We had a lovely stay at Karen’s place. It was in a perfect position for our family get together close to our relatives. Clackmannan is quite small but has a good coop which is only 5 minutes walk from the house. We also used a local Indian takeaway, they delivered and it was very good. The property itself is very well equipped .. particularly the kitchen which was important for us as we wanted to cook at home. Lots of nice walks around the area and also close to Stirling, Edinburgh and Glasgow if you want to explore. I only contacted Karen a couple of times but she got back to me right away both times which is always good as a host. We would definitely use the property again for family catch ups.

a very nice place to stay in the quiet. I was walking. the public transport is sparse so watch your timetables. a well stocked little store just a couple minutes around the corner.

A cozy cottage close to major roads. We loved the homey feel, the great heating and the comfy lounge. Our hosts were responsive, friendly and helpful.

Great find in Callanders main street. Three spacious bedrooms, nice sitting area, hot tub, outstide games room and pretty outdoor undercover seating area. Fully equipped kitchen with provisions and cleaning products. Close to various nature walks and lovely restaurants nearby also. Definitely value for money.

Lynn is an excellent host and was very helpful throughout. Aros is a beautiful home in a great location. It has a welcoming feel as soon as you enter. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need with complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms are spacious, beds extremely comfortable, plenty of space for the family to relax. We were lucky enough to be visited by a deer in the garden the first morning. What could be better.

Great location even better stay clean well presented home within a 5 minute drive from shops and restaurants. Great location if going into Glasgow and right by motorway.

Laura and Ronnie were really helpful and friendly. They were very accessible and explained the facilities well. The cabin is very well equipped and has lovely luxurious bedding, a great bathroom with bath and shower. Kitchen is sweet and a comfy sofa with TV made it a pleasure to sit in. The added pleasure was Bertie the gorgeous golden retriever who was such a sweetie. I think the views are outstanding and would love to see them in the summer! Everything as described, a good host, Therese gave us information about local bakers and some eating establishments which were excellent. We would certainly go again, the weather was in our favour, which was another bonus

A really lovely caravan, very comfortable, with everything you could need. The kitchen has a great stove and all the small appliances. The lounge is a great place to relax. I loved that there are two bathrooms. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, and the bedding was good. No towels, so bring your own. We did not use any of the facilities on the park as we were travelling around all day. However, the people seemed friendly and the park is well maintained. Could use some trees though. Saltcoats is a lovely place and so are many of the other towns around. We loved our stay and Steven is a great host.

Great stay, made great memories and was a birthday to remember. Will defo keep in mind for future bookings!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at no 1 Eaglecroft lodge , it’s cosy relaxed and beautiful style was a true home from home , everything was just perfect , more than we expected, and we enjoyed every single day , we would love to return in the very near future , as we know and love the area so well , and we are already planning and looking forward to coming back to the perfect cosy retreat, peaceful and simply perfection , just what we needed , thank you .

Well appointed two bedroom,two bathroom apt. Large living room with huge new tv. Kitchen had everything needed. She had coffee and tea for her guests. Bus outside her place directly into center city evert 12-15 minutes. My adult children frequently walked. Samantha was very responsive on messages.

Thank you for a lovely stay with so many kind extra touches. Really everything you could ask for and the spacious property is in such an excellent location. There is a restaurant right across the road and a super shop practically next door. We ate at The Clachan and the food was amazing. Loved seeing the donkeys on the Saturday trimming the village green! What a gorgeous place with such friendly locals! Loved the decor in the bedrooms especially and very comfortable beds. Very cosy ! Netflix etc and lots of games and books was an added bonus too when the weather wasn’t so great. The conservatory is super warm and welcoming so we ate breakfast there and our dogs just loved their stay too. Highly recommended and we will definitely book again if back in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew and Mary's lodge in Wemyss Bay Caravan Park over the Christmas period. The hosts were welcoming and took the time to explain all aspects of the lodge and its facilities upon our arrival, which was much appreciated. The lodge was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable seating and a great table for our Christmas Dinner which made it feel like a true home away from home. It was warm and exactly as described on Airbnb. The location was perfect for a peaceful family getaway, offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a cosy and well-appointed retreat!

Only stay 1 night , I booked the wrong place 1 hour away from our friends!! But it was a very good find, and we will return if ever we going to Scotland again. First class place.

Great stay at hunters Quay. Lodge was lovely and has everything you need

A truly lovely converted coach house with everything you could need for a few days stay. Everything was exactly as described, beautifully laid out and we all felt right at home in the surroundings. Rachel was very communicative and responsive. There was plenty of information provided beforehand and available on arrival. I couldn’t find one fault at all and will definitely be booking again

Fantastic time! Clare was beyond helpful and made our stay an amazing time. I went for my hen party and it just ticked every box and more. A wonderful person and a wonderful place! Will definitely be back! We were all sad we had to leave and wish we could of stayed longer

This was a lovely home that was well presented. Beautiful location in a quiet area. The home was lovely to be in and was perfect for a getaway. Great location easy access to other parts of Scotland such as Edinburgh and Glasgow and a great place to base when exploring. Would definitely go back.
