Best AIRBNB ever. The house is at a great location, just by the beach, and has everything you may need to enjoy your vacation. Michael was very kind and helpful. No better choice in Miami. Great value for money, specially considering the free parking.

We had a great time staying in this condo. Very close to the beach which was one of the main attractions for our trip. The bike and walk paths were also very accessible and we enjoyed moving around. The condo has everything you need and functioned well for our group of six adults. Lastly, we felt safe staying there. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay at Suzi's! She really is as accommodating as other reviews have noted. The apartment was spotless and equipped with all of the basics. We felt like we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Despite this being in South Beach, the location was private and peaceful, yet close enough to everything where you could choose whether you wanted to be in the mix or not. The building has easy and quick access to the beach, and the complimentary chairs and umbrella were such a bonus! There are plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby where a vehicle is not necessary, but we rented a car and parked it in the garage at 7th & Collins so we could easily explore other parts of Miami at our leisure. We walked the path in the morning and utilized the Citi bikes in the evening when it was lit up, which was really relaxing. Suzi graciously let us have a late checkout because there were no other guests, and it was really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in Dawn’s place was amazing. Close to the beach and great restaurants. We felt so safe, the beds were great and same with bathroom. 110% recommended. Reply super fast to our message. I don’t have a complaint.

This beach condo was great, access to ocean was easy, clean, clutter free, well equipped except for shower soap and patio door difficult to open. The only issue was we arrived after dark and they are doing construction on the building which blocked off the entrance to the towers and front entrance. Once we got out of basement garage and got our bearings the next day it was very easy. A little heads up might have helped with this situation. Otherwise, our stay was excellent. Thank you.

we absolutely loved Nick's place. the location was so easy to get too and really close to grocery stores and only 10 min to the beach. the house was really clean , fully stocked and beautiful inside. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool and the dock was so relaxing . we caught several fish and crab. we definitely recommend Nick's home. it's a 5 star property.

My family had an unfortgettable trip. This was our third time that Debby opened our home to us. For the last three years, she has been extremely responsive and respective. We keep coming back for the amazing location and amenities that Debby provides as part of the stay. We have two young children and the house includes everything you would need to entertain and stay with kids. We highly recommend the location and hospitality that Debby provides!

We had a great time at Otis’s house. Perfect location. The beach is a 2 min walk. The house was comfortable and easy to feel at home with. Otis was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. I will definitely stay there again when visiting Ft Lauderdale.

This house is adorable. The little veranda where you can have your morning coffee is really private. The outdoor shower was really cute and it’s literally steps from Hollywood Beach. He had chairs available for us to use. The kitchen was really well stocked beds were clean and bathroom was clean. It was very nice. We’ll definitely stay here again

This rental was perfect for the two of us. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and nicely furnished. Enjoyed our evenings on the private patio under the palm trees. Easy walking proximity to the beach (5-minute walk), as well as enjoyed walking to numerous local restaurants. On our first day, we walked a half mile to the Publix for some groceries and then took the free Circuit (electric car) service home. Each day, we appreciated using the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. We met Amy when checking in….she was super pleasant and provided great tips about the local area. A thunderstorm knocked out the WiFi one afternoon, and Chris had it working again quickly. We highly recommend this place. 🏝️🙂

Igor’s home offered everything you would want in a vacation rental - the home is clean, well stocked with everything needed to be comfortable during the stay, perfect location just steps to the beach and a short walk to restaurants. This is a beautiful home that offers indoor/outdoor living at its best. We had an excellent stay.

Perfect location for a girls weekend! The unit was large and spacious, very quiet. We walked to several restaurants and the beach. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The pool and hot tub were great. Would definitely return!!

Great views, day or night. Outstanding location on the water. A small deck that will make your day with plenty of beauty to look at. We had a great stay at Chad's. Located in a perfect spot to see the sights, yet be quiet and private when you just want to relax. The parking spot is right below the unit and makes everything very easy. Chad was a communicative and excellent host. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and pictured.

Taylor’s place was perfect. The Airbnb was very clean and had tons of natural light. The bathroom was clean, the bedroom was comfortable, lots of closet space, and the kitchen was stocked with anything you could need. The Airbnb had a great vibe, quiet/private/peaceful, with a handful of shared community spaces where meeting and interacting with “neighbors” was commonplace. We grilled out on the shared patio at least once a day, and swam in the pool morning, noon, and night. The pool is the perfect size and temperature, and a great substitute for the beach on windy days. Additionally, the beach was only a stones throw away. You can just about see the sand from the parking spot. My partner and I stayed for a week, but wish we could have stayed longer! 10/10 would recommend.

Small space with everything you need, perfect for two people. Beach is right there. Lot of things close by to do, no need for a car rental unless you’re planning on going far. Plenty of uber/lyfts in the area as well as a free ride share locally. Everyone there was extremely friendly and weather was perfect. We had an amazing time and hope to be able to come back!

Empatia e atenção foi primordial, ficou poucos dias porém o suficiente pra ficar com gostinho de voltar. A vista do apartamento é espetacular.

We had a very good stay at Eric's condo! We were very happy with the location and Eric was always easy to reach and resonded quickly to questions and issues. Everyone in the building and the Valet service were very helpful. We faced the bay and the sunsets were really beautiful. Traffic on Collins Ave is what it is, busy and a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us much because there were a lot of positives to compensate for that issue.

Beautiful apartment very close to the beach and in a perfect spot, walking distance for all the south beach attractions. Marc is ultra responsive and everything went perfect during our stay.
