Great little place to stay for a short weekend

Loved staying at Chris's place! The views of downtown from the 21st floor were amazing. The beds were very comfortable - my friend and I wanted to take them with us. Overall, we had a fabulous stay.

Very clean, looks just like pictures, VERY comfortable beds and couch - the only thing to know is there is no ice maker in freezer (need ice for my water bottle lol) and I know the listing says stairs but there are three short flights of stairs that some may have difficulty with - but those are observations not complaints! GREAT place!

Great overnight stay! Very nice little spot, free coffee next door. Next to a bar but no noise issues at all during our stay. Would recommend for anyone.

Chris's place was top tier in amenities, cleanliness, and location! He was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. We had an amazing time and will definitely rent from him again.

This is a wonderful apartment! Amelia Earhart lovers, you will enjoy this. The aviation and Amelia theme was part of the appeal of it, and it was worth it! It had so many cool elements to it, as well as coffee available for brewing. The host was very clear in instructions and describing the place. Would stay again, 100%!

I chose this place because it was close to the home of my family members who I was in town to visit, but I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kansas City. I was surprised when I drove up at how nice it was and when I walked inside I thought it was way nicer than what the photos portrayed. The furnishings are minimal but quality. I liked having both firm and soft pillows to choose from – that is a big deal to me. The temperature control was good as well as the fact that there was a lamp and night table for both sides of the bed. Being able to sit on the porch and watch birds on the feeders and take a walk on the nature path was an unexpected surprise. I slept very well here and am recommending it to my parents who frequently stay in the area. The location is less than 10 minutes from legends and literally right next to Highway 435 so an easy drive to anywhere. I will never be staying in a hotel in this area again as long as this place is available.

We were in KC 2 days for our son's baseball tournament and this home was the perfect space for our family and English Spaniel. Extremely clean, plenty of space for the 4 of us, and in a nice quiet location. The beds were very comfortable, box fans in the bedroom closets were a welcomed find to a family used to sleeping with fan noise! :) We used the white noise machines and didn't hear a single train. Kitchen is well stocked, they've thought of everything! I msg'd Anthony a couple of times and he responded immediately. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Amazing overall. the second bedroom picture made it seem like it was a full, when in reality it was a twin. The description lists a twin bed, but given the bunk bed, we thought it was referring to that.

We spent our Thanksgiving at this home and it was a perfect choice for our group. All the bedrooms were upstairs and the main living space was downstairs. Great outdoor patio and a very responsive host. Olga went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and even took care of a misdelivered package after we checked out. She definitely goes above and beyond to keep her customers happy. I would highly recommend.

Comfortable townhouse with modern amenities. Peaceful and quiet neighbourhood with a Walmart within walking distance.

A very nice home and a beautiful neighborhood. Also, the homeowners were wonderful and very quick to respond. Love the decor as well.

The house was the perfect location for visiting family. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. We had to park in the back of the house because someone was always parked in front of the house. The back alley and driveway is pretty rough. Cute and clean house with a great skyline 🏙️ view.

Regi was very nice and made sure we always had all the information needed , we loved the cute decor and home felt very comftable. our 37 ft RV fit really good inside and protected . the outdoor deck was our favorite it was beautiful. the host put alot of thought to your everyday need of home supplies . Again Thank you for making our one night trip easy !

This place is great. Super nice. Easy walks to the plaza and Westport and the art museums. For the transit inclined, very easy access to a bus downtown.

This place was the perfect location and was exactly as described by the host. The host was responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions on building entrance, check-in/check-out instructions, and a couple other things that were helpful to know. The location was in a perfect place - great proximity to the Plaza and the Nelson-Atkins Museum, while also being close enough to downtown without being in the thick of downtown. The space was beautifully done and had everything we could need.

This Airbnb was great - the space was peaceful and comfortable. Everything from the design of the home to the details of comfortable pillows and blankets made us feel at home. The host was very responsive and kind

Bliss. The pretty street, lush with mature trees, sets the vibe. The entry instructions are clear and easy. The apartment is welcoming and has great flow. The thing that elevates it, though, is Adam, the host. I had to get out of an alternate situation in a hurry on a blistering hot day. Adam initially mentioned that once the AC got up to speed, I'd be golden. But as an afterthought he traveled to the apartment and turned it full blast himself. That, my friends, is top notch hosting. Between that and his thoughtful and prompt responses (with diagrams!) I quickly got the feeling I was staying in the home of an old friend, though of course I have never met the gent. This is hosting as only the gods can do it. Thanks Adam.

I will certainly want to stay here again. It's a beautiful space. The kitchen is well stocked. One of the things I judge a airbnb on is the quality the kitchen knives. There six very sharp knives. It looks out on Oak. It's very quiet due to the double pain windows. The main wall is 60 percent windows, so there's lot's of great light. Comfy bed--firm but soft. Great bedding. I didn't need it, but I tried the HVAC system, and it's robust. There are two ceiling fans. I had some friends over to chat about old times. They stayed six hours--I think because the place is so inviting. One friend fondly remembered buying a nickel bag in the pine trees across the street, circa 1973. The Nelson is amazing, and keeps getting better.

Wonderful place in a great neighborhood!

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.
