good place to stay but listing discription of the listing should be improved a lot ...it's creating few confusions while booking

This is literally a place that is shileded by coconut trees between you and the beach. You will hear the waves the entire night and it's a beautiful sound. In terms of the residence, it's rustic and a place to shower and sleep and if that's what you're looking for and intend to spend time seeing the place, I definitely recommend. Sindhura was amazingly helpful and supportive - please ask for help with directions to the place 😉

Host Sindhura is very responsive, always available to cater to your needs, However, the location is not ideal if you’re not keen on walking . We had to walk a couple of kms to the stay as it’s not directly accessible via road.

Pros: 1. Property is near to beach, it is walkable. Since, it is near to beach, u will enjoy this place. 2. Rooms are clean, furniture n bed are in good state. 3. Host is polite and responsive. Cons: 1. Property is 100-150 metre far from main road. So u have to walk this distance, if want to go to other place 2. AC is not there, so if u r coming in off season and it is summer, it will be very hot. (again this climate will be across Gokarna in summer months) 3. Second floor room is the top floor of property and if it is summer (off season), room will boiled up. In conclusion, Property is good and u will enjoy here, if u are coming in season (Nov-Feb). Host is nice and helpful. Walking 100-150 metre from main road to reach property is fine since u will visit other sites, beach, caves by trekking only 😀

The place is amazing because of its location near the river and sunset makes this place more beautiful. We spent whole evening watching the sunset, you can also book a boat ride to near by beaches which will make the experience more better. It is a small and a cozy place which has 3 cottages so if you want to have privacy with not many visitors for your big family or groups you should check out this place The outdoor setup is so luxurious and vibrant that outdoor chilling with your friends becomes more fun! Overall a good stay!

I had the most amazing 3-day stay at this lakeside property in Goa! The location was absolutely stunning, offering beautiful views of the lake and surrounding nature. The highlight for me was the hot tub – it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring, and the serene atmosphere made it even more special. The property itself was well-maintained, with cozy, comfortable rooms that had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. If you're looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating retreat in Goa, this place is an absolute gem! Highly recommended.

The place is even better than shown in the pictures. Situated right beside the river, this villa is calm and serene. The patio has 2 plunge pool where you can take a dip and have a beer. Rooms are bug but bathrooms are surprisingly big. I personally loved the concept of bar area and the numerous options given in crockery and glasses. We booked a boat ride that took us around to nearby beaches. To our surprise, there is a place to board the boat right inside the villa. Above all this the host was kind enough to allow late checkout on our request.

The room faced the river with a private pool. This is a hidden gem worth staying at! Axel and Rahul have been incredible hosts

We really enough our stay, the place looks better in person than pictures, totally worth it, Palolem beach is around 3km away from the stay

We had a wonderful stay at Cora Homestay near Talpona Beach! Our family of 6, including 2 children and 4 adults, found the place perfect for a relaxing holiday. The location is ideal – close to a quiet and beautiful beach that let us enjoy the serene side of Goa. The property was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable for all of us. My friend and I had a wonderful stay a Vishals place. The house is even better than the photos and it felt so freeing to be in our own space, prepare our own food and do everything in our own time. Diljit, the house manager is nothing short of a super star, so kind and considerate, nothing was too much. Diljit even carefully baked some cashews that had fallen from the tree out in the garden for us, (cashews are poisonous if not prepared correctly!) The house is a short walk to Patnem but a way away to find peace too. Thankyou for having us. We will be back.

A rare gem . Tastefully crafted house built on the river edge and brilliantly decorated . The house is located at lands end, set in a calm surrounding but all the south Goa special eateries, cafés, bars and stores are at convenient distance . Lalith golf course is 5 mins walk away, multiple beaches around. The house is loaded with all essentials, kitchen and fridge have all supplies - feels at home. Nafisa is a great cook serving hot breakfast. And to top it up - the lovely guest manager Katja . She is an expert with the locality and provides all help to make the stay memorable. will be surely visiting again to experience this again

I had my first 2 nights in India ever, and what an introduction! Dharman was incredibly helpful allowing an early check in, by keeping the accommodation empty for the night before, and for no extra charge! Dharman booked us a taxi from the airport, so our arrival was hassle free!, and Dharman was waiting to greet us and check is in, he then drove my partner to the local supermarket to get supplies! The place is set in a beautiful, tranquil setting, was immaculate, and the bed was extremely comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped and nothing was too much trouble for Dahman to help us with, booking boat trips, taxis and allowing a late check out! Would highly recommend this delightful gem and would love to stay again sometime soon!

My friend and I have just spent 3 weeks in this lovely house. It's set back next to Magic View restaurant at the end of beautiful Patnem beach and is easy to find . You just step out of the door and your toes are in the sand. The house is basic but has everything that you need. There's a veranda to sit on and watch the world go by. Inside there's a big bed, a ceiling and standing fan. We didn't use the air-conditioning as we prefer not to. There's a good sized fridge and a basic kitchen. There's not really enough pots and pans to cook properly but it ok to make drinks and snacks. ,there's plenty of restaurants nearby anyway. There was always hot water in the bathroom but the pressure is really poor. it wasn't an issue for us as a hot bucket bath perfectly sufficed. We never met Kanishk but he responded promytly via phone and fixed the wifi when we had issues.We've stayed at quite a few different places in the area and this was by far the best. Highly recommended.

Our young family could not have been happier in the house. A phenomenal spot; a short walk to Patnem beach, and the local shops and restaurants. An extremely peaceful place, we used the beach for swimming, eating etc and would have downtime in the house. Ideal! Nivo very very helpful, going over and above what was required and our expectations. Happy Goa times!
