Looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was in top condition and spotless. The Hosts made sure we had all the information we needed ahead of time so getting in and out was a breeze and absolutely zero problems finding as it was right at the beginning of the development. So, so much better than a couple of rooms at a hotel for our blended family getaway with plenty of space for the 7 of us and a very short drive to Busch Gardens. A+ all around. A sincere thank you to Vonda and Jonathan!!

We loved everything about our stay at Poseidon! The apartment was lovely, bright and clean with a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and nice linens. The shared outdoor space is one of the nicest we've seen on a beach house - well tended wooden walkways all around, lots of nice outdoor seating, great grill lovely "beach bar" type perch to sit and look over the water. We used the sauna every night and all of the available amenities as much as possible. We highly recommend this property!

Had a little staycation in hampton. I wanted something close to the beach (buckroe) and my massage/ reiki appt. Maia’s place was the perfect little spot to lay my head. The beach was even within walking distance and when I went, I saw some dolphins which was pretty cool. I went with Maia’s place after seeing the other reviews of how clean it was, I’m happy to say everything was accurate in Maia’s pictures and how other folks described it. It was nice having hosts that were intentional about thinking from the guests pov, even going as far to make a video for check in instructions to avoid any confusion. Every thing was clean, the hosts clean the carpets after each use and asks guests to take off shoes in bed area. Bathroom was spotless. They even had a couple board games/ uno for guests. Lots of closet space. The level of consideration felt like a hotel room without the hotel costs. Hosts responded quickly if we had questions. I would definitely stay again.

Super clean. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Well equipped kitchen and great location. Host was very responsive and attended to every detail. We had a wonderful weekend.

Charming Cape Charles getaway! I was so happy to find this gem and even more thrilled when I arrived. From the beautiful landscape of the gated community, to the southern charm of this glorious suite…I wanted for nothing. This enormous suite has all the comforts of home and the location was spectacular. The property offered not only a private beach on the bay , a community pool, a beautiful well maintained golf course, it was also a short drive to the charming town of Cape Charles. Dawn offered endless advice to her favorite restaurants, activities to do and places to see while we visited. She was just a text or call away if I needed anything. Her hospitality was beyond measure. I look forward to coming back.

My friends and I had a wonderful long weekend at the Deltaville Blue Cottage. The house perfectly showcased the views, fresh breezes, and natural beauty of the area. We were continually saying " the hosts thought of everything!" If you are looking to comfortably relax with friends and family (young and old) this is the place for you! Kimberly and Jonathan are wonderful hosts. Our family was very comfortable and found everything just as described. The touches to have a welcome binder and guide on Airbnb were so helpful and the messages we received during our stay were well timed and informative. The water front beach is squeezed between two private properties but make sure you take time to walk over and visit at sunset. The water really sparkles and it’s beautiful! Our 11 year old dog enjoyed the water and it made our family so happy to see our kids and dogs have so much fun exploring the waterfront. We also used the kayaks and life jackets. After our stay the hosts went well out of their way to reunite us with an item we left behind. We hope many of you will stay at their property and enjoy it as much as we did. Thanks!

Chip-Marie’s place was so delightful! Everything from waking up to a beautiful view of the peaceful bay to watching the sunsets right from the sunroom! Every part of the home and area was majestic and tranquil. The home had plenty of amenities and was very clean, it felt like we were right at home.

Cannot wait to visit again!! The area was so beautiful, as was the house. There were so many fun things to do in the area. The private beach was perfect and peaceful! Was very sad to leave but excited to come back!

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. We have a large family and both the living area and sleeping arrangements were more than comfortable. We loved the ample couch space and large dining room table, which was perfect for game night after dinner. We brought our boat with us, and were glad we did. There was perfect docking space and great fishing & crabbing from the dock and the surrounding area. S’mores were a no-brainer given the large fire pit. The house is well maintained and located on a private piece of land. Vacation was enjoyed by all!

The place is perfect for a group. Comfortable rooms, kitchen and couch area. Add in the games room and you have everything you need for fun nights. We were in the area for a sports competition and this location is only 10 minutes away.

Very nice home, looks like the pictures. The beach is across the street and lots of options for food near by and things to do. I would stay here again. Jennifer was very kind and responsive. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Have stayed here quite a few times now and when I am in the area it's definitely my go to. Lisa is just the best and the space is clean, cozy, and comfortable. Always hate to leave and look forward to coming back.

We loved Merlyn and Rick's place. The view was amazing, walk to the beach easy and close, decorated perfectly, clean and supplied with snacks and coffee for our stay. Restaurants and stores were close by. Would definitely stay again.

We had a very peaceful and comfortable few days here. The place felt just like home and was very clean. We walked on the beach which is right across the street and to a cute cafe right down the street. The only recommendation I could make is adding a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms. Other than that, it was perfect and we really enjoyed it! Thank you Hadley for your kindness.

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

The condo is well appointed with everything I needed. Kingsmill is a special place. Rodica was very quick to reply when I had a few different questions. Very comfortable bed and reading chairs. Top notch.
