Our family really enjoyed our stay. The beach was really close and beautiful, and uncrowded . The house has been well maintained and has had loads of extra spaces added. We used their grill which worked great, enjoyed their fireplace and the kids loved the game room. Super convenient to use the garage door for loading and unloading. Lots of parking places and really reasonable pricing! Thanks for the great memories!

This place was so cool and had so much character! We loved the house plants, the big beautiful shower, and all the little extras like the arcade games, yoga mats, etc. There was a great view of the ocean from the big windows and the deck.

We had a wonderful time here. The house was even nicer than the photos. The area was quiet. The beach was a short walk away. The ocean view from the house was beautiful. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great location, private, beautiful land, walk to the beach!

We had a spur of the moment decision to spend thanksgiving weekend at this wonderful location, mind you it’s an rv park with mini houses. It is right on the Rouge River and steps away from the coast line we stayed in #36 and it was perfect you could see the beach from the tiny house. The kitchen supplies are rudimentary but enough to make a meal. It was a bit cold but other than that it was a great little place to stay! The surrounding sites are amazing, Myrtle Wood Trail is a must, Oregon Redwoods is a must! The surrounding towns are great too! The grocery shopping in Gold Beach was great. We loved it. Can’t wait to go back!!! Thank you!!!!

Beautiful place to stay! The amazing sandy beach is just 3min walk away, or the mouth of the river just 2min walk. And, the big backyard is just perfect for kids and pets! Of course the pool was a big hit with our kids! Great location to discover the beautiful nature around, while feeling like you are glamping at a great place. Really recommend!

I am looking forward to staying again. Though it wasn’t beach front it was nice and private. It is a beautiful place to stay. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The private beach was beautiful too…

As always, this home is perfect for a relaxing stay. The view is fabulous and the lake so calming. We will come again.

You'll love the stay here! Exceptionally well-appointed kitchen with high quality items. Beach access is just outside the house. You can walk for miles. Quiet. Ocean views only from the bedrooms and only when you turn around, not facing as the bed is organized. Great place!

Tracie's place is a small jewel in the crown of Gold Beach! It was cozy, clean, well-decorated, and amazingly well-stocked with everything our small family of three needed to cook and be comfortable - she could teach a master class on how to be a great Airbnb host! The views are lovely and the beds are comfy, which is good since you'll need to rest up for all the great hikes and beach combing nearby along the coast. The soft roar of the great Pacific Ocean across the street is constant and lulled us into a magically good sleep each night. Beautiful little coastal cottage worth the price!

Great place, beach access nearby

The views from this home are absolutely incredible. During our visit it stormed most of the time but it was mesmerizing to watch the waves hit the rock formations. This home is large enough to host multiple families and the amenities - hot tub, pool table, board and card games, and video game machine make it easy to stay entertained even on a rainy day. Highly recommend.

FYI--This is a mobile home, located inside of a mobile home park. There are neighbors, and because this property is situated next to the beach access you'll have people walking & driving by throughout the day. (This is for informational purposes, as some folks are looking for a little more seclusion). You'll have to check in at the main office of the mobile home park in order to gain access to the property. The pictures are accurate, though they've added a few additional pieces of furniture. NOTE: There is heating but no air conditioning, and no ceiling fans in any room. Mostly the weather there is cool & usually a breeze off of the ocean (check the weather before you go!). However, if you're a person who needs a fan to sleep at night, you'll need to take one with you. There are restaurants & gas stations within driving distance, a Dollar General about a mile away & a WalMart about 20 minutes away. We had no issues, and will look forward to visiting again.

We loved staying at this airbnb!! The living area seemed a lot bigger than the photos, which was a great surprise. The beach access through the north entrance was only 2 houses down, and took barely a minute to walk there. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens, they have everything you need! The hot tub is covered by the upper deck, which was great for our rainy stay. It was divine to sit in and stare at the ocean waves, almost like you were in the ocean itself! They also leave a key for the garage which was helpful for packing & unpacking, especially if its rainy. I do recommend a nightmask if you need a darker room for sleeping (curtains are not blackout). Also recommend turning the hot tub temp up when you arrive so its ready when you want to go in. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area, it was clean and fit our needs perfectly. We had a very wonderful, peaceful stay, and you cannot beat the view!!

Cassandra's place was everything we wanted. Great location, spacious and wonderful hot tub. We had an issue with the hot tub and she sent someone over within 30 minutes. Clear instructions and great communication. We will definitely book here again.

We, a group of 3 couples enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very nice and accommodated all of our needs. The view of the ocean was amazing. We enjoyed hiking in Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. Would definitely stay there again.

We love this lakehouse. It's a prime location for fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding or swimming. Kids loved fishing off the dock and caught lots of fish. House works well for multiple families staying together and host/ local caretaker were super flexible with us. Be aware the 3 rentals on this property all share the dock and lakefront space. Not a problem for us, everyone is quiet and friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Pelican. It was fabulous to have the ocean views and being able to walk down to the beach. The house was clean and had plenty of space for us to relax. The beds were comfortable and clean. There were three bedrooms; the master was large with its own bathroom and a king size bed, one room with two double size beds and the other room with a queen. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. We appreciated being able to park in the garage. We watched movies on the large screen TVs. Hikes in the nearby Redwood state and national parks were closeby. The nearby towns had the groceries and restaurants we needed. We would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the area.

My only complaint was the weather but it’s the Oregon coast so it’s always a gamble ;) but that said I think this was by far my favorite Oregon coast trip the family and I have taken. The house and all its amenities and the location was absolutely amazing! Clare was so helpful too. A week wasn’t long enough to be honest. Don’t think twice about renting!!

The views were absolutely spectacular! We loved every minute of being in this beautiful home as are eyes were always drawn to the see. We didn’t feel pressure to find things to do as the beach is accessible after a short walk and we loved exploring the tide pools. Wonderful place to spend a week and we hope to again soon.

Shirley's unit is beautiful and perched directly above a river running into the ocean. the view from the hot tub is great. Space was perfect for two families with shared kids room. Worth noting there is a rocky drop off to the river below and out back door so need to have attention with younger kids. if you walk down the street a couple minutes there is a path to beach access. love this stretch of coast and we had everything we needed. thanks Shirley for finding a pack and play for us to use!

This place is beautiful. The kitchen had an amazing view. The bathroom in the master was bathroom goals/dreams. Overlooking the ocean. The walk down to the beach is a little steep but doable. Couple hike within a short drive. Overall would book again. Lots of bathrooms and places to sleep.

Perfect house on the beach. Everything was as pictured and very clean upon our arrival. Would stay again.
