Can’t beat this location, comfy apartment with green views. Very quiet even though it’s in the heart of the city. Walking distance to the beach, Dizingoff street.. We loved our stay and hope to come back

We stayed at Doron's beautiful home for 10 days while visiting family in the area. The house itself was so spacious, clean, and comfortable with a beautiful kitchen and outdoor garden space. Communication was so easy and Doron was such a gracious host. There is a grocery store, Cafe and playground within a 5 minute easy walk. Lovely stay, lovely host, absolutely recommend. Thank you Doron for everything!!

Cozy apartment in a nice quiet area. Suitable for a relaxing holiday. The apartment has everything you need and more. We did not see the hostess, but she was in touch on wUpp and e-mail, easily and quickly solved all our questions. Lily cooked homemade hummus for us and left it in the fridge. It was very nice. The apartment has 2 rooms and a spacious living room. Ideal for 4 people, but there is an extra bed - a sofa in the living room. To the sea 20 minutes walk along the beautiful boulevard and Frishman street. For travelers by car - convenient access to the Ayalon highway and highway # 2. Thank you very much, Lilia. We will be happy to stay here next time!

It was very comfortable. I like the easy to go everywhere and be in central location. Highly recommended.

The location is amazing and Kobi provided towels, soaps and kindly left fruit beer and wine in the fridge. The spacious balcony was a beautiful place to sit whether for sunbathing or watching the sun go down over Tel Aviv. Beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are large with the upstairs bathroom including a jacuzzi bath. As you are in Tel Aviv expect some dust. It comes with the weather. Although there is no washing machine, do a hand wash and the clothes dry within a few hours 10/10 for an amazing place in an amazing location. Looking forward to return. Thank you Kobi.

The house is spacious with a stylish living area and well-equipped kitchen. Communication with Yaniv was perfect, although he was away so we didn’t get to meet him, he sent detailed instructions and even videos of how to operate appliances which was very helpful. Noga, who checked us in was lovely and kindly walked with me to the local supermarket and showed me a couple of useful things in the immediate vicinity. The rooms were comfortable and the garden was a massive hit with our children- particularly the trampoline and treehouse. We enjoyed being close to Yarkon Park and there are some nice cafes in immediate walking distance. Easy enough to get the bus to the beach too. We would thoroughly recommend Yaniv’s place.

Hemi's house has such a good energy. Spotless clean and was very orginaized to all of my needs. Had a really good time, the garden is really peacfull! House is located 7 minutes walk from the beach which was super comfortable. Thank you for everything!

Havi's apartment was very nice and the location was exactly as described, walk to Holton beach, to the best restaurants of Disengof Street and not jammed with city center traffic so was very easy to communicate. The apartment is at the first floor of a 4 story building and it's actually very large and welll equipped. the place is fairly clean, but it could get an extra deep cleaning from time to time. Overall experience was really good and we glad that we chose it for our 3 nights stay in Tel Aviv.

השהות בדירה היתה נהדרת מכל בחינה. דנה חשבה על כל פרט אפשרי על מנת שהשהות תהיה נעימה . הדירה בדיוק כמו בתמונות ואף מעבר, מסודרת נקייה, הגינה יפיפייה ומעניקה תחושה של כפר.. הסביבה שקטה והדירה מעניקהתחושת פרטיות, חניה פנימית פרטית ! כל שאלה שהיתה לי דנה הגיבה מייד, מעבר לכך דאגה לוודא מידי פעם שלא חסר לי כלום. המטבח מצוייד היטב , חלב טרי במקרר, סלסילת פירות טריים וחטיפים לנישנוש, שפע מגבות נקיות, מיטה נוחה , מומלץ בחום לשהות בדירה !!! תודה רבה דנה 🙏

היה תענוג להתארח אצל דן. דירה מקסימה עם כל מה שצריך לחופשה בלי דאגות. דן היה זמין כל הזמן, ענה במהירות לכל השאלות ואפילו יצר קשר בעצמו כדי להסביר לנו דברים על הדירה ולדאוג שיהיה לנו הכי נוח ושנרגיש בבית. בנוסף, דן היה מאוד גמיש ואיפשר לנו להישאר שעות נוספות בדירה ביום האחרון ללא שום תשלום נוסף בעקבות דחיית הטיסה. סך הכל, חוויה מאוד חיובית. ממליצה בחום!

