Very clean! Nice amount of space. Really liked having two baths so we could get ready to go out quickly. Has everything you need to make meals.

It took us awhile to pick our Airbnb for Charleston, but we were glad we picked Bohemian Darts hosted by Brett. We came to Charleston for a girls weekend with long time high school friends. The price was reasonable. The location was excellent; we could walk to North King and easily drive into the historic section. The apartment is a single second floor unit above a design business. The apartment was clean and spacious with simple, tasteful decor. The kitchen was well equipped, including a drip coffee maker and dish washer (and 8 coffee mugs!). The living room was comfortable for four of us to hang out in between activities. Brett was quick to respond to the wifi/Internet issue caused by a local outage. Parking is available onsite for one car. There is a coffee/smoothie/breakfast/wine shop across the street and a bagel place a block or two toward King. We would stay here again! (and yes, there are darts, but we didn't play)

We booked a spring break vacation to Folly, somewhat last minute after debating on where we should actually vacation, and this rental was absolutely perfect. Due to booking less than a week before we actually arrived, the first two rentals we were looking at were no longer available, and I've never been happier! Ryan's location was everything I could've hoped for and more! It's in an excellent location, right off of Center Street so you are close to the action of the nightlife, but far enough away that you won't be bothered by noise, a 5 minute walk to the beach, less than that to some of the tastiest eats you'll find in South Carolina, and just an overall great place! The rental itself had plenty of space, the only remotely negative experience we had was with the beds- they are very stiff and not all that comfortable, but honestly not a deal breaker and we will absolutely be coming back- hopefully to the same unit! We loved it!

Enjoyed our stay for a mom and daughter week! The location was perfect for activities and is centrally located. The space was squeaky clean, and we loved the personal touches and the little bag of Charleston’s own waiting for us. I would highly recommend and look forward to our next stay!

Mackenzie and Brandon could not have been more kind! We were not on vacation but had to vacate our new home because of toxic mold. At the same time our precious dog was at the end of her battle with cancer. The house was so comfortable and welcoming. We were able to leave the back door ajar for Marley. Our rooms were very comfortable, lovely towels and a well equipped kitchen. The washing machine and dryer were very helpful. The decor is inviting. It is a very pleasant place to stay and very close to Park Circle’s Main Street. I would highly recommend their home! Barb C

Great two bedroom apartment with two full baths that are jack/Jill style to bedroom and common area was perfect for us. This has to be one of the cleanest Airbnbs I've stayed in...even the couch had vacuum lines. Beds were very comfortable and tons of towels provided. Kitchen was well appointed with better than average pans. Chris was nice enough to provide local coffee beans/ground, unopened half and half, and a new bag of ice in the freezer (a very welcome sight because I was ready to shake up a martini after a long drive). The area is a few blocks from King St, but we found the best local places closer to the apartment. Chris was proactive in letting us know of the very local places and other areas of interest and was always available. This place was a great choice and we had a wonderful time.

We were visiting Charleston for a friend's wedding and this was the perfect Airbnb for our stay. Perfectly located around lots of good restaurants and coffee shops. beautiful area to walk in around the city as well. And the Airbnb itself was perfect! Will be staying again.

Amy’s place had everything we needed and more! Our favorite place thus far. We really appreciate that she allowed us to check in early. Would definitely book again if we’re ever in the area!

We had a wonderful stay with our baby and 2 small dogs! Beautiful home in a great location! It had everything we needed and more. It was so easy to get to downtown Charleston and the ride was beautiful and scenic. You can also walk to two great restaurants: Paisanos pizza and for breakfast the Smoky Yolk. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

Our stay was very comfortable. The charming ranch is updated with marble counter tops and backslash in the kitchen, easy glide doors in bathrooms and a powerful shower heads. No odor, no carpeting and clean throughout. Should we have to be in the Charleston area again, if available, we won't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Sand.

Great location! Perfect walking distance to King Street. The place was very clean and accommodating for a bigger group. We enjoyed our stay here!

