade sourdough loaf & seasonal fruit platter) and even down to stubby holders in our studio. We would definitely be keen to return. Helen’s place was terrific. David was very gracious and helpful during our stay. We would highly recommend this area. We even had a kangaroo come to visit a few times!

The unit, while an older building and with older appliances was well presented, clean and comfortable. It is located on a quiet street, very close to the centre of town. For those that love a good shower with plenty of water pressure and a high flow shower head - the shower here was outstanding. Would happily stay here again.

If you are looking for a place to stay while in Sale, this is it. Nice and clean, the shower was amazing and there were plenty of towels. Perfectly situated next to the park and lake. The Layout of the Accomodation was perfect for us. Although Liz lives above the accomodation, she made our stay feel very private. Thank you Liz

Lovely place that was quiet and comfortable that had everything we needed for a short stay. The surrounding gardens were very nice and the visit from the little dog in the morning was a bonus. The inclusion of a little carton of milk and some water would have been ideal to be able to have a coffee but that would be the only negative of a lovely place.

Such a lovely spot. Super welcoming space, stocked with treats and all the basics which was a lovely surprise! Peaceful street with a wonderful view from the bedroom of the sun rising over the ranges. Close to town as well - walk in 10mins. It’s a private space on the side of the main house with your own entrance and private balcony. Highly recommended. Thanks for such a great stay 🙏

Eines der tollsten Airbnbs, in dem ich je war. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, hatte das gewisse Extra und von New Haven aus konnte man die Insel wunderbar erkunden (ich war für 3 Nächte dort). Alles war so, wie beschrieben. Die Unterkunft hat zusätzlich zu der luxuriösen Badewanne auch noch eine riesige Dusche und die Küche hat wirklich alles hergegeben, was man braucht, um sich zu versorgen. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es allerdings auch tolle Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war ausgezeichnet und ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten, wenn es mich noch einmal nach Phillip Island verschlägt :-)

The best place we’ve ever stayed at, without a doubt! Lisa was an excellent host, she was incredibly accommodating and respectful and had the best welcome brownies waiting for us on arrival. The Bungalow was fully equipped, exceeding all of our expectations. Lisa also has a very detailed folder of information with things to do on Phillip island which was super helpful and useful. Also our husky orca had the best time running around the hard and exploring the place. Thank you so much for everything Lisa, we will definitely be coming back!

Genuinely amazing stay. The accom was perfect, Carley and Marcus even went to the trouble of stacking the kitchen with some goodies which was nice. The view from the front area was the highlight. Easy walk to town for food etc. 10/10 weekend.

We went to Judy and Ross's place in need of a private, restful break in a lovely location and that's (pleasingly) just what we found. A spotless accomodation enveloped in greenery with a short walk (or drive) to a beautiful shoreline. The facilities supported self-catering at a basic level. Easy access to places of interest, shopping, cafes, wineries etc. We will be back.

This studio space is 'small, but perfectly formed'! Perfect for our needs. Not suitable for people with mobility issues but thal was not a problem for us. Thanks for a great stay.
