Great spot to hit zion about a 35min drive, about 8min into town. Nice grocery store is close. Hot tub was a hit along with the pool table. Lots of beds and big hang out spots. Grill has permanent gas hookup and was easy to cook burgers. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful location not too far from Zion and even closer to Red Cliffs. Super comfy beds, and pickleball court and hot tub just add the extra cherry on top. One of my most favorite Airbnbs - drinking coffee on the porch in the morning is what dreams are made of!

Since the only option for TV was live (antenna),Google TV. or signing into your own streaming. Which would have been fine but the Wi-Fi is so bad the shows kept freezing & you get a message “we’ll be right back” 5-8 minutes later & it came back. You were at a whole different place or it switched movie/channel. The locking doors needed to get in & out need to be rehung or at least adjusted. Wiggling & Jiggling did not work. The outside walkway lights did not work (which she said would be taken care of when I informed her) The striker on the fire pit needs replacing this would make it useable on first try, not finicky. The house itself is beautiful loved the kitchen & you can’t beat the views.

The property was exactly as described. We had a party of 10 and everyone was comfortable. They supplied an ample supply of towels & toilet paper in the restrooms. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, spices, cutlery, pots, pans anything you could think of. They even had a large crockpot. The game room was perfect for the kids that were with us, they had a ball. The deck was perfect and we sat outside each night. Our 1st night we had a little problem with the lights outside as the switches would not work. We figured it may simply be a tripped fuse, but did not know where the fuse box was. It was kind of late and I sent a message and they responded within minutes as to what to try to get the lights to work. I was directed to the fuse box and sure enough it was a tripped fuse, problem resolved. We will definitely be staying there again. Perfect for a large party and kids. Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy your property.

Place is beautiful, welcoming but the expectations for cleaning go above and beyond. There was an expectation to almost deep clean the house so that cleaning people don't have to do much.

The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. All amenities were more than adequate. It was spacious and cozy when we settled down to visit in the living room in the evenings. A nice little home away from home.

Doug and Donna’s retreat is just that—It is an oasis away from home, and always extremely comfortable and inviting. This is my sixth time staying with them, and I will continue to as long as they decide to share their home as an active Airbnb. We really enjoyed the respite of Ruby's place after early mornings and long days in Zion National Park! The hot tub was especially nice after tired and sore bodies from hiking all day. Our kids loved the oasis of a backyard and the comfort of the beds and couch. They went out of their way to show us a good time and we will highly recommend this place to everyone!

It was a great stay in little town near to Bryce Canyon. Highly recommended if you planning for Bryce Canyon National Park trip. Beware about the town police - they are very strict on the roads and can have speeding tickets for even 5-10+ mph. Great stay!!

Fabulous place. Kyle was very proactive and a fabulous host. Right next to a ski lift. You can literally ski to the front door. Very clean. We will be back

It was easy to find, convenient to surrounding attractions/places and the pool was great for kids! They had toys in the living room which was perfect for my 5 year old! Everything we needed for our trip and instructions for check in/check out were crystal clear!

We had a lovely stay here. Super close to good coffee and a Zion shop. Fit our family nicely and had plenty of room for eating as a family.

Hank was an amazing host. This house is truly unique and in a magical setting. We were so glad to escape the national park crowds and chaos to a peaceful place with incredible exploration potential. Hank responded to every question and request and gave us thorough information to support our stay. The house was also great for a large number of folks. We could be together or escape to our own spaces.

We had a great time during a visit. Plenty of room for all of the guests staying with us. Perfect for a golf trip with your buddies or multiple families. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Such a fantastic home. So very spacious and the rooms were perfect for our family.

Our stay at David’s was perfect. The house was beautifully appointed, and great care had been taken to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay. From the fans in the bedrooms, to the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers labeled with LARGE LETTERS (for those of us who are blind without our glasses), no thoughtful detail was missed. Kanab is a cool town, and was situated perfectly for visiting Zion, The Grand Canyon, and Bryce Canyon. We loved it!

I can't say enough incredible things about our 2 day stay. I wish I'd known how awesome this home was- we definitely would have stayed longer! It was practically IN the park. You can't get much closer. The home is immaculate and the pool and outdoor space are beautiful. The pool area is even prettier than in the photos!!! Would DEFINITELY stay here again the next time I visit Zion! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This place was great! Check in was easy, Darren sent us the code and instructions to get to the place on the day of our arival. The house is beautiful! There is a lot of space, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, everything was nice and clean. This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It even has the little things which we usually forget to bring but end up needing, like cotton swabs in the bathrooms and tissues in every room. The soroundings are beautiful, nature and wild animals were nice to see. We enjoyed walking around the property. Even though it was cold, and we wish we came in the spring or summer, it was still very beautiful outside. I recomend this place to anyone looking to get out of a city for a few days. If we're in the area again we will definitely check if this place is available.
