The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

The apartment was very close to the center which is great! At first we didn't realize that we would be split into two apartments, but in retrospect it was great. In the lower apartment we had one bedroom, a kitchen and a living room, which served as our common area. Great layout)) The apartments were clean, tidy and comfortably furnished. When we arrived the beds were already made, which was of course great after the long flight! Also their offers for transfer, and info about restaurants etc, transportation cards and to have some wine options in the flat were so thoughtful, thank you! All in all a very nice apartment with a great location. It is both quiet in the apartment and close to endless activities in the center! For our next time, we would choose this place again!

The location was good, and the house was clean, cosy, and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a week's stay, and the overall experience was pretty good. I recommend the place to anyone visiting the area, especially for medium-term stays.

If you are looking for a refuge that offers peace, inspiration, comfort, and access to the city--this is the place. Our family (2 parents, 2 grandparents, 2 children, and a baby) had no idea what a gem we had found until we walked into this space. The space is divided into three floors, which provides a great amount of division for a larger family like ours. The bottom space with kitchen, dining room, and a beautiful (let me say it again), beautiful sun room and garden served as community space that is unmatched in tranquility and options. Tao and his team were expertly organized (communicating every detail of check-in beforehand, arranging for baby bed and high chair, answering all questions that we had, and even providing a great map of surrounding restaurants, cafés, groceries, and shops). On the day of checkout, the Tao worked with our family to make sure that we were able to enjoy our final hours in the city without concern for luggage or being without a hub for the day.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Lou’s place! This is one of the best accommodations I have ever experienced. The neighborhood is one of the most prestigious and highly regarded areas in Istanbul, and I always felt completely safe and secure. The location is easy to find, and public transportation is just a short walk away, making it very convenient to explore the city. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and offers a stunning panoramic view of the Bosphorus. It truly felt like a home away from home. Lou is a fantastic host, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, beautiful, and welcoming stay in Istanbul.

Berk is such a lovely host! So helpful and was always there if we needed anything at all. The place itself was lovely, close by to everything and clean with extra supplies if if we needed anything :) would definitely come back

This exceptional rental was a perfect haven for our 4-person team attending a conference. The house is stunning, meticulously clean, and brimming with unique amenities. The temperature-controlled swimming pool,warm fireplace and the heating system ran continuously provided the perfect sanctuary after long workdays. What truly elevated our experience was the extraordinary hospitality of the hosts. Although the owner doesn't speak English, his son Deniz was our primary point of contact—and what a delightful contact he was! The entire family demonstrated remarkable sincerity and warmth. They arranged reasonable transportation, guided us through local streets on our first day, helped us exchange cash, and went above and beyond in their care.Daily, the owner would visit to clear leaves from the pool, light the fireplace, and even bring fresh bread on first day morning. Deniz consistently offered valuable tourist recommendations and suggest exciting routes, making us feel genuinely welcomed.

Amazing stay! Yalçın was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment on the 15th floor had stunning views, and we even had an unexpected but adorable cat visitor at the window, which made the experience even more special. Everything was perfect, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Super süße kleine Wohnung mit dazu gehörigem Garten mit Küche. Alles was man braucht ist vor Ort. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und liefert Platz für 2 Leute, dazu ist im Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage verbaut die den Raum schön auf Wunschtemperatur bringt. Trotz viel Stadtlärm draußen hört man drinnen nichts, was sehr angenehm ist. Einkauf/Liedermöglichkeiten gibt es ohne Ende. Circa 100Meter vom Airbnb entfernt liegt das Capitol, das jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Anschluss zur Metro bietet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können dieses Angebot Airbnb nur weiter empfehlen!

We had a fantastic time. We spent one night at her place, and the apartment was amazing—everything was clean and neat. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The check-in and check-out instructions were excellent, as everything was completely clear. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay here.

This is a great place to stay in Istanbul. It is close to main districts like Sisli, Harbiye, Taksim etc. This airbnb is one of the cleanest ones I ve stayed. I will be back for sure when I stay in Istanbul. I recommend this place without any doubt. The building has an indoor parking which is important for Istanbul.

Georgina and Simon made check-in very easy and we're very welcoming on the first night, even picking me up from the metro station at night and ordering some food for me, both of which were very much appreciated!! The apartment is very cosy, warm and clean and the bed is comfortable. It has all the necessary items in the house. The house is located close to a forest so it's very peaceful and you can hear the seagulls in the morning as it's close to the sea. It is located on a very steep hill, so you'd better bring some sneakers to facilitate walking! Host were very responsive and kind.
