Birdwood House was an amazing place to stay with 3 generations of the family together to celebrate a family wedding in Warburton over the long weekend. Comfortable beds, great big kitchen, excellent outdoor spaces for kids to explore. It was very hot over the weekend, so indoors and AC were ideal when we weren't out and about. The massive big lounge area with interesting decor and lots of seating was the favorite spot. Warburton is a great area with so much to see and do, and the house is so central to shops, bike and walking trails. We all walked down to the river for swims every day. A great place for a gathering of families or friends. Only one bathroom is not ideal- there is a second toilet, but we knew this when we booked and just worked around it. Happily recommend this great old house.

Loved it. The area is incredibly peaceful and laid back. We only saw about 2 people, it was like we had our own private beach. The house is great, loved the well stocked kitchen ware. Usually airbnbs have the most budget kitchen with 1 pan from the 80's so it was nice to see quality equipment.

our stay at Smoko Cottage was an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is beautiful and peaceful, offering a perfect escape from hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surrounding nature is stunning and it's an ideal spot to relax and unwind. The cottage itself is well-equipped with great amenities. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, making us right at home. Whether you're looking for a cozy retreat or a base to explore the area, Smoko Creek Cottage is a fantastic choice.

We had a fabulous time staying at Ben's place! The location was absolutely perfect and exactly what we needed and the walk to the beach is literally 5 mins and it was so beautiful and calming in many ways. Loved the space, the furniture, the bed especially! Kitchen was well equipped with the required equipments to make meals without a single worry. Music system was absolutely fantastic and the bathtub was lovely being outdoor. Really enjoyed every single min at Ben's place and really loved the coziness, the outdoor and the best part is able to have a meal outside enjoying the sunset and enjoying coffee in the morning. Will definitely return again and we highly recommend to anyone! Thanks Ben for having us! 😊

Simply amazing! Loved every bit of the stay here and it was very relaxing. The location is beautiful with the paddock next to you. Michelle was great in communication and made everything easy for us. We will be back soon again for another staycation :)

We had a fantastic stay! The house was stunning, with comfy furniture and a peaceful location. It’s just a short walk to a beautiful beach, and the minimal light pollution made for incredible stargazing. Marko was great to communicate with—friendly and quick to respond. We’ll definitely be back!

Thanks for the stay Casa Encanto. The property was exactly what we were looking for - clean, comfortable, pet friendly and walking distance to the beach. We were disappointed that we didn't book an extra night's accommodation. We definitely would come back again.

We had a great experience staying at Julie's place. It was clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities including linen and toiletries. The views from the living room and patio were incredible, easily the highlight of the trip. Note: If you are planning to cook here, be aware there is a stove and microwave, but no oven.
