The apartment is spacious and bright, suitable for a couple. fast internet (300mbps) and the working desk with chair allow you work comfortably. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom cover all the basic needs. The location is in 20 minutes from the town center and the sea coast and 5 mints from the hypermarket. The host is very kind and responsive, met us in person at the checkin and checkout and helped us when we discover that forgot something during leaving.

Very good everyithing is as shown and described.

Мы отлично провели время у Дамира и Далиборки! Единственный минус этого жилья (как и многих других вдоль берега этой бухты) - это близкое расположение к оживленному шоссе. Окна этих апартаментов выходят на другую сторону, но тем не менее шум автотранспорта помешал нам созерцать невероятную природу вокруг, и насладиться тишиной этого места. Но! Надо отдать должное жителям Котора и Черногории - они строго придерживаются правила меньше работать во второй половине рабочего дня, поэтому шум перестает мешать где то после 18.00 вечера и до 8.00 утра. В остальном - это прекрасное жилье, с красивым видом с террасы. Дамир и Далиборка дружелюбные и хорошие люди, даже оставили нам небольшой презент при заселении, это было очень приятно. Благодарим!

Всё было замечательно. Очень любезные и приятные хозяева. Всегда на связи, помогли со всеми вопросами. Квартира была очень чистая и пллностью соответствовала объявлению. Имелось всё необходимое. Все электроприборы в отличном состоянии. Пользоваться было одно удовольствие. До ближайшего пляжа всего несколько минут. В шаговой доступности супермаркеты. Wi-fi хороший, доступно несколько частот для подключения. Для обычных задач и посмотреть фильмы вполне хватает. Однако скорость иногда прыгает, и у моей жены при проведении онлайн конференций были проблемы. Так что если кому по работе нужен стабильный быстрый интернет, лучше приобрести местную тур. симкарту. В остальном всё просто супер. Настоятельно всем рекомендую! Если будем в Будве ещё раз, обязательно остановимся здесь снова!!

красивый вид из окна. рассветы и закаты. хозяйка была дружелюбная и отзывчива. все вопросы решались быстро. хороший комфортный диван и матрас. отлично выспались и отдохнули. есть смарт тв Ютуб и Нетфликс. кухня удобная все работает. спасибо

The apartment was super clean and in perfect shape. The location is perfect for grocery stores (Aroma and Idea) and transportation. Parking is not an issue at all. The internet speed and stability are pretty good (if you work in tech it's quite important). The host is super friendly and responsive. I don't see any negatives about the apartment. The only thing is the clothes do not dry (even in the hot weather) but it's related to Kotor so be careful with that.

The house located in the old town, it provides easy access to everywhere such as restaurants, markets and pubs. There was not so much noise from the pubs. I strongly recommend the place.

Logement très propre, fidèle aux photos et vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Hôte toujours disponible, arrangeante et réactive par message. Attention avoir une voiture est fortement recommandé car très difficile de rejoindre à pieds ou grâce aux transports en commun, et nécessaire pour se déplacer. Le bémol est le « jacuzzi » qui est une baignoire avec des jets que l’on sent pas. Concernant la piscine elle est propre, offre une superbe vue sur le soleil couchant et la vallée mais n’est pas chauffée

Het is fijn verblijven in dit appartement, het is zeer ruim, voorzien van van alles, schoon en een lekker terras met tuintje Het is iets van de stad af, 15-20 min maar voor ons geen probleem Auto kan voor de deur We voelden ons snel thuis!

Очень просторные и чистые апартаменты. Мы были втроем, одну комнату даже не использовали, а ребенок оценил наличие письменного стола, рисовал все новогодние праздники. Хозяин позаботился о нашем проживании (мы сняли апартаменты на 3 дня) и оставил большое количество чистых полотенец. В наличии было все необходимое чтобы готовить, что очень ценно для семей с детьми. Очень удобно, что парковочное место было непосредственно под окнами. Апартаменты расположены достаточно близко от центра, но высоко. По-этому с маленькими детьми будет не очень удобно подниматься, если вы не на машине и это единственный минус. В остальном все понравилось, спасибо за заботу и комфорт. Цена-качество полностью соответствует.

Dit zeer ruime appartement in Bar is bijzonder mooi gelegen hoog in de bergen. Voor mensen die even willen ontsnappen aan het drukke leven van alle dag en die heerlijk tot rust willen komen is dit een geschikte accommodatie omdat je in de verte het rustgevende geruis van de Jelzenica rivier hoort die met kleine watervalletjes naar beneden richting de zee stroomt. De zee zie je klein in de verte en is met de auto goed te bereiken. Er is een behoorlijk groot zwembad en een apart zwembadje voor kinderen op het terrein. Het appartement heeft 2 grote kamers, slaap en woonkamer met allebei een fijn balkon. Het heeft een grote zachte buitenzetel van leer waar je lekker op kan zitten om naar de krekels en rustgevende geluiden van de natuur te luisteren. We kregen bij aankomst heerlijke pannenkoekjes geserveerd en verse eitjes, worstjes en crackers voor het ontbijt. De keuken heeft alles wat nodig is en het bed was heerlijk groot. Badkamer knus met föhn en compleet ingericht. Een echte aanrader

Hosts are very friendly, quick to respond to messages and really helpful. The place was clean, WiFi was fast enough for video calls etc and the beach is just a 5 minute walk down the hill. Great stay.

Had a great stay at for 2 nights in Budva. Igor’s place is as described on the listing. Very clean easy check in and out and good communication with host. It is within a 10 minute walk into town but a very steep hill on the way back. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again.

Wow, what a showplace. This top floor penthouse is very glamorous, with spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Our group of 6 (3 couples) each had spacious bedrooms and our own bathrooms. Only one bath was en suite, but the others were convenient to the bedrooms. The place was spotless and well stocked. The upstairs had another sitting room, bedroom and bath, and a huge deck with fabulous hot tub. The views from this level were even better. The place is walking distance to Kotor’s old town, but a bit of an incline coming back. We saw lots of taxis for a convenient ride back. Take extra time to navigate to the place upon arrival. Apple Maps couldn’t quite get us there, so we stopped for help. There is a dedicated parking spot. Daca was there to happily greet us, even though we arrived late. She explained everything perfectly and was very responsive when we reached out another time. I would definitely recommend this lux penthouse!

Anja’s apartment is beautiful and centrally located in Kotor’s old town. You’re right by the cathedral and surrounded by restaurants and beautiful mountains. In the evenings you can hear peaceful live music being played from outside and the nights are quiet. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking - pots, pans, knives, spices and oils, and the stove and oven work wonderfully. The entire apartment is cozy and even better in person. The bedroom and tub in the bathroom are especially nice. I was working remotely on video calls and had absolutely no issues. Anja was also very responsive and coordinated to get a package to me for items I left at my previous Airbnb. She also had a bottle of wine waiting for me, which was wonderful after a day of travel. I felt right at home. Thank you for my stay!

I already stayed at Stanko before. Excellent location, easy and walkable reach to everywhere. The apartment is super comfortable and bed is excellent, warmly recommended
