I had such a lovely stay - the location and cottage was ideal for what I was looking for - peaceful and quiet, yet near a town if I wanted. It was cozy and comfortable - a very comfortable bed so I slept well. Dee was great - at hand if I had any questions, very welcoming and provided things I wasn't expecting - lovely spring water for example, and the offer of a walk - which was great. I'd never have done the walk on my own. A lovely place to stay and get away from my normal surroundings.

I had a wonderful stay at the Shepard’s Hut. It was the perfect place to stay whilst working in Cheltenham for a few days. It was quiet and cosy and Rosalind was a friendly and helpful host. I look forward to staying again in the future!

The perfect escape! Farahnaz and Paul are really helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The Summerhouse is so secluded and cosy. it really is a proper escape from the "Busy Life" Shakurs on the corner is a great place to eat if you get the chance. this is a truly wonderful Airbnb. it is set in genuinely “unspoilt” countryside that is perfect for walking and hiking. recommend in the strongest terms for anyone who wants to rest in stunning English countryside in a snug and inviting spot. this was our second stay—we hope to come for a third!

This is such a wonderful quiet place, the accommodation is brilliant with the pods over looking a valley vacated by sheep, goats, highland cows and alpaca. The surroundings offer loads of walks and you are so close to all the highlights the Cotswolds has to offer. The staff are very friendly and assist when / if needed.

Our stay at Jessica's place was absolutely fantastic! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and thoughtfully arranged with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the linens were fresh, and the little touches like the welcome basket and soft blankets made us feel truly at home. The surrounding views were stunning, and waking up to the peaceful countryside was a dream. We loved the attention to detail in the decor, from the charming framed pictures to the warm lighting. Jessica was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and helpful with recommendations for local spots. We highly recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely stunning lodge, arrived with a little welcome package put an instant smile on our faces. The checkin was easy and the lodge was warm and welcoming. The local recommendations created instant favourites for us both and helped to shape our weekend. I would recommend this lodge to anyone who is looking for a comfortable trip to get away from the stresses of work life, or to explore the wonders of the Forest of Dean.

Perfect for the weekend we needed! Roger had this amazing ‘tour’ typed up which took you through the little piece of woodland / orchard the cabin is set in which was a lovely touch. We were very comfortable straight away, everything you needed was right on hand and the setting was lush. Highly recommend for an outdoorsy couple or family - thank you!

A really peaceful stay, stunning location with a hot tub. Would definitely recommend for 2+ nights to really feel the benefits and to give yourself time to relax. Host were great so really couldn’t ask for me

Beautiful Airbnb, great value for money. Great places locally and a really helpful booklet of local things to do. Very well behaved dogs free roaming which was a nice surprise! Has everything you need inside the cabin and loved the fresh eggs, would 100% stay again

had an amazing time at this cottage , was in the most beautiful area with a amazingly clean interior and exterior, lovely outdoor area with a swing seat and seating, water and snacks in the fridge was a lovely touch, will definitely return 😊

Great shepherds hut for a weekend away in the countryside. Super well equipped and Rosalind communicated super well. Fresh bread and eggs were also a nice touch! Highly recommend.

The four lodges at The Paddocks provided the perfect setting for a family birthday gathering. Katie is an excellent, welcoming host who responded to queries quickly and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We had an issue with the heating in one of the lodges and within a few minutes of texting Katie she arrived and put the problem right. Beautiful, dog friendly surroundings and blessed with dry, sunny weather we were able to enjoy the verandas and garden. The lodges were clean, warm and very well equipped. Only a short drive to Ledbury and an excellent choice of restaurants/takeaways. I would highly recommend both Katie and The Paddocks.

Had a great weekend at Serena’s hut! Great communication from her with fab recommendations- the potting shed pub is gorgeous! No signal in the hut and little insulation but wood for the fire is provided and lots of blankets. Gorgeous location, thanks so much

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Shepherd’s Hut! It was just as the photos on the listing showed - spotless and super cosy. William & Rowena were lovely hosts, answered all our questions and gave us recommendations! The only feedback we would give is to maybe add more visual descriptions of what the driveway/turning looks like or perhaps a small sign outside to look for?

Had a fabulous stay at The Hut. Everything you needed was there, amazing layout. Extra touches of shower gels, coffee, tea, bottle of milk, water and yummy croissants awaited us. Peaceful and private. We listed 12 different birds who visited the feeders in the garden. Friendly and welcoming hosts. A great big thank you from us. X

We stayed here for valentines and it was very cosy and the hot tub was great, Duncan and Julie were very friendly and helpful, will definitely be back in the summer months

Nature's embrace, a soothing delight, A haven to cherish, both day and night. I’ll return once more, for the magic it brings, In this tiny home, my heart truly sings.

A blast ! Arrived to a cosy and warmed up cabin late in the evening. We had the best 2 night stay. Clare & Christian are top tier hosts - they gave us great recommendations & were incredibly helpful throughout. Also, lovely people. Christian, sorry about the rugby result. We would love to visit again.

It was my first time visiting Cheltenham. Couldn’t have asked for a better location than at Paul’s, it was quite central and everything was a walk away. Paul was a great host super friendly and had great suggestions on places to go in Cheltenham. The cabin was also beautifully done, I can see myself booking it in the future. Thanks for the hospitality Paul!
