What an absolute gem! Beautiful, peaceful surroundings with lots of wildlife. We loved waking up to the red squirrels and having our breakfast on the deck watching them come and get nuts from the feeder. The hot tub was amazing, grab a Prosecco and relax listening to the sounds of nature, pure bliss. We loved the little touches in the cabin; they were so thoughtful, (I loved toasting the marshmallows)! Caroline and Si were so friendly, Si gave us some great recommendations and Caroline showed us where to pick wild garlic. Hawes is a lovely little village and lots of great walks from the Lookout. Highly recommend the White Hart for food in Hawes and definitely visit the creamery! We will 100% be coming back and will stay for longer next time, we didn’t want to leave! Looking forward to seeing the area in different seasons!

Emma is exceptional. She's quick to reply to anything you ask about or for. You are left alone in peace. She makes it very clear that she's very much focused on making your stay warm, enjoyable and relaxing. I'd highly recommend going here and very quickly you'll realise how great it is. Family break with 6 adults and 2 children (3&7). Due to the previous guests and new cleaners there were a few issues on arrival - but Mandy sorted all of these straight away with no problem. The accommodation and location were perfect for our day out to Stockeld Park - which I can't recommend enough - what a great place! The hot tub was lovely. We would book again if we were to go to Stockeld Park again. Thank you Mandy

There are no words to sum up the weekend which we have had to celebrate my mums 50th birthday. All of the touches made this the most beautiful luxurious home from home made perfect by Charlotte. We will definitely be back ♡

Very clean comfortable place in a lovely location by a duck pond. Close to many amenities and walks. Christine was very pleasant and helpful, even calling to help us over a small hitch. Would certainly return when we can.

We had a fab stay at Happy Place hosted by Linda. We had clear instructions for getting to the lodge and a lovely welcome gift on arrival. We couldn’t ask for any more from the lodge. It was equipped with absolutely everything we could have needed to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. Thank you for having us.

Lodge was really clean and had everything we needed. The instructions from Donna made it easy to find and get access to the park. I came with my six year old son and he loved the lodge and pool. Literally round the corner is a farm with crazy golf and laser tag which was a good afternoon out too. We’d happily stay again.

Lovely pod, everything you need. Very clean and stylish. Beds are pull out, apart from the ones upstairs. They were very comfortable and we had a great sleep. The shower was amazing… hot & powerful, especially after being out walking all day. Wi-Fi is good, even has sound system & smart TV. Located at the back of the park, quiet and secluded. The park is well maintained & the foods very good in the restaurant. All Staff we came across, were very friendly and helpful. I brought my Nan back for her 80th, as she use to stay at Hollins Farm seasonally many years ago. It was a trip up memory lane. Plenty of places to walk, especially the hill at the back of Hollins farm. The views are still very impressive to this day. Silverdale is just a little Gem, the gift that keeps on giving. Will definitely be returning.

The Midden is a fantastic little gem. The cottage is tastefully furnished and decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal. It was glorious to sit in the enclosed garden with breakfast and coffee. Cassie's mum met us on arrival and was very informative about local walks and places to visit nearby . The New Inn is a very short walk away and serves great food. The beer garden and the pub are pet friendly. Highly recommend. I already tried to book a return visit for the end of August without any luck.

This was a gem of a find! The lodge was amazing, clean, warm and peaceful. The surroundings just made it. Our children had such a lovely time and Lauren even took them to feed the animals on the farm. We even had a visit to the cabin from their horse, which only made things even more exciting for my daughter. Clean and modern cabin with lots of little extras making a cosy few nights away.

Excellent accommodation and even better hosts. The accommodation was as expected from the pictures, very warm and had everything you need from an amenities perspective. I feel it would benefit from a larger duvet though as my wife and I were taking it in turns stealing the duvet through the night, the room was warm so wasn't too big of a deal though. Shower is powerful and very nice! We found the decking was very slippery due to the ice so it would be good if some gritting salt was nearby. Location wise it's 30seconds walk to the sites cafe and pool/gym and the site itself is just a short drive to Grassington, Burnsall and Skipton. Lots of great walks, we would definitely recommend the Grassington-Burnsall walk as it's one of our favourites. Our stay was unfortunately cut short due to local weather warnings for snow and when we contacted the hosts, they was very accommodating, even providing a very fair refund as it was out of our control.

A great weekend away in this gorgeous lodge! The lodge was very clean and it’s a lovely, modern place to stay. The host was very responsive and provided helpful instructions. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Really enjoyed our stay, the views of the lake was peaceful and calming. Only advice I would say is make sure to bring bug spray as once it starts getting dark they’re out in force. But that’s not a complaint as we still loved our stay

Perfect cozy spot for a hiking weekend - it had everything we needed and was an easy walk from the station. Amazing views right out onto the hills. Hope you come again!

Jill and Steve were very friendly and helpful hosts. As we were new to the Yorkshire Dales, they gave us helpful recommendations as to what to see and do. The location is beautiful with great views of the surrounding countryside and if you’re lucky with the sky at night, the stars are amazing. We would love to come back and stay and explore the Dales more.

Had an amazing stay at The Roost. Shirley was very welcoming as soon as I pulled into the driveway. Shirley explained all the features of the cabin so my stay was much more relaxing. all basic amenities were provided (soap etc) and the oven was fantastic. the seating area outside the cabin was very relaxing listening to all the birds or watching the sheep. the bed was very comfortable, the shower is a rainfall shower and water was always warm. Decent size parking space. Had a couple walks out to the dales, Ingleborough to start with which is 15 mins away and Hawes about 40 mins away. Visited Warton crag on departure day which is about 25 mins away in the Silverdale & Arnside AONB which I would highly recommend, a small climb with some amazing views. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend to hiking folk & nature lovers.

We had a beautiful weekend at the lodge, this was our second visit & hopefully not our last. The cabin has absolutely everything you could possibly want/need and is extremely clean. Fiona was extremely kind and allowed us longer to check out given the snow and changed the heating to ensure we were comfortable. Cannot fault anything.
