Clean, comfortable private apartment in a well maintained condo building with pool, hot tub and peaceful outdoor spaces (yes you’re definitely near the airport). Nice having washer/dryer to ourselves. Walkable to ASU, restaurants, brewery and Tempe beach park. Nice that there were cooking seasonings to help with the meals we decided to make. We were very happy with our stay.

I had a great stay here! The location is perfect—walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and attractions in downtown. The space was spotless, stylish, and well-maintained, making it a cozy home away from home. As someone who needed to work, I really appreciated the desk, chair, and monitor, which made it easy to stay productive. The building itself was secure and had great amenities. Something to note: there is some street noise, which is typical for downtown, but it wasn’t excessive. I travel with earplugs and didn’t always need them here. It wasn’t disruptive for me, but it could be something to consider if you're a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this place for its convenience and comfort. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here! We came for NASCAR weekend and the location was perfect for the race! Took us a few spins around the place to find the unit but we were a bit tired from travel all morning. The place was big, spotless and had everything you need. The bathroom was huge! I would recommend if you are cooking to buy some oil/salt/pepper as there was none available but not a big deal! 10/10 !

Would def stay here again!! Nice area directly across from the mall. Walkable to Old Town. Easy to get a ride as well. The entire building is short term stays or Airbnb so the vibe was great. Nice pool area (not many chairs tho). Nice gym and common area. The apartment was outstanding! They thought of everything. and very clean. Maybe would add some pool towels and directions for the thermostat. Other than that it was perfect. Will be booking again!!

We truly enjoyed our stay accommodations were wonderful. We loved having the garage. The coffee maker on the refrigerator was amazing. The bed was absolutely so comfortable. We slept like angels in the closet. Made it convenient to keep everything out of the way and the patio was perfect.

This place was perfect for our group of 4. Plenty of room, nice and clean, quiet neighborhood. It was so easy to get around. We went to the Phoenix Open and also to Sun City and it was so easy to jump on the 101 and get where we were going. Also close to Old Town Scottsdale. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect place for some simple living in a convenient location. Extremely well thought out with the young children amenities. This is a family favorite of ours and cannot wait to return.

We had an incredible time at Nick and Kendall's property! The interior was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. The kitchen was one of the best-stocked Airbnb kitchens we've seen, and the ping pong table was a blast for everyone. The backyard felt like our own private resort, with bocce, a fire pit, grill, pool, hot tub, putting green, hammock, and cornhole. Our son said it best: “Dad, I had a problem this morning—I wanted to stay in bed because it was so comfy, but I also wanted to jump in the pool and play in the yard because it’s so fun!” Plus, the location is ideal for exploring many destinations in Phoenix and Scottsdale. Nick was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay at Nick and Kendall’s properties again—everything exceeded our expectations! ​​

We had a great stay at Bob’s place in Tempe while visiting for some spring training baseball! Bob was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. He even went the extra mile with a thoughtful touch that made us feel welcome. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic backyard that our two chihuahuas absolutely loved. It was spacious and securely fenced, giving them plenty of room to explore. Another big plus was the 240v charging station in the garage, which was super convenient for our plug-in hybrid. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend!

Everything was exactly as described. It was extremely well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The beds and linens were very comfortable and lots of pillows to choose from. Having a washer and dryer was great. We had fun playing the many games and there were easy instructions to work the tvs and internet. When we had questions Brian was very responsive even though he was out of the country. We would stay here again in the future!

Lovely, pristine clean, new home in downtown Phoenix. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Rommel was quick to respond to any questions. Though proximity to attractions in Phoenix is quite good, the immediate neighborhood is clearly in a state of transition. Just lock your car doors and be aware of your surroundings when you walk outside to your vehicle. I would absolutely stay here again, just under the pretense that I don't plan on walking around the neighborhood.

5 STAR! 5 STAR! 5 STAR! Place is gem. Very well kept and has all the amenities one can ask for. They were kind an very attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place. Thank you for being an amazing host.

Place was clean and nice inside. It was nice for my kids to each have their own room. We did not try the community pool out. Hosts were very responsive to my many questions. My only negative is that the garage is not very deep. My normal sized 4 door truck couldn't fit in it completely. That wouldn't have been a problem if outside parking was adequate. There are very few street parking spots, and they fill up fast.

Enjoyed my month long stay. Very convenient to shops, restaurants and walkable to Old Town. Would highly recommend staying here again and I will on my next trip to Scottsdale. Thanks again for all the hospitality!

Our stay at here was amazing. We were close to everywhere we wanted to go, the place was perfect for us and it’s even nicer than the photos. The workout area was great and easy to find, it was right across the street from Tempe town lake and there’s a Press coffee shop right in the building so we would grab a drink and go for a walk. It was quiet and the people were friendly. I could go on and on. We would definitely stay here again!!

Mary was quick to respond to my questions. She even allowed one of my daughter's to park her vehicle there overnight prior to flying to Salem, Oregon.

Excellent location and only 10 mins walk to the JW Marriott for the conference I was attending. Really nice to come back to somewhere quiet and peaceful every day after 3-4 days of the event.

We had a great stay with Darcy! The rental unit is so clean and bright, we enjoyed staying at the condo complex. Darcy was very responsive and so helpful to make our stay easy and flexible. The unit had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms.

We had a fantastic stay at Robert's place! The accommodations were perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had full access to all the amenities at the resort, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location couldn't have been better for us! It was just a short distance to the Wildfire Golf Course, which was a huge plus for any golf lovers. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the area!

Great location. We were there for a wedding at the Biltmore and it was just on the other side of the golf course. Gorgeous area. Lots to do within walking distance as well.
