Overall was a great stay at a very clean and courteous staff. The hosts were very easy to get in contact with and provided clear concise directions. Even with a late check in , the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Looking forward to next stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Cynthia (the host) made communication very easy and all aspects were as advertised. The staff at Wyndham were very friendly and check in was a snap. As for the rooms; clean, and quaint with nice kitchen accommodations. Overall excellent stay, would not hesitate to come back.

The property was exactly as described. The interior was pristine. Our kids loved all the fun activities on the resort. This place is close to everything, BUT it is truly peaceful relaxing on the balcony after a long day at Buschgardens (12 min drive). Nicholas was prompt in his communication regarding resort details and amenities. 10/10 would book again! My daughter is already planning our next trip to Williamsburg!!

This was our third stay at Clifton, so we and our 2 dogs obviously like staying there. The location is perfect for getting around Matthews as we continue to explore that part of the region. Very nice stay and we look forward to coming back. Bart and Sharon Cameron November 2024

Great communication. The place was clean and staff friendly. We stayed 3 weeks with no issues. Check out was simple. Would definately rent from Sheryl again.

Beautiful ground floor condo close to everything in Williamsburg. Condo is nicely equipped for a short to medium stay. Bed is comfortable and shower has great water pressure and amenities. Pool is a short walk away, with pool towels provided. Wyndham did call me and ask me to do a timeshare presentation, but they were cordial and didn’t pushed when I declined. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m in the Williamsburg area.

Great place to stay with more than one family. We had 2 adults and 3 kids, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Our unit had a full kitchen and a kitchenette in the separate unit. We'll definitely be back!

This was our second stay at Tara’s home, and we absolutely love it! It’s the perfect place to stay when visiting family—especially with kids. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. Tara is an amazing host, always making sure everything is perfect. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

My friends and I had a wonderful long weekend at the Deltaville Blue Cottage. The house perfectly showcased the views, fresh breezes, and natural beauty of the area. We were continually saying " the hosts thought of everything!" If you are looking to comfortably relax with friends and family (young and old) this is the place for you! Greg's place is a perfect spot for a day, a weekend, or a longer stay. It has all the amenities one could need, the neighborhood is quiet (save for one very energetic dog a few houses down), peaceful, and within minutes of Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and I-64 to the Tidewater area. There is a coffee shop, an ice cream shop, a diner, and a grocery store within easy walking distance. The fenced-in yard is idyllic, and faces west for beautiful sunsets, and the enclosed porch off of one bedroom is perfect for a morning cuppa. Honestly, if we didn't have things to do in the area, we would have been perfectly content to just relax and while the weekend away. Greg was a terrific host, too - very proactive with messages, super responsive, and very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly, and hope to stay again in the future.

Charles place is beautiful and the river view is amazing. Charles was very kind and very responsive. Beds were comfy and kitchen stocked. Plenty of room to be fellowship and have privacy when needed. Decor is nice and makes you feel welcomed & right at home. Charles place is great for a relaxing waterfront stay in VA, can’t wait to return for our next river stay.

Our Vacation house got cancel a day before our departure day , finding and for bratt to accommodate us was meant to be ! We were looking for quality time , peace and quiet and we found more ! We fall in love with the house . We definitely be back in summer! Everything was great , no complain! Super grateful. Best way to end the year :) Happy new year

We had a very peaceful and comfortable few days here. The place felt just like home and was very clean. We walked on the beach which is right across the street and to a cute cafe right down the street. The only recommendation I could make is adding a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms. Other than that, it was perfect and we really enjoyed it! Thank you Hadley for your kindness.

Stayed for an impromptu visit to the in-laws over Christmas. Booked it on the 24th for check-in on the 25th-27th. The stay was great, went off without a hitch. good communication, seamless check-in and very clean space. 10/10 would stay again.
