I recently had the pleasure of staying in Palaio Faliro, and I cannot recommend Katerina highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The accommodations were immaculate and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. Katerina's attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the thoughtful amenities to the cleanliness of the space. great location and view. fantastic morning walks on the beach with coffee nearby. easy access to city, very near the main attractions by tram cab or bus. frank also organises vegan tours and festival . very helpful and responsive.

Great and specious apartment. Very well aquipped kitchen (even left us some treats like orange juice, coffee capsules and toasts with jam). As we requested there was a baby crib. Thank you Anna we will definitely come back

We chose FINIKAS Studios and Apartments for its proximity to the airport. The two bedroom penthouse apartment was spotless and had a lovely sea view. While the beach is not the most beautiful (the town could work on the cleanliness of the area) the water was clear and we enjoyed an afternoon swim before dinner. Anna made numerous recommendations for dinner and we enjoyed a great meal right on the beach, just a short walk from the apartment. The large balcony was perfect for cocktails in the evening. The hosts left an assortment of drinks and snacks for us which was a welcome surprise. We would definitely consider staying again and will recommend to family and friends.

A lovely and very spacious up-scale apartment. Very modern and fully smart- automated. Giacomo was always responsive and helpful, which I very much appreciated. Excellent location, short walk to the shops and restaurants in Glyfada, but also tucked away from the busy streets. Short walk to the beaches, and I loved the walking path near the shores. This apartment is a cut above the rest and deserves its high price.

Juste exceptionnel Panayiotis a été un hôte comme rarement rencontré durant tous nos voyages. Il est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Le logement est parfaitement propre rien à dire. La piscine très bien pour nous rafraîchir les fins d’après midi après nos visites d’Athènes. Panayiotis nous a fait livrer une délicieuse glace le jour de notre départ et il s’est occupé de nous ramener à l’aéroport pour notre départ alors qu’il s’était déjà occupé de notre arrivée. Il m’a conseillé d’utiliser ChatGPT du coup c’est ce que je vais faire désormais. Nous reviendrons à Athènes et c’est sur nous logerons chez Panayiotis dans aucune hésitation. Promis Panayiotis je vais apprendre le grec avec ChatGPT 😏😊 encore mille fois merci d’avoir fait de notre séjour un excellent voyage grâce à l’ensemble de vos conseils. À très bientôt.

Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit. Très confortable, bien placé. Excellent en tout point. Anna était un hôte vraiment gentille et à l'écoute. Nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème ! Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et on reviendra à coup sûr.

Absolutely beautiful house in a very safe and practical location, with many attractions in walking distance. Even in October I managed to do some swimming but the real draw for me was enjoying the views in all directions, of the sea, the mountains, sunrises and the full moon over the water. If you are wanting to experience the beauty of Greece just thirty minutes from Athens and thirty seconds to the beach I don’t think you will find a better house. We found everything we need, and the hosts are lovely and incredibly helpful people.

Absolutely amazing Villa!! The villa has everything. The pool is perfect and the beds very comfortable. The best thing about this villa is the sea-view, wow!! Whether its sitting outside eating breakfast or in the evening watching the sunset, so calming. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your home we had the best time.

We had a wonderful stay at John and Bills apartment. From the moment we booked our stay their team were responsive and helpful. The apartment was beautiful and clean and in a perfect location. Walking distance to the Main Street in glyfada and only a one minute walk from the tram. We will definitely be returning. Thank you

We visited this property with my wife and our two children a few days ago. When you enter the accommodation it definitely gives you the sense that you made a very good choice. The magnificent view of the sea and the fact that the park of Flisvos is in very close distance made our days easier since we could easily spend our hours happily, especially when you have little children. The house has two rooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom and I have to admit that everything was perfect and clean when we arrived . The house is fully equipped, especially the kitchen, a fact that we realised when we chose to stay at home and cook with our kids . The view of the house will definitely remain in my memory as well as in my family’s. The host Mr. Panagiotis was very kind and willing to serve us with everything we needed during our stay. In conclusion we are going to visit again this accommodation as soon as possible! It was the perfect choice

Έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος με τη διαμονή μου. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και σε περιοχή που μαγεύει. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός και απαντούσε άμεσα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

le logement de Georgios et Stavroula est très confortable et offre une vue splendide, panoramique, sur le port de Plaisance du Pirée. Il est au 7ème étage (avec ascenseur jusqu'au 6ème). La cuisine est fonctionnelle ; la salle de bain très pratique, près de la chambre qui se trouve un étage plus haut. (En fait, c'est un duplex). On s'y sent comme dans un cocon. La terrasse est très spacieuse. Elle est dotée d'un hamac et on peu bien sûr y prendre des repas et profiter des levers et des couchers de soleil. Stavroula et Giorgios sont pleins d'attention et très réactifs. Ils nous ont donné de bons conseils et nous ont rendus plusieurs services. Le wifi est excellent. Nous recommandons vivement

Great rental and fantastic location, it is short walk to both Glyfada’s central shopping area & the beach. Very clean & comfortable apartment with modern accommodations. The stocked waters, coffee and wine are a nice touch especially after a long day of traveling. Dora was very responsive & available during the entire process, I would stay here again.

Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα με μεγάλη λεπτομέρεια στην καθαριότητα, πολύ φιλόξενο περιβάλλον, εξοπλισμένο πλήρως και νοικοκυρεμένο. Η Δώρα είναι εξαιρετική οικοδεσπότης. Το προτείνω σε όλους, είναι μια πολύ καλή επιλογή εάν μείνετε Παλαιό Φάληρο.

Me and my mom really enjoyed staying here. The flat is lovely, clean and we had everything to close basic needs. Host was helpful and friendly and helped to replace the kettle when it wasn't working. The place is really nice, sea line is so close, bus stops are close and nice restaurants are around. it's a bit loud sometimes, but it didn't bother us. The value is great!

This place is a great location. It was easily walkable to the beach and to many stores and restaurants including a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy and a produce stand. It is on a street with quite a bit of traffic but the balcony is very private with the sun shades down and it was very quiet with the sliding doors closed. I would definitely stay here again

Katerina was a wonderful host, she recommended several local spots based on the type of restaurants and beaches we described we were looking for. The apartment is super spacious and lovely to relax and enjoy do some work in if needed as well. We loved spending time on the terrace.
