While this isn't in a central walkable location, everything else stood out - plenty of space for the 7 of us, clean and modern look and amenities, the pool, and the welcome we got from Antoniette - house was airconditioned and cool when we got in, and the housewarming gifts was much appreciated. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here, just too bad for us that we couldn't stay longer!

We had a fantastic long weekend with our grown up family (5 adults). The place is in a great location, overlooking the cathedral and a walk to the art gallery, central intersection , cafes and restaurants. It is a tasteful blend of gold-rush Victorian and modern design which is light and very comfortable. There are some lovely welcoming features and the communication and entry to the house very good. We made the most of the pool and outdoor living area and there was plenty of room for us all.

We had a fantastic stay at Corvah House in Castlemaine with our extended family, including young children. The house was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend. The highlight was definitely the pool—an absolute lifesaver on a hot weekend! With ample grass area outside too, the the kids loved it which meant we could relax too. Donna was an excellent host—her communication was fantastic, making everything smooth and stress-free. We’d highly recommend Corvah House to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Castlemaine.

Our family LOVED staying at Ash’s house. EVERYTHING was so clean and the house felt so welcoming. Ash was so friendly and kind, by far my fav host. Highly recommend relaxing on the couch at the end of the day (be mindful, you will be so comfy, you will fall asleep). The linen was so fresh and smelt amazing. The kitchen had all that we needed and more. I personally loved the outdoor water feature you can see as you walk down the corridor. You can walk everywhere, so close to town, no need to drive. I would highly recommend Ash’s house to everyone. I was so impressed, we felt right at home which is so important when you are away from home. Thanks Ash, honestly the best stay we’ve had.

We had a great stay here! Alisa was super responsive, gave very clear directions and couldn’t have been more helpful. The place itself is excellent - plenty of room for big groups (we did it feel at all cramped!) and the bedrooms were beautifully appointed. As someone who enjoys cooking I was delighted to find a really well equipped kitchen with plenty of space and all the utensils I needed! The pool was so warm and inviting, we made so much use of it. Loved the extra touches like the cheese and fruit platter, marshmallows (we didn’t get to toast them - my little boy gobbled them up too quickly!) and helpful pointers about local cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended. If we ever have to host another large group in Bendigo we will be back without hesitation. Keep up the great work, Alisa!

We had a wonderful stay at the property: the house is set in a beautiful location with amazing views, it's quiet, spacious, extremely convenient for large groups, and perfect it you need to cook. It's very well equipped, and well maintained. Communication with the agency was fluid and they proved extremely reactive when we had an issue with the gas supply. Highly recommended.

We had an unforgettable stay at Noonanmeena, a stunning passive house set on 20 picturesque acres in Redesdale. The property is beautifully situated, backing onto the Coliban River, with easy access to Redesdale town center, just a short drive away. It's also conveniently located—only 25 minutes from Heathcote and 20 minutes from Lake Eppalock. The house itself is fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for families. Whether we were relaxing on the deck or taking a dip in the pool, watching the sunset was an absolute highlight. John was an exceptional host—welcoming, accommodating, and great to communicate with. Thank you for making our long weekend truly special—we can't wait to return!

We required a central location near the hospital to house a locum staff member and her family. Julie's property was perfect, she was prompt and friendly in her communication with us. Highly recommended!

Excellent Cottage Stay… Rashed and Suha’s cottage was absolutely wonderful—spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. They were thoughtful hosts, providing a great selection of breakfast options that made our mornings even better. The clothes dryer was especially handy during the colder season. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Bendigo!

The Eaglehawk Hotel was perfect for our family gathering of eight people. The hotel had ample room for us all to find our own space as well as congregate all together. The kitchen was perfect for cooking for ourselves and the dining area felt like you were dining in an expensive restaurant. We were impressed by every aspect of the accommodation, a true gem. Well done on putting together such a classy venue.

We had a wonderful escape for a couple of nights in a really peaceful and beautiful setting. While I could talk about how it matched its description, that the place was spotless, or that sitting in front of the fire felt so homely, there were a couple of things that stood out for me personally. Firstly, as someone who has managed to have tatami rooms in a few houses that I have lived in, and unfortunately doesn't have the space now, being able to sit on tatami and just chat was just lovely. Secondly, as someone who has spent many hours in sento in Japan, being able to sit on a stool and wash before hopping in a deep bath brought back wonderful memories. So all in all, a wonderful space with a really responsive host.

We were lucky enough to find Mia Mia while we were waiting to move into our new house so we had a lengthy stay. It was lovely to have such a homely place that was peaceful and comfortable. Fire for the colder nights, very comfortable beds, functional bathrooms, kitchen and laundry and we particularly enjoyed all the bird life around the home. A very easy walk into town to grab the necessities, a coffee or a pub meal. Thank you so much for your hospitality Bronwyn and Kieran.

A great place that felt like a home away from home which was appreciated as we stayed for 10 nights. Had everything we needed and more. Really comfortable beds, shower and bath were amazing, lots of natural light and plants, kitchen had everything we needed and we loved sitting out on the deck. Deb was a fantastic host. Very friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely love to stay here again next time we come to Bendigo.

Lovely! I drove by and thought "that's a gorgeous home" before realizing it was our Airbnb! Cozy comfy couches to watch TV. Great environment for a group of up to 6. Huuugeee oven! Gorg porch for photos. Even the books they had were a lovely quick read in the morning.

Overall a lovely place, spacious and comfortable. Host was very helpful and responsive. The only thing worth noting for us was how squeaky the floor boards were. This normally wouldn’t bother us but we were staying with our toddler and this made it hard to get out of the bedroom after settling her and for us to just move around while she was asleep. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay.

Ranson House is a great large family home with a beautiful, landscaped back yard for kids. Walking distance to the Art Precinct and Swimming Pool and a short drive to the town centre. We hosted Xmas lunch, and the separate dining room was a lovely room close to the kitchen. Thank you for the Xmas decorations Chelsey, it made the day extra special.

This place is fantastic! A unique comfy home. Heaps of room. Super clean. Very comfy beds! I cannot think of a single criticism. it was perfection. Would happily stay again.

Great place to stay. we were a family with two teenagers and plenty of room. nice outside area on the deck. everything is there that is needed. clean and comfortable, responsive and ready to help hosts.