This was my third stay at Doron’s apartment. I plan to return next year to rent the apartment again. The location is good and the apartment is attractively priced. There is a shelter in the lower floor. Doron is very attentive and friendly.

Terrific experience! Florentin is such a vibrant neighborhood, yet the roof on the 4th floor is quiet. The place is authentic and quirky and charming, I loved it. The only noise is the occasional neighbor dog. :) Dori’s place comes fully equipped - shampoo, olive oil, vinegar, spices, even water, tea, coffee, and beer… I was able to cook, use the mini oven, and the place had a fridge and kettle. So handy! The bed is really comfy. There is one roofed sofa outside, a table to eat at, and another large couch. Plus all the pigeons and mynah birds you could want. More than anything, Dori made sure I knew where to find everything, the best café, supermarket, and also where to find the shelters in case of alarm. Fantastic host - not too pushy, always available, really friendly. Definitely coming back - so far, one of my favorite airbnb.

Amazing apartment in the best area with everything you could ever want a few minutes walk away. TLV at your fingertips! The only heads up is that the parking is in a tight space with an elevator which makes for some intense rollouts but if you can handle that it’s an 11/10.

Enjoyed every day staying in Daniel's place! Apartment is very cozy, neighborhood is quite pleasant too, walkable to the sea and Yarkon river under 5 minutes. Vibe of old Tel Aviv included.

The penthouse was great. We were a group of 11 and had plenty of space. The balcony was fantastic with a great view. The pool on the roof was really nice, and the kids didn't want to leave. There was a great beach just a 5-minute walk away, and a nice boardwalk with some good restaurants.

The apartment is even better than the listing photos, with a comfortable living room space even with the sofa bed pulled out there was space for myself, my husband and our two kids. I particularly appreciated that there were three cozy chairs so we didn't feel the need to close up the sofa during the day for seating. The view is a showstopper, with sea views in both the living room and bedroom. We didn't plan to cook or have any meals in the kitchen, but it was really nice to have the hot water kettle, mugs and glasses and even some tea/coffee supplies left available. The space was tidy and designed thoughtfully and modern but not cold. Extra pillows and blankets were easy to find. The only thing I would add is that I was prepared to search for a parking spot given the location, and was relieved that there was a large outdoor lot just across the street.

Thanks for Rachel for being an exceptionally friendly and responsive host. Rachel was always willing to share instructions related to the property. She was very friendly and even spoiled us with delicious cookies!

The flat was absolutely fabulous!! The living room appearance was even nicer than the pictures :-) The kitchen was fully equipped and more - two type of toasters, coffee machine, lots of cooking utensils, plastic bags, plenty of cups and plates from all kind types, there were coffee, oil, salt and pepper, various spices, and even peanut butter and flatbreads. Amazing. The shower was lacking soaps and lotions, baby wipes etc. Washing machine and dryer was life saver with kids. The swimming pool was spacious and fun, partially shaded with nice staff working there. Having the private parking was very important in this area. Ronit was very responsive and very helpful in our stay and I couldn't ask for a better host!

Travelers can expect a nice large kitchen open to a large living area, nice sized covered porch and any amenity needed in the home. The host is fantastic! Great street parking AND a garage spot comes with. You can’t go wrong!

This apartment is perfectly situated overlooking the marina at the end of the restaurant strip so you can watch the boats go in and out and the hustle and bustle on the promenade from the large balcony yet it is very quiet inside the rooms. We were 4 adults and it was very comfortable. There are great beaches 5 minutes walk in both directions and there is a good sized pool in the complex. There is 24 hour security at the entrance and the whole complex is very well maintained. Eitan was very flexible with arrival/departure times and communication was fast and easy. This was a very positive experience in every way.

הדירה נוחה ונעימה, מאובזרת היטב ונקייה. המיקום מעולה וכיף שיש בריכה בבניין. האזור שקט ובטוח, החוף במרחק הליכה, המרינה והקניון. יש הרבה מה לעשות באזור. המארחים זמינים, ידידותיים ועוזרים במה שצריך. ממליצים בחום, נהננו מאוד.
