Όλα ήταν όπως τα περιμέναμε και παραπάνω των προσδοκιών μας. Το σπίτι , καθαρό, πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο, σε εξαιρετικό σημείο για εξορμήσεις σε δημοφιλείς( και μη)παραλίες και μερη. Υπέροχη η αυλή με σκιερό και όμορφο κήπο. Ο οικοδεσπότης, ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός, μας έδωσε χρήσιμες πληροφορίες και προτάσεις για τη περιοχή.

We had a lovely stay at Rocabella. The house was super well equipped, spacious kitchen to cook. Perfect for climbers - there was a fingerboard, yoga mats, a lot of space. And the location is superb, beautiful view of Leonidio, but also close to the center. Definitelly will be coming back!

Περάσαμε υπέροχα. Πολύ ωραία εγκατάσταση που σου έδινε τη δυνατότητα να απομονωθείς δεδομένου της κατάστασης με τον covid. Καθαρό, όμορφο, πρακτικό και το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και άμεσο. Τα δωμάτια έχουν θεα στη θάλασσα και είναι μέσα σε μια εγκατάσταση γεμάτη από λουλούδια και φυτά. Ότι πρέπει για τις οικογενειακές μας διακοπές . Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα είναι επιλογή μας αν αποφασίσουμε να κάνουμε διακοπές ξανά στο Άστρος

Maria’s place has top quality furniture and all items in the place is top notch. I felt very comfortable. The property had fruit trees, a green lawn and its semi private beach. They provided four sun beds and two umbrellas to relax at the beach.

Liebe Maria, danke, dass wir dein schönes kleines Haus nutzen konnten. So nah am Meer zu wohnen, das war etwas besonderes. Jeden Morgen habe ich mich gefreut die Türen zu öffnen und sofort aufs Wasser zu blicken. Der kleine Mini-Supermarkt gleich nebenan war sehr praktisch und auch die Restaurant-Bar einladend. Der Oktober mit wenig Touristen war eine gute Zeit für unseren Aufenthalt und so war auch die Straße kein Problem. Auch die Kinder waren sehr glücklich bei dir. Wir kommen darum gerne wieder.

Beautiful house in the heart of the village, with a small beach a few seconds away and several of great restaurants. The house is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with three large bedrooms that all equally nice and a shaded roof terrace. It is opposite a bar so there is some sound in one bedroom but it didn’t disturb us. More quiet murmuring than noise. Communication was good. The kitchen is good and being in the middle of the village is really fun. Kardamyli is lovely ( this was our 4th trip I think) with lots to do in the area. Even in August you can drive up the mountains and hike and the beaches are varied and relaxing. Tikla and Elies were our pick of the restaurants. A great stay.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht, die Betten waren bequem, es war sehr ruhig. Die Fenster sind mit Insektenschutz ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte alles Nötige, man konnte gut selber kochen. Die zerkratzten Bratpfannen sollten ersetzt werden. Der Gastgeber legt grossen Wert auf das Einsparen von Ressourcen (Wasser und Elektrizität). Das verstehen wir, ist aber im Zusammenhang mit dem Tourismus nicht immer ganz einfach. Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass wir nicht in den Pool springen sollen, wegen dem Wasserverschleiss und der Pumpen. Das Grillen in der Aussenküche wurde auch nicht gern gesehen, die Infrastruktur war nicht vorhanden (Streichhölzer, Holz, Kohle, Grillputzbürste). Streichhölzer haben wir auf Nachfrage erhalten, Kohle haben wir gekauft. Alles in Allem sehr schönes Haus in gepflegter Umgebung. Für uns zu viele Hausregeln, Pool erst ab 08.30 Uhr zu nutzen, Siesta von 15 bi 17 Uhr. In dieser Zeit wird aber im Vermieterhaus Saxophon geübt.

