Nikollaq was a very responsive and helpful host. The house was superbly located, near the castle and within easy walking distance of a host of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.

Nice shady, plant covered terrace. Inside was spacious and comfortable and well supplied with toiletries, kitchen equipment etc. The garage to park in was very useful for our small car. Check in worked very well, the properties cleaner was there to welcome us with Kristina on the phone to pass on information required in English. Quietly situated, close to amenities with a walk up to the old part of town, taxis are easily available if you don't want to walk. Lots to see and do in Gjirokaster, castle, bazaar, museums, bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

DON'T hesitate...book. this place is unreal. It is so unique. The little touches and the ambiance set this place apart. The host is amazing. So very accommodating.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in het appartement. Ledia is een top-host en is ons zelfs komen halen aan de bushalte omdat het regende. Ze was altijd bereikbaar voor vragen en reageerde snel. Het appartement zelf was zeer proper en goed onderhouden, het had alles wat je nodig hebt op vakantie! We raden dit verblijf zeker aan in Gjirokaster.

We had a great time at the apartment. Everything was neat, and we really enjoyed the balcony and the view over the mountains. The city is gorgeous! So many things to do and to explore. Great restaurants with excellent food and the kindest people!

Our stay in Gjirokaster was wonderful. We had some transportation issues getting to the area during the day and so arrived very late in the night. We notified Evi and she was very responsive and accommodating. She greeted us upon our arrival and was extremely friendly despite the late hour. The apartment was clean and matched the description. About a 10 min walk from the Old Bazaar. My only complaint is that there is no barrier on the shower so the entire bathroom floor gets wet any time you shower. Evi checked on us daily throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. She also gave us recommendations for places to eat, and for a nearby supermarket. They made our stay stress free! Will definitely book with them again if we are ever in the area.

This is a beautifully appointed home, spotless and spacious. The host lovingly restored her childhood home over three years. The two bedrooms are up easy stairs, each room heated. The view over the city to the mountains is spectacular. It is an easy walk to the bazaar and old center. You can easily drive on the roads down to SH4 and other destinations, including several grocery stores. The host is like the sister you never had. She took care of us, providing good food, conversation and love. We have never had such a generous, kind, and helpful host and we have been staying in Airbnbs for 11 months. In this month there is road construction above the apartment but the hosts help you with your car and luggage. After March that will be finished. Be sure to park where the hosts tell you and not the neighbors. We love Melodie House, Deni, and Xandri! Thank you so very much.

The apartment is really wonderful! It is indeed luxury and has a great shower and beds including mattresses comparing to regular Albanian houses. Also the communication went easy and correct. Kostaq and his family (which live at the same property nearby) are really kind and generous. Quiet and green area as it is up hill. Parking space next to the apartment which is great.

L'appartement est conforme à la description, propre et bien situé. Par contre, il est difficile à trouver avec le peu d'informations données par l'hôte. Il faut chercher sur Google Maps le point Gps "Apartments Antigona" si vous voulez éviter les côtes à 20% et les rues pavés.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der sehr schönen und sauberen Unterkunft von Xhulio. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sensationell und die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Das Gebäude befindet sich am Ende einer etwas abenteuerlichen Straße weit oben an einem Berghang über der Stadt. Man wird belohnt mit Ruhe und Zurückgezogenheit, nur gelegentlich sieht man andere Menschen in der Gegend. Trotzdem kann man in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt sein und hier kann man alles finden, was man für den Alltag benötigt. Ich freue mich auf meine nächste Reise nach Albanien.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is so close to the beachfront, walking street, and grocery stores. Having the basic kitchen essential helped us be extra comfortable since we could choose to stay in and cook dinner or go out to the nearby restaurants. We had no trouble with parking or using any of the flat's amenities.

Cozy apartment, great balcony with sea view for sunset, easy to cross the road for a swim. Comfy bed and sofa, big TVs, strong shower. Useful bits like salt pepper oil and spices. Nicer, quieter part of town but not too far from the main drag. Good restaurants and beach bars nearby, shout out to Rondo's grill and Akacia and Varka's - great cocktails!

We really enjoyed our stay at Katerina’s place. It was in a drivable distance from the city’s center and offered quiet respite from the noise. Katerina was generous enough to accommodate our last minute need to change the dates of our stay, for which we were extremely grateful. Everything in the apartment was as listed, though it’s worth noting that the AC unit is in the living room not the bedroom, a fact that we missed, however a fan is provided. The place was clean and well furnished. We recommend staying here!

This is a great condo in the best location in Borsh Beach. Everyone is very helpful and you have everything you need! I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone going to Borsh Beach.
