Ha sido un lugar cómodo en una zona tranquila. Eh alquilado con Manuel por meses consecutivos y ha sido un excelente anfitrión, amable y atento a las dudas que una pueda tener.

The property was amazing, great amenities, very comfortable and spotless. Our hosts where so helpful and responsive, we will certainly be back!

Amazing Stay for a Family Vacation! We stayed at Casa Peces house for seven days, and it was perfect for our family. Communication with Martha was super easy, and we were thrilled to find such a great house in an excellent and safe location, close to everything we needed. The four bedrooms were fully equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook and entertain. The BBQ area was a highlight—we used it and had an amazing time! The two living rooms were also very convenient, giving everyone space to relax without feeling crowded. The pool was fantastic, and we made great family memories enjoying it together. The house had everything we needed to feel at home—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We are so grateful to Martha and Jessica for welcoming us, and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Don’t hesitate to rent this house—it truly has everything you need for an amazing stay!

Location is great, with everything you need within a short distance. It’s especially convenient if you need to move around San Jose or travel back and forth between San Jose, Alajuela, and Heredia, as we did. We were traveling with a baby, so it’s worth noting that this stay is located very close to a busy intersection, and the nighttime noise is considerable. We didn’t spend much time in the house aside from early mornings and sleeping, but I believe it has everything you need. Comfort is subjective—while we found the mattress and sofa beds extremely firm, others might find them perfect. Communication with the host was excellent.

Hemos tenido una agradable semana en la casa,está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila,con fácil acceso a supermercado y restaurantes,la comunicación ha sido buena,la única pega que pondría es que no se puede tirar papel higiénico en el WC lo cual es bastante incómodo, en resumen recomiendo

Nice and spacious apartment for our family with lots of natural light ( with blackout blinds for bedrooms). Location is near lots of good eating options and the park. Parking space is tight if you have a larger car but still manageable. Overall a great place to stay

INCREÍBLE UBICACIÓN y excelentes amenidades del edificio , vista espectacular , el departamento es divino , solo que la cama es como dos individuales colchones y se separa en algún momento de la noche jaja pero todo increíble , el único aspecto que mejoraría es la cama. De allí en fuera todo es espectacular

Great spot for the money paid. There is a restaurant and a bar and a cafe in the same building which makes life easy. Multiple dining options in walking distance. Laundry was convenient also. Will definitely repeat.

Buena estadía, seguro, limpio y acogedor

this place is like a 5 star hotel at a very good location near bars, grocery store, bus stationand much more. the view from the balcony is breathtaking. the pool at the rooftop is the best place to watch the sunset. we were able to check in early as soon as the room was available. we felt very safe.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. Within our arrival, the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating, guiding us of our parking space and checking in. We met locals in our stay and they recommended many things we can do while our time being spent there.

Guido gave us detailed instructions for check-in and was really helpful with a last min request. View of the studio is nice and the building staff are great. Good location too!

Un lugar muy bonito para hospedarse, todo muy cómodo, con buena seguridad y privacidad, el personal tanto de la entrada al condominio como del lobby muy amables, la comunicación con Natalia siempre fue pronta y muy flexible con nuestra llegada, solo estuvimos una noche pero nos hubiera gustado estar más tiempo por tan bonitas instalaciónes, se encuentra cerca del aeropuerto lo cual facilitó nuestro traslado. Sin duda volveríamos

Everything was great

The view from the 20th floor was great. There is some really good food right around the corner. The place was immaculate and felt very safe. The reviews about the train noise are accurate, but that's life in the city!

The view is incredible. This view itself was probably my favorite thing about San Jose. Very nice building, seemed to be the nicest in the area. The unit feels like a showroom that has been converted to an Airbnb. You must be able to sleep with the sounds of street traffic. The water heater did break momentarily. The host was responsive and sent someone to investigate the issue immediately. Not the nicest neighborhood but we struggled to find nice neighborhoods in San Jose in general. 5 stars for this unit. 2 stars for San Jose.

Llegamos alrededor de las 10 nos recibieron muy bien muy fácil de llegar, un lugar pequeño pero acogedor muy limpio el apartamento y muy equipado ✌🏼👍🏼

I was welcome by Domingo the security guy that was extremely nice and helpful about how to park and get to the apartment. This is amazing place with an incredible view is only 20 min from centro olímpico Costa Rica ! So any person can come and rest. The unit has great place to parking lot storage that keeps your car safe. In front of the building there is nice park that you can go walk in the morning ! Great place to stay !
