Interior was impeccably clean. Everything was as described and in good working order. We had a great time and would rent again.

it was such a wonderful stay. the only thing we could leave as a friendly advice is to highlight that the blower be turned on for the fireplace. Otherwise, the thermostat stays reading hot while the bedrooms get pretty chilly at night. But that is a typical user error we will own :). see you next year as well definitely be back!

The property is spectacular. Amenities galore and very clean and spacious. Great host and would definitely do it again here.

This was our second (annual) stay and we are already talking about returning again next year. We had such a great stay! The location is great for us - lots of great hikes and interesting places to visit within an easy drive. The amenities of the cabin are all first rate. We especially enjoyed the full kitchen and grill and enjoyed fabulous home-cooked meals every evening. The view of the river from the cabin is so beautiful. We enjoyed seeing how it changed from moment to moment and day to day. At times there was mist rising from the water, at other times, the water sparkled brightly. Truly beautiful. We have been so looking forward to this year's week at the cabin - and it did not disappoint. I most highly recommend it to you!

We were headed up north to visit the Winter Park in Boulder Junction, WI. Our family (2 kids, 2 adults) and my wife's cousin and his two kids had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time. It's clear that the host has done quite a bit to renovate and improve the property. The amenities were just as described. The location was excellent, and we kept thinking about how wonderful it would be in the summertime, too. The host was responsive over messaging and very friendly. It felt like we were staying at a friend's house. The views of the sunrise were amazing from the bank of windows on the second floor. Plenty of entertainment areas for times when you don't want to venture outside. Internet was reliable and the HVAC kept us cozy. Radiant floor heaters in the basement were great! Would definitely return to this place any time of year. Can't wait to see what improvements continue to be made in the coming years. Thanks again!

This is our group’s 3rd year staying at Danny’s and we couldn’t be happier! We take an annual guys ice fishing trip and we keep coming back due to Danny treating us like family. Danny’s home is spacious, warm and welcoming for all of our needs. The house location allows us quick access to the perch grounds and we can get right to fishing! Danny has always been friendly and very responsive. If we were to need anything, he is on it! We can’t wait to stay again next year!

We had a great time at the cabin! Six of us stayed and it had beautiful scenery and a warm home style feel overlooking the lake! It was a great place to stay and get to see old friends! We loved it and the host was very friendly even letting us check in early if we wanted and would have let us check out late but we didn’t arrive until the later evening and had to depart earlier then the check out, Dawn was very accommodating and friendly! Thank you for the hospitality!

Dominic was very helpful and responsive to all of my questions. It is a great location on the lake, and I would definitely consider this again if we were in the area.

Cozy house by the lake with a beautiful and peaceful setting. Kayaks and paddleboard are included for added fun. The house offers a northern view over the lake, perfect for those hoping to catch a glimpse of the Aurora Borealis. I would definitely visit again!

This home’s location could not be better—it is nestled in the trees right on the lake and just steps aways from the ski hill allowing you to ski in and ski out! It was down a winding and hilly road that was easy to find with Marks instructions; I was grateful for the all wheel drive on our vehicle to get us there :) The house itself is also very impressive—it was beautiful, well constructed, clean and well stocked. Mark and his brother were super responsive and very friendly. We had a great stay!

This is our 2nd time staying at this house as a group of snowmobilers. It works absolutely perfect for us and we will continue to rent it every time we come to Gogebic!

The cabin was a great spot on Echo Lake, we enjoyed nightly fires by the fire pit. The cabin was close to town and shopping. Restaurants were easily accessible and delivered to the cabin. It was nice to have paddle boards and kayaks available for our kids. The dock was nice and we caught sunnies and perch off the dock. Chris and Janice were extremely helpful and responsive. Great hosts!

We had an awesome stay at Rob & Lori’s Cottage! If I could give them 10/5 stars I would. Everything was so well thought out - from the pasta and sauce that they had available for us to use, to the selection of hot drinks (coffee, hot chocolate, teas), the well stocked kitchen, the selection of games & books, brochures of things to do, etc. The shower was so relaxing and warm after a day out winter-exploring. We had a very stress-free stay, everything was as expected, if not better. The cottage is fairly secluded (there are some other buildings around), and we really enjoyed walking on the beach, watching sunsets, and looking at the stars. We even go to see the northern lights put on a fantastic show. If we are back in the area - we will be staying here again.

Usually you get to a place and it’s not quite what the pictures show but this was just the opposite… it was better! It was so cozy and peaceful, and the amenities were OUTSTANDING! We loved the nice touches, like the wonderful decor and how there were towels on our beds, fans in every room, and books and games laid out for every area. We will be coming back!

Definitely recommending & rebooking! Such a lovely slice of almost heaven ❤️ We had a wonderful time!! Did not want to come home!!