Wonderful location, property and host! Spacious and well appointed space with all conveniences and outdoor area with olive tree and flowers growing. Private and quiet. Excellent host. Highly recommend this property and host.

anche se era inverno abbiamo potuto scaldare bene l'alloggio. il balcone vista mare è la parte migliore dell'appartamento! vorrei tornare quando sarà più caldo per godere di questo spazio!

Ο χώρος της Νατάσσας αξίζει τα 5 αστέρια και με το παραπάνω. Άψογο διαμέρισμα, λειτουργικό, ευρύχωρο, με ωραία πίσω αυλή απόλυτα ιδιωτική. Παρά πολύ καθαρό, ωραία διακόσμηση. Οι παροχές ίσως είναι και παραπάνω από όσες αναφέρονται στην καταχωριση ( πχ καφές πρωινό). Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ένα τέταρτο με τα πόδια από την παραλία κι άλλο ένα τέταρτο για τα μαγαζιά για να βγεις για ποτό και φαΐ. Ήσυχη γειτονια με εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Η Νατασα ήταν πολύ καλή, ευγενική και διακριτική και απαντούσε αμέσως σε ότι ερώτημα είχαμε. Σιγουρα θα επιλέξουμε τον χώρο για τη διαμονή αν ξαναέρθουμε Καλαμάτα και τον συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

As far as hosting and hospitality goes, Athanasia went above and beyond and nothing was too much for her. We were given some really helpful tips and recommendations, especially on where to dine. The property is modern, spotlessly clean and lent itself perfectly to our needs, which was to have a property within close proximity of local amenities, whilst benefitting from privacy and quietness. The bed is super comfy and the shower is amazing. The kitchen was generously stocked with coffee (Nespresso machine and capsules) and utensils should you decide to cater for yourselves. Athanasia's property is aptly named Serendipity! Serendipity is a perfect and leading example of what is expected from an Airbnb property! Thank you Athanasia for everything and we'd definitely stay again!

The home was fantastic and perfect location for climbing and walking to restaurants. We hardly used our car, only to explore further away. Maher left a bottle of wine in the fridge for us and he was very accommodating, we had such an amazing time in leonidio! I would recommend this place to a friend

Χρειαστήκαμε με τον σύντροφο μου ένα μέρος για μια δουλειά αυθημερόν (Αθήνα-Καλαμάτα) και η κυρία Ζένια μας εξυπηρέτησε πλήρως. Το σπίτι ήταν ήσυχο, καθαρό και με φανταστική θέα. Even for a small stay, great hospitality, would highly recommend

Just a few too many steps to tackle before reaching the apartment, but the effort definitely worth it: the terrace offers a truly amazing view over the traditional village of Kamini, very nice and quite. The room is clean, the bad is very comfortable and the little kitchen is well furnished. Petros and Jacobs are perfect host. thanks for your kindness.

Οικογένεια με δύο παιδιά (ηλικίες 8 και 4 ετών) μείναμε 7 νυχτες και δεν έχω λόγια για να περιγράψω το ποσό όμορφη ήταν η διαμονή μας...Αρχικα το σπίτι που μέναμε ήταν πεντακάθαρο (μείναμε στο Panorama), οι χώροι πάρα πολύ ανετοι,τα κρεβάτια πολύ αναπαυτικά,τα μπαλκόνια υπέροχα και είχες για κάθε ώρα της ημέρας σκιά να κάτσεις..όσο για την θέα κάθε παράθυρο και κάθε μπαλκόνι ένας πίνακας ζωγραφικής. Απ' την μια θάλασσα , από την άλλη το βουνό και οι ελαιώνες και ο πανέμορφος κήπος του χώρου που μέναμε.. Μιλώντας για τον κήπο είναι ένας επίγειος παράδεισος από άποψη ομορφιάς αλλά και για τα παιδιά .. με τραμπολίνο, αιώρα, γρασίδι σε άψογη κατάσταση και πολλά παιχνίδια να παίξουν... Μας παρείχαν επίσης και στον ιδιωτικό μας χώρο φουσκωτή πισινουλα την οποία απόλαυσαν εξίσου τα παιδιά .Η κυρία Ειρήνη και ο κύριος Βαγγέλης είναι πάρα πολύ ζεστοί άνθρωποι και οι δυο..Όσον αφορά την τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική μιας και είναι πολύ κοντά σε όλες τις παραλίες (Στούπα,Δελφίνια, Φονέας , )

