Initially after confirmation, Chaitali has sent us the caretakers numbers for guidance. Checkin was smooth. The property looks as it is in photos. No disturbance. We went as a group of 7 people, Enjoyed the accommodation to the full. We even cooked food as we like. Thanks for the great stay and looking forward for next stay also.

Its an amazing luxury villa with 6 bedrooms. It was like cherry on the cake on my recent trip to Goa. The caretakers were very helpful and supportive. I had awesome experience staying in the property. Property had pool and jacuzzi and they were well maintained and extreme fun to use. My kid loved it. Location is great as it is near to market and also beach is hardly 400 mtrs away. Meticulously decorated rooms and glasshouse dining was next level experience. The host were accommodating throughout the stay. I have been to various Airbnb in the past. This is so far the best. Location, amenities, vicinity to beach and markets, everything is top notch. We would highly recommend everyone to stay at the property if they are in Candolim. Looking forward to stay again and thank you for making our stay memorable. Great place to stay !!

Amazing place for 4-7 people to accommodate. Right on beach with 24 hour restaurant and bar. Very clear waters of the beach. Very responsive host. Overall worth every penny. Thanks Dennis for being such a nice host.

I had my first 2 nights in India ever, and what an introduction! Dharman was incredibly helpful allowing an early check in, by keeping the accommodation empty for the night before, and for no extra charge! Dharman booked us a taxi from the airport, so our arrival was hassle free!, and Dharman was waiting to greet us and check is in, he then drove my partner to the local supermarket to get supplies! The place is set in a beautiful, tranquil setting, was immaculate, and the bed was extremely comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped and nothing was too much trouble for Dahman to help us with, booking boat trips, taxis and allowing a late check out! Would highly recommend this delightful gem and would love to stay again sometime soon!

Amit & Vinita are gracious hosts and the caretaker was always available for any requests. There were some minor hiccups that was promptly addressed and we (friends) had a wonderful time staying at the place. The house is at a walking distance to the Colva beach, other restaurants & is in a peaceful neighbourhood. This place is great for families and friends who want to explore South Goa.

Really very very satisfied and happy with the stay..The host Gitane gave exact description about location and also the amenities available. Pratiksha, the manager at the place is so friendly and helpful. she gave us a lot of information regarding the local sight seeings and restaurants. The care taker at the villa, Das and 2 other people really took good care of us. They way they interact, cook food, serve us and also helped us buy other items from local shops and stuff. Defenitely worth place to stay. A group of tourists staying in this villa can enjoy to the peaks. We a group of 8 cousins stayed at this place and had lot of fun for 3 days. We really feel like not vacating the place but we had to. A special mention about a friendly pet named Mogli. He was soo sweet.

What a fantastic property! We loved every single minute and Alexson and his team took care of us from the moment we walked through the gate. All questions were answered, the food was A-MA-ZING (so good that we didn’t go out to try any restaurants anymore). The house is spacious and comfortable, beautifully decorated, the outdoor shower is heaven, and the pool fantastic to cool off in. We will definitely be back when we’re in Goa again!

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

We stayed 16 nights! Staying in Villa Calangute Phase 1 was a delight. Close to the beach, very clean and tidy, and because Phase 2 wasn’t occupied too regularly we had good access to the pool. If you have guests to fill all four rooms it is good value for money.

This 5BHK fully furnished villa in Calangute, Goa, near Fairfield by Marriott, is an absolute gem. The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, and provides a homely feel, making it perfect for our group of 15 guests. The private swimming pool was a fantastic addition, offering a great spot to relax. The villa also has a lift, making it very convenient, and the security is top-notch. Praful, the host, and his caretaker were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, allowing us early check-in and late check-out. They even provided a complimentary breakfast for all 15 guests, which was much appreciated. Overall, this villa offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, with outstanding service from Praful and his team. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a spacious, well-located, and well-equipped villa in Goa.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

I just unpacked at home after a beautiful holiday in Goa, monsoon or sunshine Goa is always there when yiu think of a quick holiday . I packed for 3 days but after my stay at Vio's at this beautiful property STAAR luxury Villa I wanted to extend. The villa is nothing but Luxury at the price and so well done up keeping in mind the comfort of their guests. The care taker Mr.Gaurav was doing a fantastic job and cooked us breakfast everyday at the time

One of the highlights was the well decorated plants across the house and the items on the 2nd floor. It truly added a special touch to our stay. The location was fantastic, conveniently located near to the beach (as advertised). The neighborhood was safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The caretaker was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The housing complex has some very specific rules about the swimming pool which is a little bit of inconvenience, but nothing that can't be managed by paying close attention to the rules that are sent before hand. Overall a fantastic stay, we can't wait to book this again during our next vacation !

It was the perfect get away that we had in mind. The view from this stay was absolutely beautiful and the fact that this was situated on the river bank was simply amazing. The property has beautiful lawn area and has compound wall for privacy. Over all we loved the stay. If you are looking to relax in the slow pace of south goa, then this property is for you especially if you are traveling with family. We had a wonderful stay at this well-maintained big house, which had everything we needed. As we were traveling with our one-year-old, having a clean and functional kitchen was a must, and it certainly met our expectations. The property is surrounded by lush trees, adding to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Ashwem Beach is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of shops, resturants nearby for all your essentials. Arambol, Morjim, and Mandrem are also close by, making it an ideal location. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay in North Goa, and we highly recommend it without hesitation. Robert, the host, was incredibly friendly and attentive, offering helpful recommendations for local food and stores. We’d love to return to this property in the future!

The property was super goodd!! with an amazing amazing view. Very well maintained. Not just the property, but as a host you were amazing. Everyone loved your recommendations for restaurants or nearby activities or even places to visit.

Rajendra is very responsive, the place was neat and clean, andhad a good Audio Video system setup in the Living room. We had a great time staying here. The swimming pool was exactly as shown in photos, kept neat and clean. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. We had requested an early check-in, although there were guests who were checking out on our check-in day, Rajendra made sure he got the cleaning done asap so that we can move in, and by noo,and we had house available for us.

We booked Sunflower Villa for a relaxing, fun weekend getaway with just the girls -- and it was perfect. Having already stayed at Louisa before, our expectations were high and we're happy to say that they were all met. Peaceful, relaxing, full of lovely plants and birds, and adding to that, the super helpful staff made this the best weekend trip we've had in a while.

We reached out at Parth & Suril's property at Ashvem - 'Easy Breeze' and let me tell you it sticks true it's name!! As soon as we entered the property, we knew this is going to be special. The balcony has the most amazing view of lush green surrounded with Mango tree, Cashew tree, Palms, and a small chilli farm initiative taken up by the hosts. The essence of this home is it's cute looking decor that has an amazing affect on the overall charm of the place. The kitchen has all kinds of amenities and is surprisingly very spacious. The bedroom is pleasant with plenty of windows and enough sunlight to keep the room warm. But the best part is the balcony. Facing towards the East you can witness the Sunrise and the Moonrise. We were lucky to stay during the Full Moon night and was awe struck with it's beauty right at the comfort of this beautiful property. It's a shame that we couldn't extend our stay but we will definitely be there for a month long stay soon!!! 🤠.
