We loved our stay and will definitely stay again! Quiet neighborhood, easy to find, super easy check-in, and for us, about half way between Univ of Mt Olive and beaches (we took the dogs to Emerald Isle several times). Katy was extremely responsive, had everything ready in advance, and thought of just about everything we could have needed for our stay (right down to paperclips in the office). The yard is very large and safe, the house clean and as described, and very welcoming. She left treats and toys for the dogs (and snacks for us!) upon arrival and went out of her way to provide and set up appropriate sized kennels for our dogs in advance of arrival. It was difficult for us to find a host as welcoming of our two large dogs as Katy was. We were turned down by several hosts when they found out the size of our pups (80 and 65 lbs). Katy never balked at that and we felt very, very welcomed at her home. Highly recommend with or without furry family

This was a perfect place for me and my 2 kitties in Durham for two months. Kay was responsive when we had some wifi troubles, and otherwide let us be (which works great for me). Plenty of room, well stocked, decent desk for my workspace, two comfy beds, nice yard. It's not a great neighborhood, but the immediate space around the house, the block we were on, was perfectly save. Adorable home, obviously a place where people have lived.

this home was exactly as described. we loved the home and the back yard was so cool and our dogs loved the little trails made up in the back.. my wife called it the enchanted forest. best shower I ever had at a rental. if u have dogs and need a clean, great kitchen, lots of room place to stay. this is it. we were so happy. there is so much more good about this. parking was easy, checkin easy, fully stocked, tons of room, great water pressure. we will definitely be back.

Had a quick stay here and this house was perfect for our group who were attending a Durham Bulls game. The location is not in the best area but was convenient to get a cheap Uber. Jeremy is super responsive and accommodating!

I cannot convey how stunning this property is. They have updated this 1900 home with modern conveniences and kept the old beauty and charm. Our family stayed here for my daughter's wedding at Cornelius Properties. We hosted a bridesmaids brunch on Friday. Had plenty of room for family to just hang out because we traveled from 4 different states for this wedding. The pictures we took inside the home were gorgeous and my guest were in awe of its beauty and size. So if you are in Goldsboro rent this gem so Chelsea can continue to revitalize this historical keepsake. Side note: when we traveled to Goldsboro they had just had a snow and ice storm and I called Chelsea about the roads since we were driving up from SC. She was out of town but her neighbors actually walked up to the main road to check out the conditions and gave us a thumbs up.

We had a very nice stay in this home. It was very convenient to the interstate, hospital and many restaurants. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and comfortable, as pictured online. The kitchen had lots of amenities and was ready with everything for your morning coffee. We even enjoyed playing Monopoly one night. We were only disappointed that the master bath did not have a traditional shower. (There was however a beautiful jacuzzi tub and hand held nozzle.). There was a shower/tub upstairs. Debra was a very friendly and responsive host.

Ann was a great host! She was super helpful and cared about our stay. There was a lot of us and she accommodated any additional materials we needed. Bathroom has great water heat and pressure, plenty of room to play games and the AC units worked really great!

Jocelyn's place was one of the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, fully equipped, comfortable bed. The location is just minutes from the interstate, so getting around Raleigh is easy-peasy. The neighborhood is a quiet cul-de-sac of townhomes, well kept. We needed a place for a long weekend and this was perfect! Jocelyn was prompt to respond to questions, and also reached out to make sure everything was okay with our stay. We would definitely book this beautiful townhome again. Thank you, Jocelyn!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had some awesome features like a zipline that goes straight into the pool. The hosts were kind enough to let us sleep in with a late checkout at 2 PM, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place in a great location! Modern what looks like IKEA type furniture and very clean. Very comfortable beds and great amenities. We just like to see maybe some small snacks and better coffee if possible. Otherwise really enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again.

Laura‘s place was clean and quiet and it was exactly as listed. There was easy access to the basement and plenty of room. The bed was really comfortable and the amenities were in place. She communicated very well and timely to any requests. She went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable and was available if I needed anything. I would definitely recommend it for an overnight stay in the Wake Forest area.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The house was clean and comfortable.

We loved the space - Our Golden retriever loved the fenced back yard and the walking trails to the Eno River reserve. We were able to cook simple food with the microwave and burners. The frig was a nice size - it held all of our stuff. There is no kitchen sink - But I was able to wash dishes easily in the large bathroom sink. I couldn't get the vacuum to work so couldn't do a final cleanup. We may be back soon as we have relatives in the area. Thanks David.

Loved staying here, perfectly place away that's close to many things and yet feels secluded. Great Location and Space.

Nicole's place is a nice upstairs townhouse-style duplex built into a bit of a hill. The space is clean and comfortable and has all the basics. It is located in a woodsy neighborhood. Its a good option if you like space and affordability. Nicole was quick to communicate and help with any questions we had during our stay.

Reta was so welcoming to me and my dog Honey! She made homemade cookies! We were able to walk all around the property which was stunning and so private. The tiny house was amazing! Stocked with snacks and tea too! I’m going back in 4 days!

We LOVED the eclectic decor and boho theme throughout the home! It was also super clean and beds were comfy, plus our pup enjoyed the huge backyard!!

Myself my boyfriend and my dog stayed and it was amazing. Gorgeous views and lake to walk around. Very clean and organized. Very close to downtown and other activities. We enjoyed our stay and the host kept in contact when we had questions. We would absolutely stay again.
