We had a great stay at Katie's house. Everything was spotlessly clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. Katie was quick to respond to any questions I had and helpful. My daughter didn't want to leave!

Wonderful location, comfortable flat, stunning views both from the main bedroom and the living room. Amy is a lovely, responsive and helpful host, The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, the place was impecable. Truly a great place to stay and to explore the secret coast from.

Beautiful stay for 4 nights with 2 under 10year olds. House is clean and tidy, lovely big showers and bath. Downstairs shower room handy for after the hot tub. Tea, coffee and a fire laid for arrival which was a lovely touch. Almost everything you might need in the kitchen (missing an ice cube tray, colander and matches for the fire although theres so much kit might have missed those) Views are just stunning, from every window. We visited in late October, house stayed warm. Short stroll into Kinlochleven. Coop has plenty of things and open 7 days a week. It was off season, but the take away cafe next door, chinese and pub were open. We also went to the seafood cafe about 15min drive away which closes for the season in November, but is friendly and good food, a lunch time here would be amazing with views of the loch. We did the walk up to the falls from the village which is well sign posted. And walks along the river. Really enjoyed our stay thank you.

And excellent place to stay while enjoying Cromarty, the Black Isle, and Tain / Glen Morangie distillery. Modern and comfortable for a family. Would definitely stay there again.

The place felt like home away from home… everything was perfect and intact, my family had a good time with no complain whatsoever. The Furnitures, utensils and amenities were perfectly fitted for our stay. The environment is calm and peaceful…

Absolutely lovely house. Lovely location with beautiful mountain surroundings. Very clean and well kept. Comfortable living spaces, good kitchen facilities and spacious bedrooms. Would highly recommend.

The place was great for our group of friends, very close to good hiking. Rachel’s was very helpful in providing information about the nearby area, food, walks etc. Would certainly stay again!
