The house was very comfortable; spacious; offered guests a variety of seating areas (inside and out); very relaxing; felt like being home. The neighborhood was quiet; could even hear the crickets! The house amenities met guests needs. The kitchen was well appointed with cooking needs. One guest said the coffee maker made some "good coffee". The home is well situated for touring the area; nothing was too far away. Shops, restaurants, wineries were easily accessible.

This place is the ultimate get away. “Disconnect from your big city life and stay in a modern cabin” kind of get away. WiFi is fast and had no issues for whatever you want to do. Incredibly comfortable bath, full kitchen, heating (and cooling - although it was winter when we went) and so much privacy you won’t run into another human (plenty of non-humans majestically wandering around though). 10/10 recommend. Elizabeth is a great host and very responsive. Also - please note - the photos did not show a refrigerator but rest assured - there is a very nice and basically brand new refrigerator. Perfect stay for our 4 nights but longer is easily achieved due to the state of this location. Don’t hesitate - book it. It’s worth it.

Nothing short of an oasis. Plenty of space to be together or find solitude... Indoors and out. Lots of birds and plants to discover. Does not feel like a rental... Very comfortable and unique.

Spotless home, truly cozy beds, thoughtful touches, a block from the main street (great restaurants and shops!). Jacob's home has all you need and more! Spent two evenings stargazing in the hot tub. Highly recommend!! We had a magical weekend including eating at Henni's, White Salmon Baking, Nativ and Everybody's Brewing. We hiked Wind Mountain and had a spectacular wine tasting at Loup de Loup winery. Perfect getaway! Jacob was a responsive and welcoming host!

This was the most amazing place for 5 of us to spend a long girls weekend. The homes sits on a hill overlooking the gorgeous Columbia River and views are simply amazing. We watching the sun rise, and set and even caught some snowfall for a few hours. We couldn't get enough. The open floor plan allowed us to cook and clean up without missing a minute together. Speaking of the kitchen, it was stocked with nothing but the best and had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, the cement floors warm and the hosts were great to communicate with. We can't wait to come back. Thank you Kathryn and Dave

Great stay, super easy drive to the mountain for three days of powder! Mackenzie was flexible and accommodated a last minute extra day for us - thank you! Hot tub was clean and perfect temperature. Our kids loved the llamas :) Would definitely stay again.

Terri’s place was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 adults. Great kitchen, great view, great rooms for three couples. We were in the area for a wedding and it was perfect to come ‘home’ to a quiet, relaxing place of our own. Highly recommended.

Walking in to Jill's place was like visiting an old friend that you hadn't visited for a long time. We all felt very at ease in this well loved home. The vibe is perfect if you are bringing a multigenerational group. From toddler age to 75, it was perfect. You will not have to worry about bringing anything extra for the kitchen—her kitchen has it all; just like your own home. The view was truly astounding—especially if you bring folks that have never seen the gorge. The angle of the view on the river was unusual because it is right where it curves so you are looking straight down the river, not just across it. Thank you Jill! I highly recommend your place to anyone who loves nature and relaxation.