Nice place a little off the beaten path . Gorgeous marsh views and convenient to Charleston, Mt. Pleasant and the beach. Very spacious.

Alica's place is the perfect Edisto getaway. VERY clean and well kept with everything we needed (two adults; one 10 year old child). Plenty of space to spread out or gather together. Utensils, plates, pots and pans supplied; bring your own seasonings, cooking spray or oil. Unit has washer/dryer. Outdoor pool, playground, and putt-putt course are very easy walking distance (maybe 2-3 minutes); enclosed heated pool easier to access by driving or bike. Walk to beach is an easy 20-25 minute stroll one way. Key fob (included with reservation) gains access to all amenities along with a "private" cabana, bathrooms, and shower at the beach. Beach and most businesses and restaurants are within a 5 minute drive. Island grocery is sufficient. The only word of caution is that, like most Edisto homes, there are steps to enter and steps to get to bedrooms, so if accessibility is a concern, this is something to check into further. Alica responded immediately. Definitely recommend Alica's place!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beachfront Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The house was exactly what we were looking for – a relaxing, lowkey getaway for our family by the beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sand, and the home itself was well-equipped for a peaceful weekend. It had everything we needed to unwind, from the cozy couch to the backyard for evening hangouts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet beach retreat!

The home is in an amazing location, just a couple blocks from King street with tons of restaurants and stores. The walk down to the main market/rainbow row takes about 30 minutes which was really nice too. The home has high ceilings and the bedrooms were large so we felt like we had tons of space. The StayDuvet team was responsive the entire stay and helped a lot. For families with small kids, as a heads up, this location can be a bit loud. There’s foot traffic, regular traffic, and a fire station down the street. Our little one woke up a couple times at night during the trip. We were still very happy with our stay.

The condo is an older unit with nice updates and upgrades. Great location with easy access to the beach and the amenities available at he resort. Would definitely stay there again.

Kimber was a very responsive host who even took the time to learn why we were coming (medical appointment) and remembered that and wished us the best. During our stay, she checked on us in a non-imposing way that made us feel important. The condo is very much like others we have stayed in on Edisto Beach, so we knew what to expect and it didn’t disappoint. We also appreciated the no-pet/no-smoking policy which made for a cleaner environment. We will certainly be back! Thanks for being a great host, Kimber!! Hollie

We stayed for two weeks. This condo was perfect. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, tennis and pickleball courts and the shops by the boardwalk hotel. It has great walking/biking paths throughout Wild Dunes. We had access to the private lagoon villas pool. It was not heated so was cold for swimming at the beginning of March. I did see a few brave children swimming one of the days. The condo itself was well laid out with the bedrooms separated on opposite sides of the condo and had plenty of room for hanging out in the living space in the middle. The whole place was clean and had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommend. We would stay here again.

This was a perfect place for my husband and I and our 3 kids! It was a quiet neighborhood with great beach access and close to shops, restaurants! This place met and exceeded our expectations, we will definitely be back!

When we arrived an hour early, our host was quick to respond and let us check in an hour early. The unit was super clean with everything you could need. The beach, bars, and restaurants are a super quick and easy 5 minute walk from the amazing location. The stay was amazing!

Myra's place was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. The development has a gated entry, a pool and tennis courts. There are two balconies in the condo that overlook the water. The bottom patio by the living room was screened in and included a table and chairs which was nice for morning coffee. You can watch dolphins in the water at dusk. Her condo is in an excellent location. It is within walking or biking distance to Folly Beach and just a short drive to Charleston. There are multiple restaurants close by. There is also a Publix, Harris Teeter and a Walmart within a 10 minute drive from the condo. We visited over Spring Break week and although there were people visiting the island it wasn't too crowded at all. I appreciated Myra's little touches: coffee pods for the Keurig, a little bottle of laundry detergent, a first aid kit, toiletries in the guest bathroom, restaurant menus, etc. Myra was attentive and helpful when I needed her. Highly Recommend!!!
