Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con alberca en Godelleta

Muy contentos con el trato y con la casa, estaba todo genial y justo lo que buscábamos. Si volvemos por la zona no dudaremos en volver a elegir dicha casa.

Sergio super amable y la casa genial. Tenía de todo y de calidad, incluyendo chimenea, barbacoa, piscina... Perfecto para ir con perro, ya que está todo vallado (incluso la piscina, no hay peligro) y hay muchísimo espacio. Además tienen gallinas, y nos dieron muchos huevos que estaban buenísimos. La zona muy tranquila, rodeado de campos y solo algunos chalets bastante apartados. Y a menos de 5 min de Ayora.

We had a great time, despite the rain. It is very cozy inside and there is a beautiful view from the rooftop. During the night it is very quiet and the area is great for hiking.

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

Logement correspondant parfaitement à la description, une maison où on se sent bien , magnifique jardin et piscine , le tout d’une propreté impeccable , quartier calme proche de la nature ! Des hôtesses réactives , arrangeantes et à l’écoute , petits commerces à proximité , boulangerie très sympathique ! Literie très confortable , cuisine bien équipée , terrasses et barbecue ! Nous reviendrons ☺️

Segundo año en el apartamento de Claudio y encantados!!! Todo lo encontramos igual o mejor, muy buena zona, piscina insuperable, playa cerca y apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario y con Mady como siempre súper servicial y un encanto, nos seguiremos viendo!!

I had a fantastic stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made the check-in and check-out process seamless. The location was perfect – close to beach. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area!

Martinez’s place is amazing. Very well described and looked exactly like the photos. Loved that we had a supermarket directly opposite. Martinez was a great host, always answered messages quickly and gave us recommendations and very helpful and clear instructions on the public transport. Would 100% recommend to anyone. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and included all amenities outlined in the description. It was amazing being within a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been on. The location is also convenient to the small grocery store on the beach. We also had a car which allowed us to make the short drive into Gandia town for additional shopping. The free, covered, and secure parking at the apartment was a definite plus. The hosts are extremely responsive, friendly, and answered all our questions almost immediately. This is a place you can come to relax and rejuvenate on your travels.

Wir haben zu dritt die Unterkunft von Rosa Mitte September gebucht und waren happy. Vom Balkon war das Meer aus zu sehen, morgens mit schönem Sonnenaufgang. Salud hat uns herzlich empfangen, und auch bei Fragen stets mit Rat zur Seite gestanden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Unten gab es einen Pool den man nutzen konnte und das Meer war direkt vor der Haustür. Kühlschrank, Ofen, Mikrowelle. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrte. Das einzige Problem war die Anbindung zur nächsten Bahnhofsstation. Busse fuhren nur bis 18/19 Uhr. Taxiunternehmen haben Anrufe entweder nicht entgegen genommen oder im Gespräch aufgelegt. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Salud war so freundlich und hat uns am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof gebracht und uns auch die Gegend gezeigt. Großes Danke an Salud!!🥲 P.S. Beim Taver Taxi Unternehmen spricht Umberto deutsch und englisch. Hoffe das hilft irgendwem mal weiter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, danke :]

Logement impeccable , super communication et super sympa. Réactivité au top! Gentillesse et politesse. Nous avions oublié que cela pouvait exister ! Cela vaut un 10 étoiles .

El apartamento era precioso y estaba muy limpio. Era un paseo fácil a varios restaurantes y a la playa. Muy recomendable.

Sonia was helpful and kind. The apartment was big and beautiful. We mostly enjoyed the pool and the nice air condition.

Un séjour parfait dans cette belle et grande villa, un espace de vie immense en bas propice à la convivialité entre amis, de nombreuses et grandes chambres avec une literie de qualité. Nous avons pleinement profité de la terrasse avec le soleil pour déjeuner, la cuisine extérieure est juste top, le second frigo a été un plus pour notre groupe de 16 personnes, il y a même une douche et des wc. Une cuisine très bien équipée et adaptée pour les groupes. Un environnement très calme, un mercadona à 2 min, la mer à 5 min en voiture, des commerces et restaurants à proximité comme le métro qui relie le centre de valence en 20 min. Et que dire de notre hôte Juan, nous avons eu un accueil 5 étoiles avec boissons et produits locaux, il a pris du temps pour nous conseiller sur les endroits à visiter, les restaurants, les activités. C’est le meilleur hôte jamais rencontré, une disponibilité, une gentillesse, réactif, il fait tout pour ses invités.Une belle personne. Gracias por todo Juan volveremos

We had an amazing time staying here! Great location, excellent communication and super clean and very spacious. I would definitely come back to Valencia again and stay here! Highly recommend!

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!