Η Χρυσούλη απαντούσε άμεσα. Όταν της ζητήσαμε ένα επιπλέον πάπλωμα, το παρείχε άμεσα. Μας επέτρεψε να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας σε ένα δικό της χώρο πέρα από την ώρα του check out έτσι ώστε να κάνουμε μια τελευταία βόλτα.

Υπέροχη φιλοξενία. Χαμογελαστοί, ευδιάθετοι και πάντα διαθέσιμοι οικοδεσπότες. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, μεγάλο, με πολύ όμορφους χώρους. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα !

We booked this place in order to have a more relaxing slow paced time after busy sight seeing elsewhere for the previous 7 weeks. This apartment was just what we were after. Magnificent view for starters, that you’ll never grow bored of. The apartment is a real home with a well appointed kitchen and quality appliances. You’ll have all the supplies you need, Nikos goes over and above to supply everything. Beds are comfortable and the place is so quiet. Kalamata was easy to get around & the apartment was close to supermarkets & restaurants. Highly recommend this fabulous place and it’s definitely worth the money.

Nadia and Alkis were amazing, helpful and welcoming hosts! The flat was super spacious, amazingly clean and very well equipped. The shower was so nice and hot and the balcony views of cats and birds were greatly appreciated by my toddler. Would 100% recommend.

Περάσαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή στο κατάλυμα στο Ακρογιάλι Αβίας! Η τοποθεσία είναι ακριβώς δίπλα στη θάλασσα με ήρεμο περιβάλλον, ιδανικό για χαλάρωση. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειαστήκαμε. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενη και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Η φιλοξενία του έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ξεχωριστή! Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον ψάχνει έναν όμορφο και ήσυχο προορισμό δίπλα στο κύμα!

Ornella was a warm & welcoming host. The villa is breathtaking! I may have missed on the description, but as with many places in Greece, the number of stairs around the place might be burdensome for some. That being said, we would definitely go back!

A very nice apartment in a great location in Kalamata. Stauroula is kind, friendly, and speaks excellent English. We’ve had a pleasant, month-long stay here in the autumn, the flat is comfortable and practical. Our whale of a car was a bit tricky to park, since Greek parking spots tend to be on the smaller side, but having a dedicated, roofed parking spot was super nice to have! I also liked that the apartment has a very cool terrace, an awesome place to have my morning coffee in the sun. Having a bathtub is a nice extra (not many Greek apartments have one!), but it’s a bit on the slim side, I’m a fairly large fellow by Greek standards so it was a bit of a tight fit for me. ;) The internet is 8 Mbit/s at its best, we used our own instead, as that’s not very useful these days.

Great experience. Anna and her friend, Maria, were both very helpful. The place is as beautiful as the pictures make you think, and if you love kittens, be prepared to find them waiting for you at the entrance. We rented bikes to get around the island, and we totally suggest the experience to really enjoy your surroundings! l

Ηταν μια πολυ ευχαριστη διαμονη σε εναν πολυ ομορφο , τακτοποιημενο , προσεγμενο , προσβασιμο και καθαρο χωρο οπου αξιζε για εμενα 110% . Οσο αναφορα τον οικοδεσπότη τον Κ. Νικο ηταν πολυ πρόθυμος να με βοηθησει σε οτι απορια ειχα. Ευγενεστατος φιλικος και συννενοησημος και πολυ εξηπηρετικος ηταν ενας λογος της ευχαρίστησης διαμονης μου. Και εννοείται θα επελεγα τον ιδιο χωρο αμα επρεπε να ξανακατεβω στην πανεμορφη Σπαρτη
