Amy’s home was perfect for our trip. It’s very clean and cozy and the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

There are many places to stay in the Ventura/Clear lake area. I found this place 3 years ago and do not plan to book anywhere else. Our group of 8/9 guys book a trip every year to enjoy some fishing on the ice in February every year. This home is always ready for us, and fits our needs perfectly! Cozy, a great view and plenty of room! If it is available, we will keep booking it! Thank you for being a perfect host!

I stayed at Tony’s place for two nights while attending a local event, it was the perfect home base. Within walking distance are the lake, restaurants, and other misc businesses. The neighborhood was quiet, you will hear the traffic at night but it’s not overbearing. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and wares, but make sure to bring your own condiments/sugar/spices. The home is spotless, comfortable, and cheery, you will love it.

The home was very clean and homey. Exactly what my friend and I needed for a weekend away from each of our families. They were very prompt to respond with any questions and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood and coffee on the deck!

This is a great location in clear lake, and the cottage is packed with little extras for a family getaway. They have everything you could possibly need for the beach and the kitchen is fully stocked. We loved the game closet!

I’m a solo traveling while working remote. The wifi was great for video calls. Location felt safe. I even ventured over to the Tiki hut for dinner and a drink my first night, met some friendly locales! It was quiet during the week, I think other cottages left - it wasn’t rowdy on Saturday night by any means, just more people around. Some great options in downtown , 10 mins, or if you’re up for a 20 min drive - Mason City. Overall great stay!

Our crew really enjoyed staying at this house! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and made the check-in process easy. The location was convenient, and the overall experience was great. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place for families. There were so many useful items for small children. The kitchen has everything you need.

Kathy was the perfect hostess! Her place was warm and cozy and a great location for anywhere in Marin City. Beautiful surroundings with wildlife. Place was clean and warm during the cold weather we were having. Thank you Kathy for a wonderful experience!! Deb
