I am already looking forward to returning 💞 It was the perfect location to unplug from the rest of the world and enjoy a tech-detox cozied into the hills of San Vito. It is very clean for a natural home, and only gave 4 stars for cleanliness for the sake of keeping foreigners realistic when arriving. This is Costa Rica, and things are very alive here. Meaning, be aware thay this home is very connected to beautiful natural elements you are likely coming to appreciate and get closer to. Pristine is unrealistic when you're going more rustic. So embrace the elements 🙏 And this is the perfect place to do just that!

Loved it! Super cute cabin with amazing view. Has AC, a fridge, wine glasses (to enjoy that heavily discounted Golfito wine), coffee maker and all. Super clean. Modern. Really well done. We go to Golfito often and this will be our new go-to spot. Tremendous value. Great host. Also right in front is Mar y Luna restaurant that has delicious local food. Highly recommended!

The cabin very sweet and comfortable with amazing attention to detail. We came over Christmas and new years and there were seasonal decorations, even the dish towel was festive. Functional WiFi, air conditioning, parking right next to the place made it very easy to unpack luggage and convenient. Homely and comfortable, felt like luxury camping. Very welcoming hosts.

Muy lindo lugar para quedarse, céntrico, la propiedad donde se ubica es muy linda, los árboles alrededor le da un toque especial y todo esta arreglado de una manera que da gusto ver el lugar

One of the best private beachfront places to stay in Drake!!!! Had such an amazing time staying here!!! Amazing location outside of town and Lex was one of the best hosts we have ever had!!! If your thinking of staying Drake then this should be one of your stays. We can't wait to be back next year!!!

Yamileth's place is just amazing! The house is beautifully located, private, but just a two-minute walk from the beach and the perfect base for a visit to Corcovado national park. Yamileth greeted us with a plate of fresh fruit and juice with the most beautiful view from the terrace of the connected hotel. We also saw a lot of wildlife just hanging out on the deck of the house. Yamileth is an amazing host, she had great recommondations regarding tours, restaurants etc., was so friendly, accomodating, and responsive. We'd definitely stay at this house again.

We loved the stay. Perfect situated on a top of a hill, with the most beautiful view during sunset. It’s also a really good place to spot various bird species. It’s clean, tidy and offers everything you want and need from an airbnb. The airbnb is more or less 3km out of town, but you could walk (although a car is more convenient) What we didn’t expect, but what we got is breakfast, which made our stay even more pleasant. Next to that, the communication with Jhonnattan was really good and through him we did the amazing Corcovado day hike (which I would highly recommend). Lastly, there is a beautiful quiet beach within a 2 minute walk and the airbnb is situated next to a restaurant. So everything you could ask for it there. I would highly recommend this place

I recently had the pleasure of staying with Javier in Drake Bay, and it was an great experience. The accommodation was cozy and well-maintained, providing a perfect blend of comfort and a rustic charm. Javier was an exceptional host, always welcoming and eager to share his local knowledge, which greatly enhanced my stay. The location was ideal for exploring the stunning natural beauty of the area, with easy access to nearby beaches and national parks. I highly recommend staying with Javier for anyone looking to experience the warmth of local hospitality in Drake Bay.

Finca Ganadito has a lovely energy, beautiful surroundings, very close to beaches, walks and the perfect place to recharge. It's a little out of the way, so would definitely need a car, 4x4 would be ideal, but once you're there it is a wonderful place to be. Having some time to connect with their two dogs was great too. Our biggest regret is not spending enough time with Rebeca and Rob.

At Andy’s place the adventure comes to you. People pay to be taken out into the jungle for tours to see wildlife that showed up in our yard with no effort. The road to matopalo is rough - can’t be passed without 4wd. I wish we’d had higher suspension in ours but we managed. Stop at the bakery and the BM supermarket in PJ for food and stock up. There is no reason to return to PJ during your stay at Andy’s if you have enough food/drinks. Bring coconut oil for your legs to prevent sand fleas (this applies to all Costa Rica) deet also works but natural is better. I would call the experience *top notch glamping* you’re really outdoors and one with nature the whole time. Unbelievable surroundings with a bed and pillows, hot running water and a working range. Perfect for my family who’s used to campervan camping. Backwash bay was perfect for swimming. Andy’s place was perfect for watching surfers, sunrises and sunsets. Keep an eye out for bioluminescence after sunset!! & THE SWING AH!

if your passing through San Vito or looking for a quiet mountain town to put your feet up this is the place. My husband and I were backpacking for the last 2 weeks and loved Danny's home. The house was builtwith so much character and love. The views are beautiful. I would highly reccomend this place to anyone.
