Wonderful home with backyard oasis steps from the beach. This was a great spot where our family (two little ones and a dog) felt right at home. We appreciated the extra amenities like a travel crib, high chair, toddler utensils, dog bowls & dog treats to make us feel right at home, plus the host provided firewood so we could enjoy nice fires in the backyard. The hot tub, upgraded shower, and game room are definitely stand outs. It is a tad close to the highway & associated noise, but very private and secure with a high privacy fence that was great for our dog and kids to play. Overall, the house is super clean and well appointed with lots of extra touches and amenities. We would definitely stay again.

We had such a lovely stay at Tanya's! The space was even better than the photographs, and it was absolutely perfect to spend a fall weekend away. This spot on the river is truly special. We had three adults and a dog, who were able to comfortable share the space. Tanya clearly loves to take care of her guests, stocking the rental with all the basics as well as fresh homemade muffins! Would love to come and stay again, and would recommend Tanya's to everyone!

We had guests coming into town and needed a place for them last minute. Zoe's place was perfect- plenty of space for 6 adults. Good location, easy to get to. Worked out great and our guests raved!

We were extremely impressed with this AirBNB. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful from the second we booked the trip. The location is quiet, beautiful, and homey. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a better sunrise in my life. This will definitely be a place we return to many times in the future. Thank you guys for being so helpful and providing a space to escape the world for a couple days. 5 stars doesn’t even do this place justice.

This is a lovely house within easy walking distance of the heart of Cape Charles. We loved being able to walk to the New Year’s Eve Crab Pot drop on Mason St. The house is comfortable and charming with a great kitchen. It was quiet even though it was so close to the main hub of activity in Cape Charles.

The house is comfortable and fully stocked with what we needed for an extended stay. The view of the Chesapeake Bay is breathtaking. Andrea was proactive checking in on us and responsive whenever I had a question. We LOVED our stay!

My daughter found this gem online to book for my 65th birthday and a family get-together on the Northern Neck. We stay in Airbnb homes quite frequently all over the world and this is the loveliest home we've had the good fortune to stay in. Christine is the most gracious host and this home is special because she has made it that way for her family. It's a huge difference to stay in a vacation home that the host rents and a home that the host lives in. Christine's eye for beauty is exquisite and the home is comfortable as well as beautiful. It seldom happens that you say, "I wish the house had (fill in the blank)" and this house has it. The river is a gorgeous backdrop and there are kayaks to use. The saltwater pool is a great addition and a reason to hang at the house. And there is everything one needs to knock out a meal or if you don't want to cook, plenty of places to eat in the area. All in all, this house is a 15 out of 10!!

Wow.. where do I start? I have a strict heart healthy diet. Only whole grain products with no dairy, meat, nuts, and oil. Brenda communicated well before the start to make sure her special dinner and breakfast dishes met my requirements. Brenda did a magnificent job. Not were the meals outstanding, the setting for her air b&b is perfect. The Northern Neck is a special place in Virginia. Staying at Brenda’s “Perfect View” in the Northern Neck was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Marvelous property! Our family had a fun and relaxing Thanksgiving at Oyster Shell Cottage. Plenty of room for our large gang in this spacious and immaculately appointed cottage. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup, and the screened porch was glorious. The kids enjoyed the dock and fire pit. All of the bedrooms were comfy and cozy. Of special note was the enormous shower in the master bedroom on the ground floor! The kitchen was fantastic and had everything we needed. Highly recommend Oyster Shell Cottage for your family’s vacation or get away!

The Clark Construction team enjoyed the offsite bonding, efficiency, and great Cape Charles fishery with local guide Clint Lessard on Sho-Nuf Charters. Great time all around and plenty of fish were caught. Hoping to return next year. The Coastal Soul AirBnB was immaculate. Perfect setup for multiple people, well appointed kitchen and seating areas, and great hosts. Thankful for all involved.

Blue Belle was a fun and roomy place to spend a long weekend with our family! It’s in a great area and was easy to get anywhere you wanted to go in Cape Charles. We rented a golf cart but it wasn’t in the best of shape. That’s not Doug’s fault but that of the rental company. Therefore, we didn’t really use it as much as we would have liked. Doug was prompt in getting the washing machine repaired and it was needed. Our granddaughters enjoyed playing the ring on a string game on the back porch and walk to the beach nearby. I recommend staying here!

Morgan’s place is beautifully peaceful. We arrived to a toasty (little heater) welcome inside with soft music playing in the background. Which was just what we needed considering we had driven in the cold rain to get there. If you’re looking for a place to unplug, unwind or regroup, this “lil camper that could” can do just that. The sunrises and sunsets next to the water were amazing. It was blustery cold one of the nights we stayed but we didn’t feel it a bit. There are plenty of nature trails within a short driving distance and plenty of beach to take quiet strolls by or just sit and drink your morning coffee. My guy who is over 6 ft tall and I, being close to it, were very comfortable as well as our full grown Great Dane. The wash room was only a couple of steps away. We didn’t use the stove but we brought up enough frig foods to sustain us for an extended weekend. All and all this lil camper was worth every penny and gave us some much needed relaxation.

Charming Cape Charles getaway! I was so happy to find this gem and even more thrilled when I arrived. From the beautiful landscape of the gated community, to the southern charm of this glorious suite…I wanted for nothing. This enormous suite has all the comforts of home and the location was spectacular. The property offered not only a private beach on the bay , a community pool, a beautiful well maintained golf course, it was also a short drive to the charming town of Cape Charles. Dawn offered endless advice to her favorite restaurants, activities to do and places to see while we visited. She was just a text or call away if I needed anything. Her hospitality was beyond measure. I look forward to coming back.

This was our second stay and it was perfect. The house is beautifully decorated. The beds were the best part and so comfortable. A beautiful view and private beach area. And Ashley is a very responsive and helpful host. We will definitely consider staying here again.

The Rudder cabin was so peaceful! Rebecca and Catherine were amazing hosts! I am a local out of Deltaville and I am renovating my home so the cabin made it easy for me to go back and forth, I will be staying local this summer to stay at this amazing cabin!

My friends and I had a wonderful long weekend at the Deltaville Blue Cottage. The house perfectly showcased the views, fresh breezes, and natural beauty of the area. We were continually saying " the hosts thought of everything!" If you are looking to comfortably relax with friends and family (young and old) this is the place for you! wonderful stay in a wonderful location! beautiful campground, even while out of season. we had access to the campgrounds kayaks and were left firewood for fire pits and clear instructions on how to use everything. Rebecca was very responsive and kind!

Space was great for our family and larger than depicted in photos. Access to the beach was easy and stunning.

Great location, clean, and easy in and out instructions. Claudia was helpful and answered quickly to the requests we made. She was flexible as we had to shift the dates a little because of the rare winter storm in Norfolk (our flight was here). I understand that can’t always be the case if there was another booking. The townhome was spacious with the kitchen and main living area on the first floor. Two Queen bedrooms on the second floor, and two beds on the third level. Lots of seating in the livingroom, key to visiting and being together. We walked to the American Revolution Museum, then through the riverfront shops, restaurants, and to the battlefield. Yorktown Pub is a must stop! We ate at four different places on the riverfront and the pub was our favorite. I’d recommend.
