The apartment was peaceful and clean, and the location is ideal for those who want everything within close reach. Security was thorough, conducting all necessary checks upon entry to the compound. Wessam consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything meets expectations, which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend both the accommodation and the exceptional service provided by Wessam.

We loved staying at Hussein’s place. Although it was a tad far from Zamalek it was easy and affordable to Uber. Hussein is an amazing host. Anything we needed we just had to ask and he was quick to respond even when we had to check in very late at night. We had a great time.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Maadi - after living in Maadi for 4 years then returning for holiday I can definitely say this is the best place to stay. Having a pool and restaurant on site is great and really hard to get in Maadi

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement est parfait et la vue sur les pyramides est à couper le souffle. L’ambiance du quartier nous à beaucoup plu, très vivant, de plus tout les commerces se trouvent à proximité et sont accessible à pied : superette, tabac, banque, pharmacie, street food etc… Nous avons été accueillis tôt le matin par le chauffeur Ahmed et Shérif qui sont deux personnes très gentils et attentionnés. Nous avons beaucoup aimé discuter et passer du temps avec eux. Vous pouvez compter sur eux pour passer un agréable séjour ! Le propriétaire a été disponible à tout heure également pour répondre a nos questions et nous organiser des excursions. Merci à lui également ! Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir !

Mohamed est respectueux et parle un peu français, il est venu me cherché dans la nuit à mon arrivée, il est courtois et professionnel, il m'a même commandé mon repas pour livraison, son équipe est très très bien ausdi . merci !

We stayed for 5 nights as a group of three during the New Year holidays. The apartment was incredibly spacious with stunning views, and having a supermarket nearby was perfect for enjoying relaxed meals at home. The location in Zamalek, an area known for its embassies and stylish shops, felt very safe and was conveniently accessible. While the shower pressure was a bit lower than expected, it was still manageable. The local support staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The location and amenities made our stay truly enjoyable, and we would definitely love to stay here again if we have the chance to visit in the future!

للعوائل انصح فيه وبشده مستوى الامان من تدخل لين تطلع والخدمات عندك كل شي قريب ولو ينزلون اطفال لحالهم ما تخاف عليهم حتى اللي جاي وحاب يستجم بمكان يروق فيه بعيد عن زحمه وازعاج لا يتعدى المكان والمهندس طارق صراحه تعامله جدا جدا راقي معي اهلي وان شاء الله بنعيده رسمي وبنفس المكان

Wonderful experience with a professional, kind and friendly host. I would absolutely recommend this host and this particular location. Loved the patio all day and especially around sunset time. I wish I can share the amazing pictures I took. Having a cup of Egyptian tea with the sunset and the spectacular views was priceless!

Atta was very welcoming and attentive! He went out of his way multiple times to help us out! The location was very local to the pyramids and each room had a SPECTACULAR view!!! The apartment matched the pictures perfectly! If you want great views and to experience the local lives of Egyptians, this is the place for you!

I cannot recommend this place enough! The location is perfect! Yes, it is not exactly a 20min drive from Giza, but then again, you will only visit Giza once or, at maximum, twice, during your whole trip. Shopping and food was great (something we particularly enjoyed as a family of 5). Old Cairo is 30mins away and perfectly commutable (public transport is dirt cheap). Now, in terms of the apartment, it was perfect. There were 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed, perfect for a family of 5. There are 3 bathrooms across the apartment which was also very useful. The upstairs is decorated very nicely, with an absolutely serene view on the balcony. The TV is nice to use as well, although not used much. The area itself is really homely and is right in the centre of the newer Cairo (New Cairo), so life is more progressive here and feels more safer. The most important part - the host! Ashraf is a very lovely person! He helped with food recs, places-to-go recs and so on! I would stay here again!!

المكان جميل ورائع جدا مطابق تماما للصور نظافة وغرفة فندقية بامتياز وسعرها ارخص بكثير من الفنادق ومكانها رايق وحي مرتب واشكر الاخ عمر المستضيف للامانة تجاوب وتعاون مع الضيف بشكل سريع ورهيب ، وما انسى الاخت المنسقة تجاوب سريع واول باول مع الضيف تجربة مميزة واشكرهم على المسكن الجميل جدا

Beautiful apartment, especially if you end up spending a lot of time on the patio. There's a school nearby, so it's nice to constantly hear kids playing, laughing etc. Just off Road 9, so it's not that loud.

Wael is one of a kind host. I met many but he left the biggest impression to me. He will make you feel at home for sure. Very kind and supportive for anything you need. Instantly I felt connected with him and his beautiful home. The apartment has everything you need and the bedroom was the comfiest of all I’ve been in egypt so far. I’m definitely coming back and will stay for a longer time in Wael’s beautiful home. Also the decorations are traditional and everything is so beautiful. Do not forget to mention that he is very generous man and offers free drop off at any time to the airport. I appreciate you Wael. Thanks for everything.
