We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad met vrienden in dit mooie fijne huis. Ook de omgeving is prachtig en de buren in het dorp zijn behulpzaam en heel aardig. Merci!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette maison. Le grand jardin est un véritable havre de paix. La cheminée ajoutait une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante. Un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer et profiter de la nature. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Die Fotos werden dem Apartment nicht gerecht, in Wirklichkeit ist es noch schöner. Es ist stylisch eingerichtet und trotzdem gemütlich. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Fußläufig sind der Louvre und Notre-Dame innerhalb von ca. zehn Minuten erreichbar und direkt vor der Tür ist eine Metrostation, die einen wirklich guten Anschluss an das gesamte öffentliche Verkehrsnetz bietet. Mit dem Auto ist sie allerdings schwer zu erreichen, aber in der Nähe gibt es zwei Parkhäuser wo man das Auto gut abstellen kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist allerdings sehr ruhig mit geschlossenen Fenstern, man bekommt von der belebten Straße nichts mit. Die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht gebraucht, ist aber sicherlich im Sommer echt eine Erleichterung, da Süd-Westseite. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, da man in den 5. Stock ohne Aufzug muss. Aber der Blick vom Balkon ist es wert! Die Gastgeber sind supernett und sämtliche Kommunikation sowie Anweisungen waren sehr professionell und gut ausgearbeitet.

Wir waren 8 Nächte in der super schönen und sauberen Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist toll, sehr gut angebunden und eine schöne Umgebung. Auch die Kommunikation mit Sasha war bestens. Wir können eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen und kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir nochmal in Paris sind!

One of the best Airbnb’s that we’ve ever stayed. Location was perfect for our family! We loved staying in the 16th & enjoyed the local restaurants and shopping. The views were the best in Paris! We loved being on the Seine River and seeing the prefect, unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower! We used all of the balconies. Helene was a great host. She provided details on both arrival and departure. We enjoyed her hospitality with leaving us some stocked items in the kitchen. Highly recommend to anyone! We have already referred some friends to stay here! Thank you Helene!

Our stay was spectacular! The apartment is stunningly beautiful, immaculately clean, and extremely comfortable. It was very quiet and we felt like we had the building to ourselves. The host was very kind and responsive, and allowed us to drop off our suitcases a bit early which was a tremendous help! Both beds - including the pullout couch - had fantastic mattresses. We enjoyed the Eiffel Tower view from the terrace, and the location was ideal for getting around Paris. I only wish we had stayed longer. We loved everything about it!

Très beau logement avec beaucoup de charme , tout est neuf et de qualité (literie et cuisine) . Parfait pour un week end campagne au calme.

We could not recommend Julien’s place enough! Amazing flat - beautifully designed and pristinely kept, so functional and with so many beautiful house plants. Also in a top location in the marais, a stones throw from so many cafes and shops - yet in a peaceful and quiet street. Julien was super helpful, responsive on messages and gave local recommends. Stay at Julien’s place! Best air bnb we’ve stayed in. Don’t miss it!
