The place is exactly as shown in the images. Ritwik is responsive and proactive in getting your queries resolved. Noor and his team made sure to attend to our needs making the stay much more pleasant. The beach is accessible by foot and is hardly 30 meters or so from the property which is a plus. Will recommend this place highly.

Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

Leroys place is a well maintained unit in Avery quiet and peaceful location. The furniture and Linen was good and all the amenities were there as promised. There was clear communication from the host on the checkin procedure and the caretaker lady was helpful as well. Highly recommended for a small family.

It was a good experience with Hillary being the perfect host and Celina being in touch regarding all questions. They have both been very exact with every detail. No surprises at all. It was a comfortable stay, right next to the beach for someone who wants to enjoy the dusk and the dawn too it’s THE place. The two awwdorable pawies made it extra special. They gave more love than one would expect. Will miss both Shiba and Lucy.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großzügigem Raum, Garten, Terrasse - wir haben uns von Beginn wohl gefühlt. Wie beschrieben hat ein Schlafzimmer AC, das zweite Zimmer (gleichwertig groß und auch mit schönem Doppelbett und Insektenschutz Netz) einen gut funktionierenden Deckenventilator. Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wer Tiere mag - noch mehr. Wir haben die sanfte, unaufdringliche Gesellschaft von Katze, Hund und auch einmal Kühen im Garten als bereichernd empfunden. Sneha war von Beginn an sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns proaktiv bei den Taxi Transfers (Uber klappt hier nicht) vom/zum Flughafen geholfen. Vor Ort stand uns Pavi sehr freundlich und unterstützend für alles (härtere Matratze, Kerzen, Kontakt zu Moped-Verleih inkl Zustellung ..) zur Verfügung. Zu Fuss sind die Strände Palolem und Patnem in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr tolle Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung mit Blick aufs Meer! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

A perfect place to stay that steps away from the most beautiful beach in goa! Highly recommend

I believe we were the first European visitors to this villa and therefore the in house staff didn’t quite understand that we didn’t need waiting on hand and foot as I think they had been used to with other guests. They were however very friendly and obliging, and once they realised we were very low maintenance they were quite unobtrusive, although always available. The villa, the gardens and pool were kept very clean and our host Rohit was very proactive and always available on social media. We could honestly find nothing to fault with this property, and will more than likely book it again next winter.

The place is a little hard to locate but it is tranquil. An old Portuguese style house with excellent rooms, good natural light and ventilation.

We have just returned from our 20 days stay in this great apartment 😊 It is centrally located in Candolim, just off the Fort Aguada Road, a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was spacious and clean, with AC and 2 huge fans, one in the living area and one in the bedroom, which kept us cool throughout. The kitchen area had everything we needed for our stay, including microwave, toaster and kettle. There was plenty of bed lined and towels. The bathroom was a good size with a good shower. There was also back up electricity. The photographs of the apartment are outdated – the kitchen / living area is open plan, which we loved. Not all of the furniture in the photographs was in the apartment (red couch in living area, 2 seats in bedroom), but that suited us as is created the feel of being more spacious. Santana was a great host 😊 Any queries were dealt with quickly, and he was proactive in checking on how we were. Thank you 😊

Stay was very awesome. It was easy to reach the venue. Asha is a great host and i recommend this place if you need a villa near beach. This was too close around 5 mins walk from calangute beach. Everything went fine. Staff were very helpful and responsive. Rheman has helped us a little in everything. Pool was also good. We enjoyed a lot in the stay. My friends were very happy with the stay. I feel glad to choose this for our stay. Location is amazing and peaceful, beach is at walkable distance so that you can go and enjoy whenever you want. Best part is you won't feel like you're not at home here. This home is exceptionally good. Moreover, Sylvia is amazing host. She has responded to everything really quick and has been helpful throughout my trip. Thankyou so much for giving us an amazing experience. Good stay. Close to Candolim beach. Poor network, but the host has arranged wifi. Overall worth the price you pay.

This was my first visit to Goa and it started with beautiful villa which was really amazing experience we all had during our stay, Each and every service was worthful, I am thankful and must appreciate the service which was given by sweet parul maam, she was so helpful and properly guided us as it was new for us. I am also thankful to the kind hearted caretaker Mallika every now and then she used to take care of our needs.i Happy to You villa make you feel like your second home.

We had a lovely time at Devika's place. Not only was it really close to Mandrem beach but the rooms were comfortable and the garden space was perfect for our family. There are some parts of the house like low balconies that are a little unsafe for kids so they need to be watched 24x7 but besides that the home is beautiful and a great place for a family getaway. Devika is also super responsive and very accomodating and understanding. Thanks Devika for a memorable holiday :)

Stayed at Mr.Prashant's Dona Rosa By The Sea for 4 nights, 5 days with Spouse, Mom & Son. We had a wonderful vacation time here. With the hassle free self check in/out system here, this 2BHK gated apt. is just 200mts away from the beach which is mostly used by foreigners. On the way to beach you will find a beautiful pond and varieties of birds chirping all around. House was neat n clean and all the amenities mentioned in the site with wifi were functional, you have many options for cooking also including mixer grinder. My son enjoyed playing in pool surrounded by garden n zero noise, with the symphony by the birds. The wine shops available in walkable distance; the goan thali, biriyani etc can be found within 3-4 KMs radius. The 'Parra road' type coconut trees lane is just nearby. A must stay for nature lovers, yoga enthusiasts by the sea and who wants to get rid of the Goa's crowded beaches. Overall it's a 5 star experience.

Binesh and staff were amazing!!! We rented an ocean front cabin and you can’t get any closer to the ocean/sea than this! I would highly recommend this place. It’s clean and your own space. The restaurant and the chefs are literally the Best in Goa. We will be back for sure. If you’re going to Goa, this is the place. If you’re thinking about going to Goa… take the risk and reach out to Binesh. He and the staff will treat you Better Than Family!!!

What a beautiful setting and pretty villa! it had everything we were looking for and more. I was surprised by the proximity to the beach and the pool was well maintained and clean too. The host was very welcomimg and kind and she helped us through everything. Go for it, brilliant roomy space for large groups.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an incredible stay at Esha's place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to Baga, Calangute. Host was an amazing host—super responsive, friendly, and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. Check-in was smooth, and the made the experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Goa. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

The experience was seamless right from the check in to the departure. Location is the usp of this place and the host was prompt to various requirements. Overall, it was value for money and a great Vacation for family.

I chose this apartment because of all the reviews for the host, and I’m very pleased that I did. Patricia and Bobby were so welcoming and helpful - they really made my stay special. Patricia gave me advice on where to go food shopping and on transport. They even drove me to my next destination in Palolem. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the beach and is in a quiet complex just off the main road. The maid visits most days to clean the bathroom, make the bed and sweep the floors. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and gas hob and a few utensils. I managed to make porridge, omelettes and stir fries comfortably, but anything more elaborate might be more tricky if you’re used to a full English kitchen. The apartment really felt like home and my hosts were super lovely.
